When my biological Ascension Process started in February 1999, my body reacted to the 1999 (and later) solar energies with those lovely “Ascension Flu” symptoms; body and bone aches, chills, headache, and the occasional sudden stabbing ice pick-like pains in certain bones for a couple of seconds that literally took your breath away. From the mid-1990s on I’ve been periodically incapacitated by solar energies (solar flares, CMEs etc.) and was forced to rest and/or nap if I could while I had chills, severe body and bone aches and pains, and numerous other ascension symptoms. Over the years these solar triggered ascension symptoms have lessened and become more easily dealt with, not because the energies being transmitted have lessened since 1999 because they’ve steadily increased, but it’s the way they affect our bodies and why that’s changed.

These Cosmic and Galactic Light energies being transmitted to and through our Sun are rapidly evolving us, our bodies and consciousness. As we’re increasingly altered and evolved by these energies over the years, the pain we feel from them, the areas of our bodies, brains, DNA and everything else changes and feels different to us. The ascension symptoms that felt like they’d kill me five, ten, thirteen years ago are today both much less painful or non-existent because I’m carrying more Light and less density within me which means I’m vibrating faster and at a higher level now as we all are. However, with our entry into 2012, these solar transmissions have amplified tremendously so we’re once again dealing with what feels like different and more potent Light energies bombarding us, our bodies, brains and consciousness now. Because of this many people are currently feeling the solar energies in different body-parts; our heads, brains, and brain glands primarily. (Please remember those Stair Steps and that every person is not standing on the same step or level or timeline with this Process and because of this everyone experiences these solar ascension symptoms in slightly different ways and in different body-parts.)

With the start of 2010, the solar Light Energies caused pains and pressure in one area in the left (from the old 3D system of duality–female) side of my head/skull. My entire scalp and skull felt bruised and was sore constantly. The previous and familiar “Ascension Flu” solar symptoms had eased considerably with some of them gone entirely, but in 2010 it was painfully clear they were now focused in my/our heads, brains, and brain glands (Pituitary and Pineal primarily). With the larger solar flares/CME in 2010, 2011, and 2012 my body still experiences chills like when you have a fever, but my head has hurt with tremendous inner pains and pressures (not “headaches”) nearly constantly. Even though this head pain and pressure is constant it increases and diminishes in waves. The head pain is always there but sometimes much more painfully so than at other minutes, hours, days and nights.

Since 2010 I’ve felt these energies more in my spine, the left side of my head, and my Crown and Brow chakras. With the start of 2011, these solar transmissions caused my entire head, skull, eyes, jaw and into my sinuses to hurt and feel bruised and sore constantly. There were many months in 2011 when the pain was focused primarily on the right (from the old 3D system of duality–male) side of my head. Eventually the head pain and pressure was everywhere and would move from the whole head to an area on the right side, then back to the left side, then to the back of my head and neck, then to the top, then the front and down into the forehead and Brow chakra. I could feel my Pituitary being changed and connected, Rewired, in more complex ways with my Pineal and other brain glands. Literally our two brain halves have been Rewired to function as a (from the new 5D system of polarity integration and resolution) unified organ. Along with that our Pineal and Pituitary glands are being Rewired, connected, evolved into far more complex unified systems that can perceive much, much more.

With the start of 2012, it’s felt like we’ve lived six months worth of life in only the month of January! This is a clue as to how fast the rest of this year is going to unfold. The solar transmissions have shifted into final year mode and are quickly integrating and transforming our heads/brains/brain glands like never before. In late 2011 and all of January 2012 I’m feeling the energies in the tailbone and hips area too. It seems we’re feeling these energies at both the top and bottom—the head and base areas primarily with the occasional heart expanding palpitations and poundings as it becomes our new ascended base of operations. It’s going to be like this throughout 2012 so rest when you need to and don’t try to push yourself during these tremendous blasts and waves of higher dimensional energies altering us. I’ve tried pushing through the head pains and pressures to work and/or to write which only cause me to become nauseous and forced me to bed. Lesson learned, now I rest and/or nap when these amplified solar energies are doing what they are and I suggest you do the same.

Here’s a list of some 2012 ascension solar symptoms I’m experiencing and know you are too:

• severe head and skull pains and pressures—not traditional “headaches”
• severe eye pains and pressures, blurred vision, sensitivity to light
• sinus pains, pressures and soreness
• head pains and pressures radiating down into the temples and side jaw area
• constant ringing in the ears
• dizziness, sense of tipping or falling, feeling ungrounded
• exaggerated sense of smell
• ultra-sensitive hearing
• hot flashes, cold flashes
• vivid weird dreams, psychically dreaming other people’s dreams (collective)
• sore, bruised, tender scalp
• hair loss and/or thinning hair
• Crown chakra – top of head pains and pressures
• Brow chakra – forehead pains and pressures
• pain and stiffness in spine
• body and legs/feet swelling and/or fluid retention
• pain in tailbone and hip area
• heart palpitations, heart pounding while at rest
• easily becoming breathless or winded
• exhaustion
• feeling like you only have an 1/8th of a tank of fuel (energy) in you & once it’s gone you’re exhausted again
• seeing brilliant white light or light flares emanating from around your head and/or upper body
• seeing brilliant colored lights or balls of colored light
• increasing knowing over linear thinking
• perception of linear time further disintegrating into increasing spherical “NOW” consciousness
• growing happiness, joy, confidence, peace

The reason I decided to black out TRANSITIONS for one day—January 18, 2012—in protest of this negative Internet control move by the Dark was to make another-leveled 2012 point to my readers. I did it for shock value and as a reality check to some of the potential physical actions and events that the remaining Dark (both physical and non-physical) may pull out of their demented but persistent asses this year. I repeat, may. I’ve never wanted to promote fear but I have wanted people to face ascension related facts.

I could spout Light n’ Love n’ rainbow glittered words like many others who talk about the Ascension do, but, it isn’t my nature and turns my Polarity Integrator stomach to be honest. If you emotionally need to be coddled and told that everything is going to be fine and perfect with absolutely no effort or work on your part…then I’m most assuredly not the Ascension Teacher for you. I do know that everything is going to be fine and perfect, but—oh yeah there’s a but to this—you’ve got to make a minimal effort yourself to increase/elevate your frequency just enough to be within range of what’s required with the Ascension Process. (That sentence was not directed at the majority of my readers but needed to be said nonetheless.) The Universe and the Light has been and is doing everything to help humanity (and other Beings) do exactly that since 1987. That is all that’s required of individuals to be within range vibrationally to make the ascension/evolutionary transition; lean more towards heart than fear.

I’ve pondered this next topic for many years but haven’t written about it yet. But because it’s 2012 and because things are unfolding faster within the Ascension Process than ever before it’s probably time for me to share a few impressions I’ve had about how the complete disconnect from the old non-ascending patriarchal world might, I repeat might manifest during 2012.

