I’m writing because I am concerned that there may be some of us, and I am one, who believes that I am protected from the Dark, and have always been protected, because otherwise my job here would not make much sense, and so other than breathing in light and breathing out love on a daily basis, I have never felt the urge to do any special ritual or activity with specific reference to keeping Team Dark away from me and those I love, especially my pets.

My life prior to awakening was full of pain, especially physical, and I always handled it without becoming a victim of blaming any other for the condition in which I found myself. Emotionally, I have been dragged through the mud a few times, but again I learned the lessons and was able to extricate myself when I needed to. I’m not saying I was anything special in my younger years, that’s for sure, but somehow I knew that I created my reality and if I succumbed to pressures outside of myself, I would pay a very big price indeed.

Can you tell me, please, and I know you will tell me honestly, am I fooling myself? 

I am comfortable with my awareness and since my awakening, I have had no experiences with Team Dark, and as I read about those who have, I wonder if my turn is yet to come. I don’t sense that, but it would help me tremendously, and hopefully others, who wonder if we’ve being naive. I do not want to infer that protection isn’t necessary, but is it possible that there are some of us who incarnated into this nano-second protected? Thank you. Love to All Here.

Barbara wrote this Comment under another article recently (which I’ve edited here slightly) and because it’s an important question I wanted to respond to it in its own article. Thank you Barbara. ♥

In all honesty I think the majority of Starseeds/Lightworkers-Lightwarriors/Indigos have not wanted to fully consciously know and admit (while in our physical bodies and lives on Earth) just how extensive the negativity, atrocities and deceptions on Earth have been and how profoundly handicapped humanity has become due to Team Dark’s multidimensional actions against them. Knowing this at higher, nonphysical levels is very different from being in physicality feeling and living under the negative distortions and interference directly.

Despite my being consciously aware from childhood that I intentionally came to 3D Earth from some place less dense, I’ve resented having to energetically protect myself from Team Dark during this life here. That may sound strange coming from an ultra-sensitive elder Starseed who volunteered to live inside the enemy’s camp to stop them but it’s true. I have resented needing to continually protect myself from Team Dark in this life because it was a daily and nightly reminder of how dark and horrible life on Earth has been and my role in correcting this situation.

Not all Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigos are here to embody the higher frequency blueprints for humanity in the same ways or to the same degree. I know many of my fellow Starseed/Lightworker/Indigo co-workers don’t have a soul mission to experience and embody severe polarized Light/Dark extremes in physicality as I and certain others have during this Ascension lifetime. This does NOT mean anyone is more privileged or special than another, it simply means that not all Starseeds/Lightworkes/Indigos are carrying out identical mission work while here now. We’re all here to aid humanity, Earth, Home and everything and everyone in between and beyond but we each have our different talents and soul missions within the overall Ascension Process. Not everyone is or needs to be an Ascension Process electrician—Ascension Process framers, plumbers, heating and air, carpenters, painters etc. are equally needed for their important abilities as well.

For a couple decades I wondered why I had so many negative encounters and attacks from Team Dark (the nonphysical, nonhuman negative Aliens and other negative entities). During my twenties (1970s) and thirties (1980s) I oftentimes thought that I must be doing something “wrong” to cause or attract such negative nonphysical attention and attacks repeatedly. I believe many of us have incorrectly thought this about ourselves over the years or decades. Back then I considered everything I was aware of at that time and always felt like some major piece of this puzzle was missing. I’ve finally realized that some, not all but some Starseeds have the soul mission of experiencing repeated negative attacks, encounters, face-to-face conversations etc. in multiple dimensions (physical, astral, mental planes) from Team Dark. Why? To experience severe polarity extremes in 3D physicality and our physical bodies so we can embody higher frequency energetic solutions.

This is another amazing Alchemical Ascension formula where Team Dark’s negativity and attacks are energetically utilized by some Starseeds to activate polarity resolution and integration within their bodies. Doing this automatically activates the next phase which is embodiment of higher frequency Unity blueprints for evolving humanity. The Ascension Process had to be embodied in this physical dimension by Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigos first as the way to physically, biologically and energetically anchor the higher frequency Unity blueprints or templates into this dimension and timeline for humanity for the next Evolutionary Cycle.

Realize that some Starseeds/Lightworkers-Lightwarriors/Indigos have intimate and repeated battles with Team Dark and many do not and both situations are normal. Starseeds who experience close hand-to-hand combat with Team Dark do so NOT because they did anything “wrong”; NOT because they weren’t feeling enough “love”; NOT because some were “better” than others; NOT because they’ve been in their subconscious basements and are projecting it on others, or any other such incorrect type of thinking and awareness. And the Starseeds who don’t experience repeated attacks from Team Dark haven’t done anything “wrong” either!

