Comment Guidelines
- TRANSITIONS is my Blog site, not a public forum. Comments on Blogs are not forum “posts”. Writing Comments on people’s Blogs is a way for readers to comment on an article written by the Blog site owner/author.
- Keep your Comments relevant to the article you are commenting on or it won’t be published.
- Click only on the comment link to write a Comment on an article, not on an image or photo. Comments written under an image or photo will not be published.
- Comments that only self-promote you, your website and/or products will not be published.
- Negative, attacking, disrespectful, preaching or lecturing type Comments will not be published.
If, after reading the TRANSITIONS Comment Guidelines you still want to write a Comment, you don’t need to register or create an account. All you need to do is create a “user name” which will be seen publicly, provide your email address which will not be visible to the public, and include your web site or blog site URL which will be visible to the public.
To write Comments on my articles you must locate the Comment link which, depending upon the WordPress theme in use at the time, will either be at the bottom or top of each article. Some WordPress themes have a Comment number count displayed instead so you’ll have to locate it, and like with the Comment link, click on it. Once you click on the Comment link or number display button in the article you wish to Comment on the main front TRANSITIONS page is replaced by the article with the Comments beneath it. Scroll down to the bottom of the article where you’ll see the other Comments displayed and then you’ll see the Comment writing box area where you can now write your Comment for that particular article. To write another Comment on another article you’ll have to go through these same steps on that article.
Thank you,
Denise Le Fay