I’ll confess to my having wanted this entire Ascension Process to happen even faster and sooner than it is, but that’s just me not always coping graciously with the extreme physical and emotional pains I’ve dealt with as a middle-aged, ultra-sensitive, First Wave Starseed transmuting and embodying Light in a Dark world. If you remember my 2009 article “My Lightworker Strike” I explained how the Starseeds/Lightworkers were suffering greatly due to our waiting and waiting and waiting at lower frequency levels for as much of humanity to finally get on-board the Ascension “Harvest” train as we could energetically affect and/or inspire to do so. Energy adjustments were made so the Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers could remain in-body a bit more comfortably and continue transmuting lower and embodying higher frequencies as we had been. I mention this again now because this is what the Light does; it waits and keeps working regardless of the pain as it continues transmuting and embodying to create an energy Pathway out of the dark negativity for all interested others. That is how the Light functions.

The Dark, especially now in 2012, thinks and functions more like — How many humans do we still have control over? How many have we lost to the Ascension Process? How many more can we grab if we cut our losses and separate today? Lets create something really big globally that would trigger tremendous fear in humanity in an attempt to grab more of them before the final Expiration Date (the end of 2012 and entry into 2013) and they move out of range vibrationally.

See the difference? Ouch, but this is how it works. We of the Light wait and hold the Ascension Exit Door open for any who are within range vibrationally and are making the transition out of dis-empowerment and fear and into their growing hearts, responsibility and unity. We wait for them on our individual Stair Steps until the end for every last one of them that can be “Harvested” now because this opportunity is very rare and the next Ascension “Harvest” train won’t return for a very long time.

Some of the possible stunts or attempts the Dark may try are like this Internet takeover business; quickly entering another war; the political insanity that’s been escalating over the years but will reach epic proportions in 2012; and/or the big hint Inelia Benz shared in her article “2012 Here we go!” In it she quoted only one phrase. She didn’t name names but if you’re familiar with this line and who said it and how long ago they did then the writing is and has been on the wall for a long time. Here’s what I’m referring to from Inelia Benz and what she quoted because I won’t name names either:

“There is a window during this year that might be forced open by the other side. If this is the case, it is really not something I am that concerned about. The window is called “Three days of darkness“. During this period the population will be strictly split between those who are still based on fear, and those who are heart centered.

In my viewing, if this window opens, it will indeed provide an opportunity for the shift we experienced in August (2011) to manifest at a collective human level in a rather brutal fashion. “

The trick with this business is that we, the Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers etc., can do only what we’ve been doing all along, which is to embody and BE the Light (and embody the new blueprints) here as the way to draw as much of the collective (humanity) towards the Light now as possible. That plus Consciously Creating and Co-Creating that this transition happens as quickly and non dramatically as possible. But, there are still people who want others to define reality for them, tell them what to do and when and where, who want others to take all the responsibilities for them, and/or to save them instead of growing and taking responsibility themselves.

If the Dark panics and decides to make another big grab for as many people as they can in 2012 instead of risking loosing any more to the Ascension Process energies, then they might try a big dramatic event such as the “Three days of darkness” to immobilize the masses via shock, terror, trauma and profound “end of the world” type fears and insert a massive timeline split off from the rest of ascending/evolving humanity. An event such as this this would dwarf their 9/11 “shock and awe” tactic and so many people around the world would vibrationally fall into that deliberately created fear pit.

If the Dark Ones pull this potential magic trick (or any others) out of their hats at any time within 2012 and things go dark for “Three days of darkness”, then the rest of us vibrating with higher Light frequencies may or may not even see it. We would be affected by any negative tactic created by the Dark only if we buy into their illusions and forget who and what we are and fall vibrationally. If things went dark in the next five minutes I’d be glad because it would tell me and that the final separation between those who are awake and those who are asleep had happened and that it was the Dark that triggered it. The Light would wait and wait and wait until the last moment for anyone else to make the Ascension “Harvest” train leaving the station whereas the Dark is getting increasingly worried, anxious, obvious and bold.

These type things are so malleable and fluctuate from week to week because the collective (humanity) is waking up more and more every minute of every day/night which continues to alter things slightly. This is one reason why it’s been harder in certain ways to write about how things may or may not unfold throughout 2012; the odds improve for growing numbers of humanity every minute. The momentum of the Light is huge and this is another reason why the Dark consider such drastic and negative possible events in 2012. They’ve always known when the Expiration Date was! Like I’ve always said, keep your eye/heart on lifting the planetary collective via the Light you’re embodying and ignore the Dark magicians frantic, last-minute stunts to steal more sleeping humans in the dark.

WHAT’S UP WITH THE RETURN OF SOME VERY OLD ASCENSION SYMPTOMS IN EARLY 2012?

Shifting our focus, let’s talk a bit about how many of us have been feeling and dealing with certain old Ascension symptoms and emotional (primarily family and relationship) issues since December 2011. Gads…where was the notice that round 483 was coming? Actually, I’d have to go back to the June 2011 summer Solstice when this deeper layer and 483rd round of family and relationship work started—again—for me. It’s unfolded necessary-person by necessary-person ever since, with a couple of decades-old minor guilt issues resurfacing over the past few days. Gasp, really? Guilt, still? Frustration still? More letting go of certain people and relationships from my old 3D perspective? Wow…

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve personally had to go back into my inner basement and do a bit more cleaning down there since 1999! The stone stair steps leading down there are as well-worn as ancient Temple stairs at this point! Obviously there’s multiple layers and deeper layers involved with this Ascension related transmuting process, and just about the time you think you’ve got all the crumbs swept up, something else comes floating up to the surface to let you know there’s still a bit more there at a deeper level that must go and now. Thank you Higher Self for these timely reminders to tidy up whatever is left within me so my slate is as clean and transparent as you and I can get it now.

This isn’t about super-massive and difficult amounts of your or my unresolved inner stuff or junk at this point, but about how the Lighter we get, the less we’re able to hide or ignore any little shadowy thing in us anymore. Plus, they feel SO MUCH BIGGER than they actually are now due to all the previous inner transformational Ascension work we’ve already done. It’s that exaggerated Princess and the Pea thing. Whatever little remaining inner stuff we may have at this late 2012 date is not nearly as huge as it feels to us because we’ve gotten so clear, so full of unimpeded Light flow. Talk about real “transparency”! 

This is demanded of us now in 2012 as a way to help us get free and clear of our old past emotional stuff/energies so we’re better able to embody (and more comfortably so) the new and greater Light coming on the other side of 2012. So if you’ve had some years or decade-old ascension symptoms suddenly return in January 2012 as I briefly have, know it’s just time to dig a bit deeper (and pay close attention to your vivid and wild dreams because they now have all the in-your-face clues we need to resolve these lower frequency issues in mere minutes) to get completely free. See it, acknowledge it, love it, forgive it, merge with it, release it or whatever it is that you need to do with it now and just keep moving forward. Micro/Macro remember? Well done everyone. ♥

I , Lisa Renee, and no doubt others I’m unaware of, have talked about how 2011 was very much about the “Goddess” or feminine principle coming back online within us, Earth, the collective consciousness etc. I said briefly in my 2012 TO DO List article that 2012 was a year of the “God” or masculine principle coming back online within more of us, the collective consciousness, Earth etc. The important underlying question to all this is why and why now during the last couple years of the twenty-five yearlong transitional Ascension Process. From what I’ve perceived it’s about our individually integrating and therefore resolving polarities; positive/negative, light/dark, God/Goddess, male/female, right brain/left brain, intellect/intuition. One could ask why again and I’d have to reply that it’s so we can fully enter the fifth dimension, the new Evolutionary Cycle, the 5D Age of Aquarius, and enter the massive, fast-flowing River of Light I see us inching our ways towards throughout 2012 and entering in 2013. Energetically matching this fast-flowing River of Light requires individual energetic unity—each human with the Divine—which comes from having integrated and resolved duality. The New Relationship Paradigm

“The term hieros gamos is used generally to refer to the sacred marriage between two divinities, or between a human being and Mother/Father God, or between two human beings (under certain special conditions); the ultimate alchemy of forces which harmonize polar opposites.”