These negative attacks happen to some Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigos because it’s part of the Ascension Process of Alchemically transmuting, transforming duality and what we’ve come to call “negativity” into a higher frequency. It’s Alchemically transformed back to a neutral state and then becomes “unified” and exists in a higher frequency range and state. Do not feel guilty if you have or if you have not experienced attacks and battles with Team Dark, or that you have to or don’t have to protect yourself against them. We all do what we’re here now to do; it’s just that some of us have to wear more work-related protective gear than others is all. But, no matter what, always be careful please and protect yourself if and whenever you feel you need to. Gratitude to all for your individual services in the Ascension Process.

Old Message from a Positive 8D Orion

Back in the 1990′s I had a few telepathic messages from a much-loved old 8D Orion friend. Because there’s been so much negativity surrounding Orion, I’ve not said much about this positive eighth dimensional being because of this. He told me back in the mid-90′s that in the future I’d have to psychologically, emotionally and energetically deal with some very dark and difficult multidimensional history in relation to certain negative Orion based beings. He didn’t go into detail at that time, but was trying to prepare me for when I would have to know, see, remember, integrate and transmute some of it. That ‘future time’ he spoke of has built for me since 2009. It seemed the closer we got to the 2012 Ascension timeline, the more this and plenty of other negative multidimensional Alien activities have needed to be consciously remembered, integrated and dealt with now like it or not…believe it or not…want to or not.

As our consciousness evolves and expands, we’re increasingly remembering more of our multidimensional memories from other timelines, events, actions, and hijacked timelines crafted by negative Alien beings. Many of these negative Alien’s actions are nearly incomprehensible to us due to the extent of the evil they’ve done to humanity. I know how hard many of these negative Alien’s past and present actions and agendas are for many Starseeds to even comprehend and cope with consciously. But this is the phase and level we’re at now and many of us have to remember more and consciously admit to the scope of negativity that is “normal” to Team Dark members. I know how hard it is for most of us to even have this type of awareness in our minds and hearts because they simply do not fit due to their profound negativity and parasitic qualities. This is how alien they really are and why we’ve been working so hard to energetically override, disintegrate, and permanently remove them.

Positive Grey Aliens

I mentioned briefly in A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution that I’ve had a few conscious telepathic inter-dimensional meetings with a couple of positive Grey ETs. Like the positive Orion’s, the positive Grey’s aren’t something I’ve talked much about publicly either because there’s been so much confusion and distortions with these particular ET groups (and no doubt some others as well). Throw in multiple timelines and any topic becomes vastly more confusing and difficult to discuss. Because Lisa Renee mentioned them again in her May 2012 article [ http://deniselefay.wordpress.com/2012/05/04/lisa-renees-may-2012-report/ ], and because I know there’s plenty more information and awareness about our multidimensional Selves and other ET neighbors coming to the surface of increasing numbers of Starseeds and Indigo’s consciousness now and in the months ahead (and humanity as well), I figured I’d talk a bit more about some of my experiences and current perceptions about this. Remember however that I too am going through this further 2012 expansion of multidimensional consciousness, personal multidimensional and multiple timeline memories integration, and current Starseed Ascension work now also.

There were many times before the start of my physical Ascension Process in February 1999, that I felt some strange familiarity in my physical human Denise body with certain positive Grey ETs. This familiar body awareness has always felt to me just like what having a “past life memory” feels of being in an opposite sex human body to the one you have in this life, and/or with different human racial features, skin color, hair, eyes, musculature, bone structure etc. [The quote(s) below are all from Lisa Renee's May 2012 article]

“There are many factions of Grey Aliens, so please know that most of the benevolent ones have been human in the past, or have chosen peaceful evolution.”

The couple of times in decades past when one of these positive Greys would etherically show up while I was awake, it felt like having an old best friend unexpectedly drop in for a visit. For those of you reading this and whose hearts are beating faster because of it and are second guessing whether Denise is one of the “good guys” or one of the “bad guys”, please realize that due to all I’ve been through in this life I can feel, sense, and know the energetic difference between the “good guys” and the “bad guys”. I can tell from the energies they radiate or don’t radiate and/or try to cloak.

The “bad guys” or Team Dark as I call all of them, can cloak or try to hide their energies from Starseeds, Lightworkers, Indigos etc. but you can still sense and feel either the great negativity they radiate or the great lack of Light within them. I’ve learned that when a non-physical Being(s) shows up and I feel nothing emanating from it/them, it’s because they’re cloaked and/or hiding behind their created False Light. This False Light looks like bright white light from a physical fluorescent light bulb and has zero energy coming from it because it’s empty, fake.