Dear Family,

“This template of which was previously referred to as “Spiritual Marriage in No Time” has returned to the Earth logos in 2012 through the alchemical restoration of the Hieros Gamos. (Connected through the Unity Logos, a Guardian project to rebirth the planetary logos, see the January 2011 theme newsletter) Hieros Gamos or “Hierogamy” is the Sacred Marriage of a Human Being with Divinity (the Inner Spirit) and the Unification between all life expressions and its levels of opposite. From the Guardian perspective, Spiritual Ascension comprises the Science of the Spirit, encompassing the entire creational mechanics of how spirit and matter travel throughout time and space. At certain levels of frequency conjunction within the spiral of time, access is possible to new templates and therefore embodiments. The planet has reached that axis in time.

Hieros Gamos is the sacrament that represents “sacred marriage” at the individual level, to the relationship level, to the group level as a part of spiritual ascension, moving through the spiralling staircase of time to experience unification with (or marry) all aspects of God. When we marry God through this sacrament, Christ returns.

Returning to Inner Balance

We have finally crossed the threshold into the New Year of which holds an especially auspicious significance in planetary and human consciousness evolution, the end cycle year of 2012 and beyond. We are emerging into yet another completely new territory within the Ascension timeline. The frequency shift and energetic terrain still remain mysterious, ambiguous and confusing to the majority of the people on the Earth. Most anxiety is a result of mental confusion, when we do not have a proper evolutionary context of which to reframe our old beliefs, traditions, habits and their dying structure. Imbalanced behaviors and negative mental attitudes are not tolerated in the new frequencies and if we have not cleared our ego to submit to higher forces, we are getting hammered by external circumstances. The ego will manifest depression, obsessions, anxiety, mania and other brain dysfunctions when not integrated with the inner spirit. (This imbalance is referred to as “soul fragmentation”, the root cause is persistent negative mental thoughts created by an untrained mind. Mental miasms such as thought or belief obsession can also be inherited and can be cleared through ancestral healing.) Many people who are not aware of the Ascension process, in attempting to deal with their day to day lives are echoing in their sentiment, “Why am I so incredibly tired?” One cannot resist change or fight against this transformational current without getting pummeled. Everyone is feeling some level of this evolutionary change now. No matter who we think we are or where we think we are going – we must return to inner balance.

As we submit and let go to the larger energetic flow while listening to the inner voice, that voice was telling us these last weeks to wait and be still. We have been energetically conserving ourselves for the right alignment into “effortlessness”. The higher wisdom is always hidden in the right timing. Many times when you feel like you are failing (or “being flattened”) it is the misunderstanding of the necessity of waiting for the right timing, and/or being in the right location of which to begin an action. We are retraining our bodies to work in the new energies effortlessly and efficiently. We are learning that less energetic exertion is definitely yielding more results now.

Alchemy of Transformation

The combination of elemental substances and the union of polar opposites (energetic synthesis) is another key element in the alchemical process of human spiritual ascension and personal freedom. The alchemy of transforming metal or substances into gold is within the instruction set of our original 12 strand crystalline human DNA. Through the spiritually activated body, the manifestation of Liquid Gold through our cellular material allows the transfiguration of the identity to project through any space time, moving through and creating inner Stargates. The human body’s highest expression and function is the Cosmic Christ. The unscrupulous entities have taken advantage of our planet and human bodies especially for this reason. The human soul and physical body generates a light source, energetic power and potential inter-dimensional travel capacity that cannot be comprehended by the disconnected or fragmented mind. That mind is desperate to use and replicate that power.

However, more and more of the DNA instruction sets (Law of One Organic Architecture) is being anchored into the planetary mind that overrides the many artificial implants and inorganic structures of enslavement. This allows more humans to tune in themselves and receive the inner wisdom guided from their own intelligent spirit. Hieros Gamos is another one of these organic DNA instruction sets coming online for 2012.

For eons, humanity (along with many other races) has searched for the answers of the afterlife and how to cheat “death”, through the keys that open to the inner alchemical process. Methods were concocted to enhance genetic material, time travel, make the philosopher stone, activate the pineal, eat gold (ormus) and drinking ritual elixirs, even drinking blood – in a desperate quest to find our true eternal nature. The human genetic instruction set has been manipulated, stolen, replicated, abused and exploited in vain by those who seek to play “god” or have complete power over others. These actions are a part of the inorganic and damaged structures, the artificial attempts to replicate the organic creation process of God Source. Over the dark ages these tools were stolen from the monasteries, temples, pyramids and sacred places while those beings that held ancient knowledge were hunted down and destroyed. This was not a human agenda, it was alien.

The organic alchemical instruction and consciousness power has always resided in each human’s crystalline DNA and belongs to each person, to activate within the force of pure love. The unconditionally loving and kind hearted are the most powerful alchemists.

Alchemy has been often represented as a mystical marriage of the lunar element representing the feminine, and the solar element, the male. These two forces of opposing elements meet and are joined in what is known as the “Chemical Wedding”. This union creates something bigger and more powerful than the individual parts – the perfect integration of male and female energies – the entire creation of a new intelligent force. In the science of Alchemy this perfect balance is represented symbolically as an energetic “hermaphrodite”. As “spirit” we are both male and female and these forces have come to energetically balance within our physical human body. This is the primary focus of the Ascension process activating on the planet this year.

Regardless of our direct personal knowledge of alchemy, this time cycle will require a Return to Inner Balance. All of us will be living through circumstances that require we learn to restore harmony and balance in our lives, therefore peace to ourselves, and within our closest relationships. It extends outward to personal, social, economic, governmental relationships, unwinding throughout all existing human structures. Like the domino effect, many old systems may collapse from its pressure.

Impact on Relationships

One of the most harrowing results of this accelerated paradigm shift, is the intense impact it has on all human relationships, human intimacy and even our gender and social roles. As we emerge into 2012, we will increasingly notice relationship issues surfacing in our biological family, love and working partnerships, and the necessity of opening dialogues to communicate the deepest most intimate levels of our inner contents. Our guts are spilling out onto the table for all to see, and we cannot run away from emotional vulnerability or hide from each other any longer.

Everything we have ever been programmed into believing was our reality has been shaken down to the core, and in successive waves, these breakdowns will continue to shake free the controlled minds of the masses. The more we cooperate and adapt to these transformational forces the easier it is to change. The more we commit to knowing ourselves, knowing our soul, the easier this transformation becomes. We do not have to suffer through our evolution process when we have a context to accept what is happening to us.

This year the focus will be on first waves embodying the new template of The Hieros Gamos, (the sacred marriage union with our divinity), and the complete change it will require in all human intimate relationships. It will have a significant impact within the current reality system around “legal” or “religious” marriages. Many people on the planet have been or will end significant relationships, such as marriage, or transition through them into higher expressions of spiritual union, or meet their next relationship partner and get married. This marriage may be considered legal or not, however it indeed will be a spiritual agreement. The result of this new Hieros Gamos template included in the planetary mind/logos means that marriages and all relationships will be significantly impacted. The level of inner balance and spiritual and emotional maturity that you have accepted, will reflect your relationship work with your inner self and the “spiritually assigned” relationship partner.

Breaking Away from Destructive Archetypes

No partner, or casual relationship that you have intimate relations with, either sexual or platonic is accidental or by chance. We are ending casual relationships and all relationships will be first and foremost about personal transformation and spiritual development. The new template will emphasize this change in human relationships this year and ongoing. Relationships entered into with a basis of pathology, such as astral delusion, addiction or fantasy (Princess code, Hero/Savior Knight, Tyrant King, Ice Queen) will create the most emotional pain through event backlash. We are being taught to move away from destructive archetypes that play mind games and delude our perception between our intimate relations.

Once it is realized that all relationships are about spiritual growth through applied life lessons, you can participate with that comprehension in order to easily graduate to the next level. Applying nonattachment and unconditional forgiveness in your relationships will allow you to skip the harder (more painful) lessons. Eventually through your balanced self-mastery, you will have access to create the most loving, spiritual marriage you ever could imagine. However we have been manipulated and lied to about our sovereign right to experience a balanced, loving and glorious sacred marriage. We have been filled with shame and guilt from painful distortions promoted from the reptilian control and patriarchal domination. We will have to overcome our emotional pain and our memory of inner spirit crucifixion to be resurrected into the Light of Truth. To become whole again, we will need to relearn and remember our sovereign right to access inner and outer Hieros Gamos. This year we have this possibility and it will continue to grow stronger as more of us wake up and remember to live our divine purpose and love again.

Breakdown of Destructive Realities

From the overall perspective of the human condition in the current global external reality, it is hard to imagine that we ( as uniquely arranged energetic entities) are sharing different points in time/space while being able to sense, view and interact with other entities who are not sharing the same point in time/space. This is exactly what is transpiring now and forward on planet earth. Frequency splits and elevations of different points in the timeline are able to be viewed from different vantage points of consciousness inside the time field. Ascension and the elevation to higher frequency has massive impact to multiple dimensions of reality fields that co-exist with the human race at this timeline, which exists as the densest part of the time matrix. Realities and “timelines” in other dimensions (just as real as ours as we perceive it here on earth) have collapsed, ended and by necessity many different types of entities are transited to different or other “points in the time field”. Many of these entities are confused and some are like “sleepwalkers” that cannot shake themselves awake to comprehend their movement through time. Like trying to communicate to a person who is asleep, they cannot comprehend, and this is a phenomena also happening to human beings in the old 3D structure. The brain and nervous system goes offline. (Dementia, Alzheimer’s, etc)

(Please note: Many Starseeds are incarnated into these bloodlines to help a family member’s soul and body reconnect at some point, either while physically alive or transiting out from the body. You are able to heal ancestral and other genetic miasm by reconnecting the spirit whether the person is alive or passed on. Sometimes there is too much resistance from the mind if they are physically ill, however in Dementia and Alzheimer cases, this is entirely possible. Once you reconnect the spirit, the person’s spirit transit team can take over. Try to not let this lend despair, as you have incarnated here to help and you are empowered to do so. More of this will be given to the community to know how to go about holding “sessions” for ancestral and genetic clearing.)

Many of us understand the behavior by now with the controlling and disconnected entities. Regressive’s can behave similarly as a feral and untamed beast. Even as they are getting collated into smaller fields and cornered they will fight to the end as they are fighting for their survival. Fields where these beings can abuse the energies and physics of that reality to bend to their agendas or manifestations is yielding. These groups are losing access and control over energy functions, and compensating for this in every strategic war game they can call upon or manipulate in the human race. Those agendas will not end in some timeline until the human race wakes up to what is occurring with the earth. For those who deny or remain ignorant of human history are destined to repeat it, over and over.

Do not become paralyzed by the external reality from fear. Quietly collect your parts (heal your heart by retrieving soul) and return to Balance. (To heal yourself all you need to do is ask to communicate with your soul, and she will do most of the process for you) You will not be swallowed by the machine, if you see the machine for what it is. It has no power over you unless you give it your power, through your terror or fear.

The personal choice to be in your personal power lies with every individual. Benevolence is everywhere if we accept the responsibility for ourselves. So as many of us are confused by what we see playing out in the world, it is the old timeline grasping and writhing to collect as many fearful participants in its game for another round. No person has to buy the lie, get sucked into the vampire world, or live in terror any longer. However it requires going inside and trusting your spirit, giving your life to your higher power with no conditions. Put it all on the altar for God and you will be protected from the destructive realities.

Hieros Gamos Distortion

The truth of humanities origins as well as the ancient spiritual knowledge which included the mechanics of human creation and spiritual ascension, have been withheld and distorted on this planet for thousands of years. At the time of reptilian invasion and in the turn to patriarchal dominancy during the dark ages, the sacred teachings of the original Hieros Gamos reflected the distortion of the Lunar shadow upon the feminine principle. This distorted lunar relationship along with the hidden history of the moon chain lineages genetically manipulating our planet, created the current issues with humanities sexual misery, sexual abuse and sexual slavery. These issues mangled and damaged our collective race or soul body (primarily 4D) of which its energetic parts became trapped in our sexual organs and sacral 2nd chakra. Damaging the human body’s ability to feel life force and/or experience the creative energies that emanate from these regions resulted in diseases, social distortions, emotional retardation and crippling addiction. This trauma is further supported to stay that way (by locking kundalini releases and true orgasmic release) by instituting specific architecture in the planetary field to abuse and steal sexual energies, which is molecularly compacting human cellular bodies – such as the operation of the NRG grid network in the United Kingdom.

The NRG plays an important part in feeding a multiple dimensional network which links monadic body harnessing. This structure is from the negative aliens and it is known as the polarized geometric Vesica Pisces which is used to siphon off life force and staple monad bodies to different areas of use on its network, one such area is primarily to operate the Golden Eagle Grid in the Middle East. (note: these reversal networks and black magic systems in the planetary architecture are discussed in conferences and previous newsletters)

Additionally, sexual misery is still aggressively used to mind control and suppress the consciousness of human beings today in a variety of ways. The first writings inferring the Hieros Gamos in Sumerian text (5,000 years ago with the invasion of the Reptilian Annunaki) discuss the role of the female as a sexual slave and prostitute, which exactly mimics the relationship of Mary Magdalene to Jesus as the story told in the Christian Holy Bible. Misuse and abuse of sacred sexual rites by black magicians, as well as the defamation of the female form and debasing loving sexual intercourse became a primary method of which to control and suppress the masses. The truth of Hieros Gamos (Sacred Marriage) was hidden in shame to reflect the female partner as a prostitute, and not as the required genetic and spiritual equal necessary to unify the forces of polarity.