Positive Beings emanate such delicious positive, abundant and expansive Light/Love/Life-force that it’s sometimes overwhelming or intoxicating to us in physicality and we’ll sometimes fall asleep (exit our physical bodies) in their etheric presence if the energy gap between us is too great to cope with. Not so with Team Dark! You sense you’re in deep shit when they show up and that you’re in for a real fight for your life and life-force with them. Huge difference between Team Light and Team Dark and it’s easy to feel the potent differences in both multidimensional Groups of Beings. And as long as it’s needed, get intimately familiar with how both Groups and energies feel so you’ll know in an instant whose really in your space.

April 2012 Multidimensional Inner Earth Changes

It was in early April that I noticed something had suddenly changed and was continuing to change every time I did Lisa Renee’s “12 D Shield” technique. The point in it where you visualize your platinum 6-pointed (mer ka ba) star going down into the center of the Earth to connect with it was where I saw things looked and felt very different. Compared to what I’d always seen before, now the inner Earth had changed colors, density and energy and was looking and feeling to me like all hell had broken loose down there! I didn’t know what exactly was happening down around the Earth’s core energetically in early April 2012, but I could tell by the sudden and drastic color and energy changes that something big and very positive was unfolding. After a few days of clairvoyantly seeing and feeling that the old inner Earth colors I’d always seen when I envisioned my star going down into the Earth had changed, I began investigating in an attempt to better understand what was happening down there. For however long it’s been that I’ve been visualizing Lisa’s 12 D Shield technique, the other-dimensional inner Earth area has always looked to me like a dense, dirty, unpleasant and terribly congested dark brick-red color with matching dense frequency energies. After some thought about this in April, I realized how stereotypically “hell-like” it actually looked down there which, amazingly, I hadn’t even considered prior assuming it to be “normal”. But when I saw that dark brick-red color and dense low-frequency congestion down within the Earth being broken up in mid April, I knew one old non-physical location of earthly “hell” was in the process of being permanently removed by multidimensional Team Light members.

Physical location-wise where what I was seeing, feeling and even working on myself during April corresponded to within physical reality didn’t enter the picture for me. I knew I’d been working deep within the Earth in another dimension fixing rocks, (yep I said fixing rocks! It was so natural at the time but sounds weird when I say it like this!) connecting energy lines and mopping-up down there in other dimensional inner Earth areas. During April I saw the old dense brick-red colors replaced with bright and vibrant white, light yellow and light green swirling colors of Light and very positive higher frequency energies down there. A few weeks later when I read Lisa Renee’s May 2012 article I knew it was connected to what’s happened in and around the physical areas in Peru she talked about and the corresponding other-dimensional areas.

Vlad the Impaler & Multidimensional Negative Alien Actions & Parasitism

Some of you may remember a 2009 article I wrote about an abnormally disturbing reaction I had to only partially watching a TV docudrama about Vlad the Impaler. [ http://deniselefay.wordpress.com/2009/12/02/you-cant-store-that-crap-in-here/ ] At the time I was surprised by how deeply I was emotionally affected by this TV program describing how people’s physical bodies were pushed onto wooden poles much like how we skewer pieces of beef onto metal skewers for kabobs. Sorry…I know how disturbing and difficult this topic is believe me, but we’ve got to go there so some more of what’s happened and is currently happening, and some of what’s being dismantled now makes better sense to greater numbers of us on a conscious level.

Because of my extreme reaction to watching parts of this TV docudrama about Vlad the Impaler, I knew there was something else underneath that was the greater original source of my emotional pain and repulsion towards Vlad’s physical actions in the physical world. I knew I had to investigate this matter deeper to find out why this particular Vlad the Impaler topic affected me to the degree it did. The moment I consciously decided to find the deeper level source of this profound repulsion and terror, I found myself in the Astral plane (4D) viewing a vast area of blackness with something resembling a massive fish net cast across the empty space and pinned in place. To me this particular space and fish net was massive and could have covered hundreds of physical miles. How large it was in 4D I couldn’t tell you other than it was massive and stretched out far and wide.

Impaled upon and trapped within this massive Astral trap net were a few intact human bodies, far more human body parts, plus unrecognizable chunks of human flesh. I saw arms, hands, legs, feet, torsos, heads, and just sections of human flesh that were still producing energies even in this mutilated condition. Every piece was extremely valuable to Team Dark (the negative non-human, non-physical Aliens). Each one of these human body parts and pieces of human flesh impaled and trapped in this massive Astral net were producing energy which Team Dark has used/uses like batteries to fuel many of their dark distorted, self-serving trans-dimensional systems.