Hieros Gamos is the marriage of genetic and spiritual equal, the rightful King and Queen restored into Oneness, sharing the Crown of Sovereignty as One.

Vesica Pisces Override

Through the restoration of inner balance humanity can override distortions of artificial control and gender splitting that has been propagated aggressively on the planet for the last 5000 years. The template of Hieros Gamos is designed to eventually override the Vesica Pisces mutation by replacing its architecture.

As we restore our inner balance and unite with our true divinity, the Rod and Staff couples (as described in previous newsletters as the prototypes working with this unity template since February 2009) will be transitioned to experience the ultimate sacred marriage finally returning to the earth plane, as the Risen Christos, birthed through the Spiritual marriage of The Hieros Gamos. Hieros Gamos is a part of the destined sequence of which is to return the Glory of Gods image to the human form in Christdom – and to restore balance to the polarities (which includes the sexual energies) in all forms. This template is a related sequence to override the destruction of the NRG grid and its subsidiary controller systems operating in the planetary body.

The Christos is the Offspring of Hieros Gamos

What we have come to learn through the Guardian principle of Hieros Gamos is that the Christos Intelligence is the child/offspring of the Holy Mother (Arc) and Holy Father (Arc), and cannot be birthed into the physical world without both principles/polarities equally unified to zero point. These principles of polarity (male/female) are unified between the internal and external manifestation, internally with the inner spirit and externally with the physical body.

The Ascending Human accepts Hieros Gamos after inner balancing is perfected, manifests its expression into the physical as a Rod and Staff Union with its genetic equal, its Monadic Twin. As the Twin Monads Unite, the Christed Avatar Intelligence acts as the Higher self which then can inhabit the Monad body directly. As the Monad embodies its Avatar Christ Form, it then unifies the opposites of which the feminine principle is alchemically resurrected from its Lunar/Moon reflected Light, to the embodied Solar/Sun Illumined Light. The Solar Feminine is birthed into which is now the Illumined Light which radiates the Rays of Eternal Living Light in 360 degrees of time, and dissolves all mirrors of itself captured in frozen or reflected light, which were the pieces of which the Original Monad that had fragmented itself into multiple identities in time.

The Shekinah or Holy Spirit (Mother principle) acts as the mediator of alchemizing the forces of polarity to dissolve into perfect harmony. This act of alchemy is the resurrection of the transformed bodies of which the wings and crown are restored to the Unity Couple. The union of the male principle into Living Compassion is married to the Female principle of Living Wisdom which then integrates into “One” functioning entity and intelligence field.

Clarification of Union

Briefly it is understood that the alchemical sacred marriage is possible between any genders physically manifested that were spiritually mated to perform alchemy of their substances. The Guardians have no statement on same sex “physical” pairings, except to say they are purposed for many reasons. It is also possible that “non-physical” Spiritual Spouses will also be involved in some of the Hieros Gamos templating for those who choose to stay on within physical incarnation to accomplish biological ascension. Spiritual Spouses may or may not physically incarnate. Some Spiritual Spouses being introduced now will become the sacred marriage partner in another timeline. While a person is undergoing soul healing and reclamation (4D, 5D, 6D triad) they are assigned soulmates ( friends or lovers) and these are referred to as “ Alchemical Unions.” Alchemical Unions are spiritually designed and agreed upon to resolve soul polarity and prepare for Hieros Gamos.

Hieros Gamos is a monadic twin merging and then “Avatar Christ” embodiment into the monad. Many of us will have or have had Alchemical Unions of which to do “test runs” for the ultimate sacred marriage. If you are in an Alchemical Union, pay attention to your lessons and be unconditionally loving and forgiving to your partner. Ask for guidance on your spiritual lessons and what areas you are strengthening your personal discipline. This partner is assigned to you for mutual benefit in evolution, even when there are power imbalances. It may be up to you to return the balance by performing the alchemy required through unconditionally loving behaviour. When it is “energetically” complete be fearless and listen to your internal guidance to take steps to end the relationship harmoniously for the right reason. You will eventually evolve through the Alchemical Union of your Soul Triad and be ready to manifest your sacred marriage partner. Sometimes you will be contacted by guides before you even meet the partner in the physical plane. Many times it will appear one way in the physical and energetically feel the opposite of what it may appear like. Patience with timing will align the congruency of the physical reality to the energy signature. It is a part of the spiritual initiation and ascension process and now this is available on the earth. It is a completely new way of being intimate in human relationships and human marriages. Cultivate your inner discernment and know there is nothing to be scared of. Sacred marriage holds incredible power of protection once you unify with each other and clear the astral delusion and emotional fears. Emotional fears and astral delusion will create massive interference in your relationship, so be brave and do not succumb. Do your emotional healing work together and lead always from what you feel in your heart.

Hieros Gamos in Human Spiritual Empowerment

The Hieros Gamos is revealing itself to be manifested as a sustained holographic re-patterning and re-education program designed for achieving inner and outer sacred marriage through self-focused healing and spiritual empowerment. It is designed to connect then unify God Source with all levels of identity and their human relationships. Previous to 2012, most healing modalities on the planet were sourcing from false white light webbing or were prone to energetic vampirism. The Hieros Gamos template allows for a connection with sustained inner light rather than artificial external light. External light is gathered from others for the manipulation of directing forces. There is no need for external manipulation of forces any longer. This will improve the result of every sincerely heart based (non-ego or selfish motivation) healing method being currently utilized on the planet.

It is energetically inclusive to represent all relationships as One while simultaneously recognizing the stations of identity that exist within time. Many of these “identities” (Group soul/monad, past or future lifetimes) have been “frozen” in various time fields from trauma and pain. To free them and integrate them into the “now” or zero point, we must recognize them One with God, One with ourselves. Massive healing energy powered from the fusion of connecting multiple dimensional gateways are able to be specifically focused in this way. When we compassionately witness these “events in time” our consciousness power moves to the coordinate location of the actual event, forever changing its future impact of pain and retrieving lost souls. It releases the trauma created from that event upon our past and future selves, others and their genetic lines.

Exiting Point

As when such large changes require that a shift of lifestyle is forced upon us, groups of us have a meltdown or decide to leave. Many of us have been dealing with the older generation of family members, their lifestyle change and/or their health and medical problems. In the old medical system it is about “one more test” to come up with nothing and be pushed through the turnstile of doctor visits, exams, biopsies and drugs. The recent push amplifies lung/air, heart/blood and brain/nerve problems. Without proper context for illness, exit points get activated. With ascension context, the exit point can be overridden. Moving through death and transition is very hard from the point of darkness.(ignorance). Moving through death and transition is easier from the point of Light.(awareness) We may be up to our eyeballs dealing with the family dysfunction and its emotional residue in these areas. This is a period that we may be asked to communicate with Family of Origin clean up, tie up loose ends and delve into the 3D cesspool. Something is ending here.