A few years ago when I clairvoyantly viewed this massive Astral net with human body parts impaled upon it (I’ve read Lisa Renee using the term “stapled”), I had another personal Matrix movie moment where Neo wakes up for the first time, looks out around him and sees the hundreds of thousands of other asleep humans (batteries) that the machine beings parasite off of to power their world and its systems. It was a horrific moment for me having to see the real life version of this consciously and acknowledge it as an actual multidimensional fact and reality. As I viewed these billions of human body parts and bits of human flesh impaled on this massive Astral net, I hated more than I ever have and simultaneously wanted to end this inter-dimensional, multiple body murder, mutilation and heinous thievery more than I wanted my next breath. Stair Steps within the Ascension Process, and, Stair Steps within our Starseed/Lightworker/Indigo conscious awareness and multiple timeline memories also.

Multidimensional Responsibilities

Every time we hear about human suicide bombers, car bombs, landmines, mine fields, grenade explosions, bomb explosions and any other patriarchal warring tools designed to kill, mutilate and blast to bits other living humans, know that those etheric human body parts and pieces of exploded flesh are energetically caught and utilized like this by non-physical Team Dark. Even if the human lost a limb(s) but survived physically, these etheric body parts are impaled and trapped in these other-dimensional Astral nets where they’re USED by negative, non-physical Aliens and other non-physical parasitic entities for the energy they naturally produce. Every inch of us in every dimension (physical, emotional, mental etc.) is holographic and contains all of Source, all of the All That Is in it. Every inch of us is profoundly multidimensionally potent and important and produces energy even when physically ripped from our bodies and exploded to bits.

Human psyches and souls can be blown to bits also just like physical bodies are in physical wars, accidents, explosions, murders, tortures etc. (9/11 was created to do this and create and fuel another of Team Dark’s offshoot timelines, plus all the other physical dimension things that came from it as well.) In these cases the souls are fragmented as if an etheric bomb tore them apart and they too are caught, impaled and used by Team Dark in other dimensions for the same reasons as etheric human body parts are; they produce energy which the negative Aliens and entities use as fuel and food. There’s physical trauma which rips apart physical human bodies, but because humanity is multidimensional, there’s also emotional, mental, psychological and etheric body and/or soul fragmentation and trauma that also happens. Team Dark has utilized humanities multidimensional bodies—not only their physical bodies or physical body parts.

The Truth—although oftentimes a real bitch—Will Set You Free

Remember Lisa Renee’s March 2012 article entitled “How Much Are You Willing To Know?” When I first saw that title I chuckled to myself because I knew it meant all of us were entering another phase of having to consciously know more. For me the first thing I needed to be more consciously aware of arrived through one of my readers sharing a link in a Comment for another reader. What I found interesting was how I instantly reacted emotionally to that link. I hadn’t even clicked on it but I instantly had one big emotional reaction to it while not even consciously knowing what it was about! Typically that’s a big clue that something important—and most likely unpleasant in some way—was right around the corner.

It took me about three days of squirming and complaining to myself before I finally clicked that link and went to consciously face whatever information was there that I needed to know now. What I found at that website was some information that fully explained an event that I experienced in 2004—a mere 48 hours after we moved out of our old house and into the one we’re still in today. 

Those of you who’ve read A Lightworker’s Mission know the back-story. For those of you who haven’t read it, very briefly, I and my Mom lived under demonic attack from April 2000 to June 2004. These attacks were manifested on the physical plane via two male next-door neighbors (renters) who moved in April 2000. Only one year into my physical Ascension Process and these two human bozos are manipulated by Team Dark to move in next-door to us, and because they were already possessed by a demonic entity, it turned its focus on me immediately and less intensely on my Mom. Problem was that I was so wrecked due to all the severe Ascension energies and symptoms that I didn’t perceive they were both possessed. Assholes yes, possessed no. That dangerous lack of awareness almost cost me my life. By 2004, my and my Mom’s Grid work in that physical location where our old house was located was completed, but I was hanging on by a thread due to the extreme Ascension Process I’d been going through from February 1999 coupled with constant etheric and physical demonic attacks on top of it all.