If you are a midwife of the spirit, as many of us are, know that you are of the most compassionate service to help transit people peacefully so they are supported in continual evolution. Leaving the body peacefully yields magnificent results now. You as the “Spiritual Regent” may feel like you are on your last raw nerve, however there seems to be an ending and resolution in sight. May that bring comfort to know that the change required to stay or the transition to leave now is a personal choice. Ancestral and spiritual clearing sessions can heal even the dearly departed. Many will depart after the soul fragments are collected.

Many Blessings of Gratitude

Humanity certainly has known about the many parts of this divine truth and about the key to human freedom. Human spiritual ascension resides with our direct communion with God, from within the context of sacred spiritual marriage. Sacred Marriage is not a new concept, however, it is a heavily distorted one. There has been so much confusion and torment around spiritual marriage and sexual marriage. So much guilt harvested courtesy of the negative alien hijack of one of the most wealthy controller organizations on the planet, The Roman Catholic Church. For a long while in the New Age movement we have heard about fantasy Soulmates, Twin Rays, Divine Union and many other terms describing the same state of being, usually delusional. The cotton candy content force fed to our broken hearts – left a sticky bad taste in our mouth. We are trying to recover from its shock.

Sacred Marriage is a state of being in our hearts that we have desperately missed and have been yearning for since the beginning of time. For many of us on the spiritual and ascension pathway, it has been a difficult, solitary and lonely journey. Many of us in the Indigo and Starseed family have worked tirelessly and diligently to lay the groundwork to create the stepping stones that lead us back into the higher expression of sacred marriage. This Hieros Gamos template has been birthed through the result of the devoted and diligent work of many, many Lightworker’s during the Ascension cycle.

For those many years wondering if we were ever progressing forward, “chopping wood and carrying water”, the answer is finally yes. You have worked your tail off to reach for what is being brought through this year. This time it cannot be stolen from you. Whether inner marriage or outer marriage has eluded you, if you really desire it in your heart, this year will be your year. Dust off from the many times you fell to the ground, (or were pushed) and stand up straight and tall, reach for the starlight again. This year is all about true loving heart exchanges.

Thank you with all of my heart to the courageous Lightworker’s who have given their all for Sacred Marriage in their attempt to rediscover and reclaim what truly belongs to every human being. We have given it back to the future of the human race, now we need to sit back and witness.

2012 Here we go!

“I have been asked various times what I see for us in 2012. And as we move into this new year, there is a definite charge in the air about what will happen on the planet.

One thing is for certain, the “powers that were” have really stepped up the Fear Machine and we will probably see some drama coming up.

There are two aspects to the New Year. One is the end of the old, and the other is the start of the new. Even though not quite aligned with the solstice, and natural Earth rhythms, the calendar new year is charged simply by being accepted and used by millions of individuals to have closure on certain things, and place intentions of new things to come.

Indeed, this is a perfect opportunity for all of us to ride this energy and enter new cycles. What is your greatest dream? Daydream it as being a reality in 2012.

With regard 2012…

I sat with this famous year for a while now, and I am optimistic. I see our role here on the planet as being successful. That the transition to the new agreed reality (which is what a new paradigm is), be smooth and effective.

We could have the transition overnight, yes. But that would make sure that millions of individuals don’t make the jump. By going slowly, and working on our own vibrational level, and working on the collective vibrational level, we can be sure to have many more individuals on board the new reality.

The cycles at a galactic scale are so large, the celestial bodies involved are so huge, that thinking everything will align in one hour of one day of one month in one year, is not logical or possible. Unless, of course, enough human beings are convinced that this is going to happen. Then, the agreed reality manifests for all of us.

But at a galactic and planetary level, the shift has been happening for decades. And during it, the “powers that were” have been busy trying to stop it. They have a huge amount of time and wealth invested in keeping an enslaved reality, and for the majority of their brethren to move to an empowered paradigm fills them with fear.

But that does not concern us. What choice they make is theirs alone. Their path, the path of power over others, of victim/aggressor patterns, the path of learning through suffering, of pain and shock, that path is as honorable as the path we choose to move into. But the two are simply incompatible now. We cannot co-exist in the same planet and have both running side by side. The shift happened earlier this year at an energetic level, now it is manifesting at a physical level.

How do we move out of their reality? All we have to do is say “NO” to their actions and reality, stand in our power, raise our vibrational level and infuse our planet with light and love.

There is a window during this year that might be forced open by the other side. If this is the case, it is really not something I am that concerned about. The window is called “Three days of darkness”. During this period the population will be strictly split between those who are still based on fear, and those who are heart centered.

In my viewing, if this window opens, it will indeed provide an opportunity for the shift we experienced in August to manifest at a collective human level in a rather brutal fashion. However, billions of individuals have incarnated on the planet at this time, and for decades now (including you), in order to make the shift a joyful, smooth, and empowering one for as many people as possible.

But at the end of the day, all that happens on the planet, at a global and local level, is a collective decision. The Hundredth Monkey effect. The consensus. And I honor that completely. This includes the manifestation of “the powers that were” and all their wars and atrocities.

I myself am nothing but a manifestation of a collective call for help in raising the vibrational level of the planet. If I was manifested as a human being to carry out this role, then nothing can stop us as a species in manifesting the most amazing and awe inspiring reality where we can continue to play and “experience” life as a species.

I am indeed very, very optimistic. This next year will see an enormous awakening, a growth of individual power and ability, and a return to our native abilities.

We humans are about communication. We are about Divine Unconditional Love, we are Source manifested. What we can do as we unite is unimaginably great. Gaia already made the jump in 2010… now she is simply waiting for each of us to do the same.

Process the fear around 2012. Raise your vibration. Learn about your nature, bodies and power. Infuse your body, surroundings, and the human species with light and love!”

2012 TO DO LIST      

• 2012 is the last year of the twenty-five yearlong (1987 to 2012 Winter Solstice) galactic alignment (conjunction) of our Winter Solstice Sun to the galactic axis.
• Be ready to let go of whatever limiting patriarchal belief systems, religious beliefs, personal identity beliefs, any residual lower emotions etc.
• Be prepared to let go of any loved one, family member, mate, friend etc. if the gap between you and them has become so large that it’s holding you back in any way from your ongoing Ascension Process. 2012 will bring this up for you to deal with.
• Be prepared to work on your Mental Body and any old lower frequency patriarchal beliefs and belief systems still housed in there. You’re evolving beyond them so be prepared to release them and repeatedly if needed.
• Expect to do more fine-tuning integration energy work on your right/left brain and inner male/female energies.
• Expect increased conscious connections and embodiment of the masculine “god” aspect of Source within you regardless of which sex body you have.
• Expect increased conscious quantum out-of-linear time communications with your Higher Self and its vast knowledge. Get more familiar with higher awareness knowing as opposed to lower frequency linear ego-based thinking.
  