Quite simply, I got my ass handed to me repeatedly for those four years until I was able to regain enough mental focus to finally even think to do etheric level Energy Protection. Sad but true. You wanna know what the Negatives whisper in our etheric ears oftentimes? “This is normal, this is natural, don’t do anything, don’t move, don’t do anything, this is normal, this is natural…”.  Only hours after I first put up Astral etheric energy protections around our property, house, and myself, the demon clairvoyantly revealed itself to me after four years of hiding from me this way. Yes, I said hours. Once I clairvoyantly saw it I realized I was—and had been—in deep trouble and now that it had revealed itself to me the polarity WAR would unfold with a fervor it hadn’t earlier. That was when we decided to sell that house and move because I knew I wouldn’t survive if we didn’t. [For more info see A Lightworker's Mission ]

Within 48 hours of moving into our new house in another city in 2004 I came under psychic attack again but in a very different way.

There I am in 2004 our new house thoroughly cleaning it before we moved the furniture in. We needed a gas line installed for the clothes dryer so I asked my son if he knew of anyone who could do that job for us. He did and call his plumber friend to come over and give us an estimate for the work. Mind you, it’s only been 48 hours since Mom and I escaped our old house and four years of demonic attacks while struggling with the ongoing Ascension Process.

I hear a really loud car coming and my son says that’s his friend the plumber coming. I looked out the window and saw his car half a block away but couldn’t see him at all. In the next nanosecond I was totally and completely “in love” with this never before seen young man. I’ll never forget how conscious I was in that moment that, somehow, I was being manipulated to “fall in love” with this man I’d never seen before and did not know at all. I was furious and resisted as hard as I could yet couldn’t stop myself from feeling this way about the stranger driving towards my new house to install a gas line! I was that acutely aware that something abnormal was happening to me in those few seconds but I didn’t know what, who, or why it was happening. Long and embarrassing story short, I had a sudden and potent “crush” on this poor young male stranger despite how hard I tried not to. I know over the weeks he did other plumbing work for us that he felt me and the energies building between us and didn’t want any of it either. Thankfully near the end of the bathroom plumbing jobs he ran away which was a blessing actually because it ended this form of Team Dark attack upon me and misery for him. But I didn’t put the invisible negative manipulation pieces together back in 2004 to realize that manipulating humans emotionally in these sorts of romantic and/or sexual ways is profoundly easy for Team Dark.

The LINK & Needing To Know More

So I’m getting more and more angry at this link someone left in a Comment a few weeks ago and I’m well-aware that my irrational anger is a clue to something else underneath. Just like with that young plumber stranger, I was emotionally affected by this link before I even clicked on it! After a few days I finally did click on it and found myself at Eve Lorgen.com reading a few of her articles about what she calls the “Alien Love Bite”. This of course was the information I needed at the end of April 2012 concerning my sudden strange June 2004 crush obsession with the young plumber. Gawd those unrelenting Team Dark bastards! How much are you willing to know anyway?  

While reading about these “Alien Love Bites” manipulations I was so angry that I’d been had yet again by Team Dark. After the initial anger I realized how foolish I’d been not realizing that if Team Dark can do what all they have to humanity, Starseeds, Lightworkers, Indigos etc., then they can very easily manipulate and direct human romantic and sexual relationships! In my case with this young plumber in 2004, it was a derailment tactic intended to distract me as a Starseed working on the Ascension timeline. I was able to shake off the deliberately created “crush” on this guy but it still bothered me for a long time because I’d always known that none of it actually came from me. This emotional romantic manipulation done to me by Team Dark was—compared to the demonic entity trying to kill me or drive me mad—a small speed bump in the Ascension road. But, like so many of us, I needed to consciously know this particular information which fully explained my sudden, 48 hours after moving unwanted obsessive crush on that young man.

Moving Right Along

I started writing this article in early May but so much has happened throughout this month that it was repeatedly put on the back burner. As much as I don’t even want to talk about these types of negative things any more, I need to occasionally and many of you reading this need to hear about them for whatever your current personal reasons. So, there’s another chunk of the icky, negative trans-dimensional crap so let’s move on because the May 20, 2012 Eclipse and Alcyone alignment and planetary “reboot” is still working its transformational magic on us all.

I wanted to briefly add here that since the May 20th Eclipse alignments I’ve had some old Ascension symptoms flare back up again as I know many of you have too. I’ve had the head pains and pressures again, not as severe as years past but there nonetheless. I’ve also been having mild Hot Flashes again which, thankfully, had diminished greatly over the past three years but they’re back again. Also the head dizzies or that sense of falling or tipping over in slow motion. And the old Morning Sickness nausea business is back again, along with the pain in the spine and different joints. Let us not forget the seemingly unending exhaustion! Another old Ascension symptom I had for ten years has returned thanks to the Eclipse energies and it’s that feeling of going into a mild state of shock; cold, sweaty, clammy and slightly nauseous. And the food/eating/digesting business has reached a new level of misery too since the May 20th Eclipse which I know many of you are experiencing also.

Because we oftentimes forget that moving through these major transitions such as the May 20, 2012 Eclipse alignments, that they naturally activate major physical body changes in us all too. I wanted to mention that this is why many of us have had Ascension-related symptoms reappear recently and/or some new ones manifest too. Gads, and we’ve still got all the major June 2012 energy events to traverse! Hang in there my friends.

For the past couple of months I’ve been seeing a very beautiful vision. The above drawing my sister Yasmeen Harper recently did for me is very close to what I’ve been clairvoyantly seeing. This exciting image represents the start of the rising (ascending) of 5D High Heart Consciousness within humanity. To me this is comparable to humanity literally crawling out of dank, dark cave and into the Light and sanity! The significance of this evolutionary ascension transition is monumental and will quickly cause humanity to shift from living and perceiving from their lower frequency 3D solar plexus and bottom two chakras only, up into their higher frequency 5D High Heart. An entire book could be written about the differences between just these two levels of awareness and their corresponding external worlds and realities, which should tell you how important and life and reality changing this particular ascension-related shift actually is.

The first time I clairvoyantly saw this energy Sun rising into our 5D upper chest (Thymus gland of the 5D High Heart), I wondered why it was a Sun and not a lotus flower or star or something else. After I had this thought I instantly knew that it was a Sun due, in large part, to the connection with the sign of Leo (which is ruled by the Sun) and its opposite astrological sign and Age, Aquarius (which is ruled by Uranus). Ascension into the fifth dimensional Age of Aquarius—higher Awareness and opposite sign and energies Leo—higher Heart. What a wonderful integrated 5D union for humanity to step into at the start of a new Evolutionary Cycle! This is what’s coming; the rising of High Heart fifth dimensional unified consciousness within humanity on a matching frequency Earth with none of the old lower insanity carrying over or able to co-exist within this higher frequency and consciousness.

I’ve been feeling this new High Heart Sun energy and consciousness rising and radiating in my upper chest for a while now. I can feel the size and pressure of it increasing and its energy rays radiating and literally pushing up under my chin. My point of focus, my point of where “I” reside and perceive reality is ascending up into my upper chest area; no longer my 3D  head, ego, and left-brain but my new 5D High Heart Sun “brain”.

Sometimes this rising, ascending new energy and pressure causes some pain in my back and spine in this area and around the shoulder blades in my back, but that’s a small price to pay to transition out of the dark cold ego cave of 3D and ones bottom three chakras as the only lens upon a dark, cold, matching reality. A little pain in my spine and back muscles at and around this High Heart level (Karen Bishop used to call this our “wings” or “human angel wings”) is nothing compared to what all I’ve already endured throughout the Ascension Process. So this embodying transformation hurts a bit now…the results will far outweigh the current transitional birth pains!

A few days ago I was having my now normal sudden afternoon pass-out, get out-of-body, absolutely must-have Rest & Recuperate nap when I again saw this inner energy High Heart Sun (consciousness) rising and radiating in my upper chest area. I lay there asleep but lucid and felt the now familiar intense inner body vibrations buzzing, spinning and roaring at times inside me as I viewed this rising High Heart Sun becoming my new ascended base of operations and focal point of my evolving Self. It was such a beautiful sight to see and event to feel happening within my body/bodies and self, but to also know that this ascension evolutionary shift is now beginning within humanity was breathtakingly glorious. Payday!

The other day I thought I’d check Carl Calleman’s website to see if he’d written something recently and discovered he’d added a new page about the May 20, 2012 Solar Eclipse (at 0° Gemini 21′) and conjunctions between Earth, the Sun and Alcyone—the central and highest frequency Star or “Sun” within the entire Pleiadian stellar system. Calleman’s new web page was about the eclipse-related events being held at Mount Shasta California, and undoubtedly at Mount Fuji Japan and other eclipse path locations as well. It was on Calleman’s new eclipse page that I read something Sean David Morton called “…the rising sun of CONSCIOUSNESS”.

Because Mount Shasta is a multidimensional energy receptacle (transmitter, receiver, portal etc.), the very new and rare incoming Eclipse, Earth, Sun and Alcyone conjunction energies will enter this dimension and Earth then radiate outward, globally activating this rising High Heart Consciousness in increasing numbers of humanity globally. This “rising Sun of Consciousness” as Mr. Morton calls it, is the image I’ve been clairvoyantly seeing and the expanding pressures and energies I’ve been feeling. It is the rising (ascension) of the 5D High Heart Consciousness within humanity that will start on a planetary-wide scale via the May 20, 2012 eclipse conjunctions of Earth, the Sun and the 5D Pleiadian central Sun Alcyone.