• If needed, expect fast-paced back-to-back Mental and Emotional Body tests/Initiations throughout 2012 as a way to repeatedly check ourselves for any remaining issues/beliefs that need more transmuting and releasing.
• Learn to deal with (and/or just dodge when necessary) the people feeling the building Light Energy pressures but aren’t coping well with them. Mental and emotional instability will escalate dramatically in many people so just be aware.
• Be prepared for expanded levels of consciousness which means encountering greater multidimensional layers of reality plus both positive and negative beings, entities, aliens, dead humans etc. that exist within them. Our reality territory is getting much larger due to our expanding consciousness so be prepared to have occasional encounters with non-physical beings and of course discern everything.
• Ignore the lies, distractions, negativity and BS in the media because it’s only their desperate attempts to remain in control of humanities consciousness. Their time has expired, override them and continue Consciously Creating and Co-Creating above them just as we’ve done all along. The potential exists in 2012 for things to get more chaotic and potentially violent as the negative patriarchal systems disintegrate so hold your higher focus and level of being no matter what else is happening around you.
• Learn to discern energies. Learn to discern (feel, sense, know) who really embodies Light, and who claims to be the Light but is actually the Dark.
• Many will be living through the beginning symptoms and stages of the Ascension Process (due to those different developmental and timeline Stair Steps I’ve talked about) and are and will continue looking for the higher consciousness spiritual teachers of the ascended Earth to help them understand what they’re experiencing and why. Just radiate your Light and High Heart and these students will find you if it’s time and a good match.
• Many more people will choose to exit (die) their physical bodies and continue their Ascension Process in a non-physical realm instead of this one. There are no wrong choices so wish them well on their continued spiritual process.
• Get yourself out of your old 3D left-brained ego and Solar Plexus seat and up into your 5D whole-brain High Heart seat! Release the old lower (and more familiar) frequency ways of being, perceiving, feeling and thinking.
• Let the 2012 solar and galactic Light energies do what they’re here this last year to help all of us do. The solar and galactic energies coming to Earth and humanity throughout 2012 will be even higher than what we’ve dealt with since 1987, 1999, or 2011. These final 2012 energies will be more potent and will more quickly elevate far more human consciousness and hearts than has happened so far.

The mysterious year 2012 has loomed large in humanities minds and imaginations for many years and we’ve finally arrived at its much-anticipated doorstep. Because there’s been tremendous speculation and anticipation about what 2012 really is, what it means, what it will cause, what it won’t cause, what the 2012 Winter Solstice will trigger or won’t trigger etc., there’s some robust thought-forms out there created and fed by different people about 2012. Many of these human created thought-forms are based on distorted patriarchal religious beliefs about the end of the world and so on. It is the “end of the world”; the end of the world as humanity has known it and that’s a very positive thing…not so to the “Powers that Were” however. (I think David Wilcock created this great term…“The Power that Were”.) It’s the end of a lot of things because the old Evolutionary Cycle expired on October 28, 2011, and with the start of 2013, a new Evolutionary Cycle begins on multiple levels.

In some ways 2012 will be a year filled with more chaos, panic, confusion, violence, hate, fear and growing rebellion than 2011 was. Most people are frightened of change and 2012 (and beyond) is all about change and more change. To help with humanities fears about change, the negative human greed monsters have—and will continue to during 2012—reveal just how profoundly greedy, negative, selfish, corrupt and disrespectful they really are toward their fellow humans and Earth. This accelerated revealing of the Dark in its many forms and global systems to more of the masses is exactly what the masses need to become consciously aware of so they finally are ready for change. Waking up and seeing—for themselves—just how negative and corrupt the global patriarchy really is and always has been is exactly what they need to help them make a quick shift out of their old lower frequency consciousness cages. And the cosmic, galactic, solar and planetary (astrological) energies are doing everything to help them and all of us make these massive transitions during the last year of the twenty-five yearlong Ascension Process.

Over the years I’ve referred to what’s happening to the global patriarchy as The Downfall of Atlantis Part 2. Some of these Powers that Were have and will exit quietly in hopes that no one discovers the depth and breadth of their evil greedy deeds. Others of them will remain in the limelight and fight and become more negative and imbalanced as their power and control disintegrates under the growing pressures of the increasing Light. Their time is done but many of them will fight and lash out wildly to remain in control and power. In 2012 there’s going to be plenty of hair pulling, crying, tantrum throwing, probable increased violence against those who protest (all “Occupy” people), growing money problems, growing unemployment, and increased attempts to illegally prevent the Light from spreading by the patriarchal Powers that Were.

Let’s quickly follow that dire sounding paragraph with some positive things that 2012 will bring. One that I sense will happen very quickly and in ways that most “normal” people won’t even fully be aware of at the time is sudden psychic or ESP (Extra Sensory Perception) and HSP (Higher Sensory Perception) abilities. I’ve been sensing that throughout 2012 growing numbers of “normal” people (by normal I mean people who are not consciously aware of the Ascension Process, the new Age, HSP, other dimensions and Beings etc.) will suddenly be consciously aware of things they might not have even believed in prior, which is kinda funny when you think about. But this is how I sense more and more “normal” people will suddenly shift (incrementally, not in one huge single shift) out of the old familiar lower frequency consciousness; in sudden and rather dramatic bursts of expansion. Oh happy day huh?!

Another thing I sense that will become a growing issue for more people in 2012 is certain “channeled” material supposedly coming from positive ETs and/or the Light but who are actually Dark beings/entities and always have been. I expected to hear more people, and even some who channel, finally realizing this in 2011 and maybe it did and I just didn’t hear about it. I do sense however that more people will finally realize they’ve been lied to, distracted and duped by certain non-physical Dark beings/entities who’ve claimed to be the Light for many years. This realization will be hard for many people to admit to themselves and make the necessary adjustments in their beliefs etc. and yet they must learn to discern energies in both people and non-physical Beings. They need to realize that this is the time for each one of us to do the Inner Energy Work ourselves and stop waiting for ET saviors or anyone/anything else to rescue humanity and Earth. It is not going to happen. We are our saviors now and that is part of this evolutionary Initiation process into 5D unity consciousness.

I can physically feel that the Ascension symptoms I’ve lived with since 1999 have diminished greatly; some of them I hardly have anymore, and some symptoms have been replaced with newer ones like the major head/skull/brain and eye pressures and pains I’ve had intensely since 2009, more so in 2010 and primarily all on the left side, and very intensely on all sides, right/left and front/back for months during 2011. But, despite these painful head/skull/brain pains and pressures, many of the old Ascension symptoms have diminished so much that they’re a non-issue at this point. Added to that miracle is the fact that leaving my house to go shopping out there now is VASTLY improved due to the tremendous increase of Light Energies on and in Earth over the past few years. Said another way, there’s finally enough Light out there in the world that it’s much more physically and energetically comfortable when I have to go out now. Between the decreased Ascension symptoms—I’m talking about the really horrible difficult ones and having them over the past almost thirteen years—and the greatly increased Light on the planet, it’s getting increasingly comfortable to go back out into the world out there. This will increase rather dramatically I think throughout 2012 as we prepare to fully enter the New.