Shortly after this monumental May 20, 2012 Eclipse/conjunction event the June 4, 2012 Lunar Eclipse/Full Moon (at 14° Sagittarius 14′) happens. It is followed by the Venus transit on June 5–6th which only adds to this astonishing mix of cosmic, multidimensional, astrological, spiritual ascension-related activation events. Later in June we have Jupiter entering Gemini on the 11th, then the New Moon at 28° Gemini followed the next day—June 20, 2012—by the Summer Solstice! And to anchor and embody all of this grand 2012 transformation into this physical dimension and world, the first of seven squares (over the next five years) between Uranus (in Aries) and Pluto (in Capricorn) begins on June 23–24, 2012. These particular square transits between Uranus/Pluto will initiate in physicality to a degree not before experienced, the actual dismantling of Team Dark’s patriarchal worldwide systems and control. Ready, set, go! It’s great that our rising High Heart Consciousness is now happening to assist us all with this physical dismantling process of all that must go now.

Interestingly (well not really ) the May 20, 2012 eclipse path through northern California is the exact area (not the city of Mt. Shasta but that area) where I’ve been drawn to move to for the past many, many years. Hopefully I’ll be able to soon. If you don’t physically reside in the path of the May 20, 2012 eclipse, know that you will be activated by it either when it’s happening or throughout the rest of 2012 no matter where you physically live. This rare transmission and activation will affect and activate people and should make June (which is going to be incredible all on its own!) and the second-half of 2012 even more interesting than it’s already been! This negative interference can happen at any time of the day or night, but when you intentionally start doing anything that’s going to help you by expanding your consciousness, you can expect that Team Dark knows it and has systems in place to instantly prevent you/me/each of us from evolving, expanding, and breaking free of their invisible frequency fences and restrictions. I could give you dozens of examples of this but the most recent one I and my Mom have been experiencing was when we started using Lisa Renee’s “12 D Shield” technique.

When I did Lisa’s 12 D Shield each day I’d be fine until I reached the top of my head and that was where I felt the negative interference trying to prevent me from finishing the visualization and get up to the suggested “three and a half feet above your head” position. It was so obvious that was where I was encountering the most interference and I fought and fought and fought to push my way past the negative’s invisible border there. It was real work and took time and sheer determination for me to finally push my way through their frequency fences but I eventually succeeded.

My Mom was experiencing the negative’s interfering with her doing Lisa’s 12 D Shield too but at that point where she needed to visualize connecting with the center of the Earth and again at the top where she needed to connect to the Andromeda galaxy, so it was top and bottom for her. The reason I’m sharing the points where we each encountered negative interference is to help some of you understand that, even though we all experience this interference, we’ll each experience it in slightly different ways and at slightly different points etc.

Let me also share about how I experienced negative interference during the first few months of constructing my 12 D Shield using Lisa Renee’s great free video as my mind’s eye visual tool. Again, your mileage may vary, but this mental interference BS is a very common interference tactic used by Team Dark against all of us whenever we try to escape their multidimensional frequency fences.

Many times when I was first building my etheric 12 D Shield, I’d reach that level at the top of my head where I’d encounter the interference and everything would come to a screeching stop in my mind’s eye. The next thing that happened—and I’ve experienced this particular mental interference tactic in many other situations, not only with Lisa’s 12 D Shield—was that my mental focus was instantaneously shifted to some silly, non-related something. Not once, not twice, not even three times but about eighteen or twenty times! It was so frustrating and I was not in control of directing my mental focus and thoughts. It was exactly like I’d reached a certain point and then something invisible knocked me off that rung on the ladder and I’d fall to the ground and have to start over again and again.

I’d be deep in the 12 D Shield meditation/visualization and suddenly whammo…I’d be thinking about bananas or getting a smog check for my car or painting the fence in the backyard or mopping the kitchen floor etc. Any ridiculous thing except what I wanted to be focused on! Every time I experienced this interference when I was doing the 12 D Shield technique, the interference was activated when I reached the top of my head. The mental focus shift (mental derailment, kidnapping, explosion, interference) happened so fast that it took me a few moments to realize that it had even happened! It was like I’d been slung-shot off into some other mental location repeatedly to prevent me from completing the 12 D Shield visualization. Eighteen to twenty times I’d get mentally flung off into some unrelated thoughts and each time I’d have to fight my way back to the point where I’d been before I was intentionally flung out of the visualization. It was incredibly frustrating and it told me—loud n’ clear—that Lisa’s 12 D Shield technique is obviously something that works and works very well otherwise the negatives wouldn’t work so hard to prevent me/you/each of us from consciously energetically building and developing it around us.