There’s an Expiration Date to this Ascension Process and we’ve got 2012 to deal with, transmute, resolve, release etc. whatever it is we each still need to, plus, adapt to the 2012 incredibly potent push of even higher frequency solar and galactic energies to prepare us energetically for the new higher level Evolutionary Cycle that begins with 2013. 2012 is the grand cosmic energetic push to complete this twenty-five yearlong Ascension Process so we’re vibrating fast and high enough to cope with becoming Beings of Light in 2013 and beyond. (I feel you thinking about this linearly so knock it off and just open and let more come in than that! )

There were many times throughout 2011 where I was repeatedly tested to learn certain things about myself, my Emotional Body, being emotionally reactionary (one’s bottom three chakras and matching ego consciousness, emotions and emotional reactions, fight or flight, ego survival etc.) and learn from it but continue inching my way out of them and increasingly into my High Heart and unity Consciousness. My Second Saturn Return in Libra had much to do with this same learning and transmuting process for me throughout 2011 making this a theme on multiple levels.

(February 7, 2012 Saturn turns retrograde at 29° Libra until June 25, 2012 when it goes direct at 22° Libra. That’s five months worth of Saturn retrograding in Libra for everyone to reevaluate internally and rework whatever it is that needs your/mine/our attention so we’re energetically ready for Saturn turning direct five days after the 2012 Summer Solstice. Use this last Saturn in Libra retrograde phase during the first-half of 2012 and never forget that we all bleed the same. Make whatever needed changes within yourself and try to not emotionally mutilate others with your old lower ego and left-brain any more. Aries represents self and Libra all others. More on this difficult evolutionary transition in a moment.)

Throughout 2011 my desire to continue writing at TRANSITIONS was seriously tested multiple times. I’ve written more articles in 2011 that got deleted because I wasn’t able to externalize—write—all I was perceiving fast enough or have enough clear mental focus long enough minus physical fatigue to get it all typed out. (Speaking these things is so much faster and easier than the slower method of writing them, and oftentimes that slow down is just enough to seriously mess with my ability to fully linearly write out what I want to share…another gap in other words that I’ve struggled with during 2011.)

Physical exhaustion, months-long head/skull/brain pains and pressures, recurring brain fog, plus a new level of learning about how to deal with the growing gap between people on those different Stair Steps and timelines within this Ascension Process have combined making writing in 2011 more difficult for me than ever before. 2011 has been a real testing for me about learning to shift out of my bottom three chakras while simultaneously NOT dropping back down into them when emotionally triggered by certain of those others who came at me from their bottom three chakra consciousness with their fear, pain, confusion, disrespect, misunderstanding, or total lack of understanding. The gap between the 3D ego Solar Plexus consciousness and the 5D unified High Heart consciousness is so huge that some others cannot relate to or understand other others so they lash out at them. How I/you/each of us choose to react or not react is of course up to us. Lisa Renee and her Guardian’s term of the “neutral” or “Compassionate Witness” (see her October 2011 article) should be making a lot more sense now.

How many other Ascension Teachers have we repeatedly heard tell us to be kind to each other? To treat each other gently and with respect? How many of us have consistently done that? How many haven’t, and more importantly, why? How many need to make personal changes in themselves to not be disrespectful, hurtful or cruel to Starseeds, Lightworkers, Ascension Teachers? How many of us need to learn to deal with these types of situations and people in very different ways now? It’s been a wound, frustration and learning process for me personally throughout 2011, but I understand the whys of it all and just need to get all of me there. It’s been a rough year but with massive improvements despite the surface appearance of total meltdowns and general emotional instability and mental chaos everywhere. Everyone is raw and exhausted at this point and many are in great fear and pain. We’ve all got to keep this in mind/heart throughout 2012 and make a conscious effort to be more kind and respectful with each other; it will make everyone’s journey so much easier and faster.

More Dark Ones and negativity was removed during 2011 than…ever. In early 2011 I mentioned I’d perceived the—as I called them—Cosmic Cavalry was on their way to 3D finally. They did arrive and they escorted the Dark Ones to the exit door because it was intervention time and the Dark Ones had reached the Expiration Date along with the completion of the Evolutionary Cycle/Mayan calendar. The Ascension Process has been about completing duality and removing the negative dark and all of its many players and systems, which naturally returns Earth, humanity and human consciousness back to Source or Love/Light. Many have seen this Ascension Process as a polarized happening; we’re either heading towards “heaven on Earth”, or, heaven is decending to Earth. I’ve always felt it was more about just getting rid of the dark negative riffraff so everything could be even better than it was prior to the takeover by the Dark Ones.

There’s a lot more growth and learning to be done by all, and I mean all, and there’s nothing wrong or disgraceful about that. It is what it is so just get over it and keep moving forward because time is short. We’ve got one year left (2012) to get ourselves individually as bright n’ shiny (vibrationally raised, evolved, resolved, integrated, healed emotionally and mentally etc.) as we possibly can before the next Evolutionary Cycle begins with the 13 of 2013. Use the past system of 12 to better understand this massive evolutionary shift; the 12 Apostles (and 12 everything else) plus Jesus as the mysterious and mystical 13 which hints at how important this shift out of the old 3D system of 12 (and our lower three chakras and matching ego consciousness within linear time and duality) into a totally different and vastly higher one symbolized, I repeat symbolized, by 13. I want to make that end of 2012 transition with as little personal baggage as I can so I don’t carry it with me into the new higher Evolutionary Cycle for me to continue working on it there. Sounds like a plan we all should work on during 2012 don’t ya think?

I remember hearing Steve Rother’s channeled group use this humorous and correct term; all the little gods learning how to make room for all the other little gods. It’s becoming increasingly obvious we’re transitioning (those Stair Steps) out of our lower 3D ego Solar Plexus as Lord and Master of the Universe perspective and focal points, up to our 5D High Hearts as our new ascended/evolved Lord and Master of the Universe perspective and focal point. That my weary irritated fellow Ascension travelers is one hell of a HUGE evolutionary leap! Seriously and honestly ponder it for a bit because doing so will make you feel better about all this.

Bottom three chakras and their matching frequency mega fear-based, survival-based ego consciousness within the old lower 3D physical world of duality—all the way up to the High Heart with its matching consciousness within Light-filled 5D where integration, unity, Light and Love is the only game in town. This particular frequency, consciousness, reality and dimensional gap is SO HUGE that it requires two different worlds and dimensions to house them each! I hope this helps with the general frustrations, confusions, wounds, irritations, exhaustion and general misunderstandings that happened excessively during 2011 for many of us. Every minute of 2011 was major, and a ton of negativity was transmuted and Dark Ones literally moved out of this world and dimension both in 3D physical, 4D Astral, and higher. For me every minute of December 2011 was a compressed version of what transpired throughout the year. This tells me we’ve had plenty to transmute and purge in preparation for the last year of the twenty-five yearlong Ascension Process. We can finally see the Finish Line now so hang in there everyone because 2012 will unfold even faster than 2011 did.