Know that these difficulties are not you being mentally lazy, inadequate or undisciplined but that it’s negative interference trying to prevent you from energetically escaping. Fight it. Don’t give in to it. Get back in the visualization or meditation or whatever it was that you were doing before you were blasted out of it by Team Dark’s frequency fences and other vile control devices and keep fighting until you can complete the meditation/visualization. Go into determined Light Warrior Mode when needed, otherwise you’ll be constantly suppressed and held in place by the negative’s many frequency fences. It can be done but it’s often a real fight to break through their negative barriers and reach a higher frequency level.

Once I broke through this invisible barricade while trying to build my 12 D Shield, it became so much easier and faster for me to run through the steps and visualize it all and it’s now becoming a living, growing energy around me that’s there constantly and getting stronger and more vital each day/night I do the visualization. So hang in there and when needed fight like the Light Warrior you are and rip the shit out of Team Dark’s frequency fences and other etheric control devices. You will get there and it will be good, very good.

“Coming into the planet’s annual electrical peak cycle for this May, the players are aggressively jockeying for optimum position in the field, devising their strategies, clawing their way through the 2012 Ascension cycle reality show, “Pushing for Timelines”. We have groups “pushing” for their agenda and to cull as many people as they can to get on board with their future timeline that supports that agenda. In the larger overview, tempers are flared while engaged within heated ancient conflicts, as there are fresh pawns being thrust into the controller’s game as an exercise to prove they can still throw their weight around, while attempting to intimidate others into being culled to enforce their dominion agendas. Do not let this frighten you or take you out of your personal power. Command your space! There are many more people (primarily within the Starseed gene pools) exposed to sleep state ET contact, ET type of dreams and other modes of communication and manipulation. (Please review March News section for Guidelines for Positive Contact) It is important to know IT IS YOU that must “command your space” and claim your sovereign right to State the Action of your Authority. The God Source and Christ Force, do not attack or manipulate, however, they Protect and Defend.

Gridworker’s are being called upon spontaneously to show up in various demographic areas of the planetary surface, alone or in groups, to act as environmental harmonizers, energy placement holders or set up “phase cancellations” to effectively transduce and emit neutralizing signals. When developed, Starseeds have the consciousness ability to neutralize artificial technology and replace it with organic code. (At this time in the planet fields, there is an aggressive use of the following Negative Alien and Grey technologies: static frequency fences, energy phasing distortions, soul imaging and capturing technology, holographic inserts and projections, black hole technology, opening hyperspace pockets (time/space ripping), aura harvesting and harnessing, electromagnetic pulsing and sweeping.) These sudden “grid” missions, (whether assigned at home in your bedroom, or out doing planet fieldwork) are being given to mitigate various large impacts made in the energy field of the planet. Gridworker’s are sent where their specific expertise or “consciousness” genetic key is most beneficial.

If one is not clear who their authority is, and that ET’s are not Angels or “God’s” to be trusted, one can be manipulated to serve an alien agenda that is not in service to human Ascension and Sovereignty. Use 12D Shield boundary testing for all ET Communication, and learn to develop this skill if you are being contacted.

Whether we observe the World News with our outer vision, or observe the energy (consciousness) field with our inner vision, the fantastically surreal to paranormal, manifest as common daily events. Some of those events are hidden five pages deep in a brief article someone managed to get on the internet for a few hours. (Although some of this is disinformation to debunk UFO or other sightings, some of it indeed is accurate, until it is promptly removed into the “404 error pages” and photo shopped) Many of us cannot believe our “eyes” (I’s) and are grappling with coming to “new terms” with our understanding of the nature of reality and our life. Our relationship to time and space is, fundamentally, at the energy physics level, changing. All the while there are still those totally oblivious to it all, and those watching on the sidelines, exclaiming “WTF?” We are in the end of times where those willing to pay attention are facing some of the most bizarre events, collective strange behaviors and distorted motivations ever witnessed on planet. A penetrating insight and disturbing conclusion will be arrived at, when one delves into the matter by asking the question: Who is benefiting from ____ event?

The propped up artifice of the collective ego mind is further fragmenting into multiple schisms and descending into its pit of despair and madness. We can choose to accept our responsibility to live during these times, as an empowered connected human, willing to face the truth, or descend into disconnection through the spiral of madness. We cannot be of this world, engaged with the chaos, and maintain our sanity. Our inner spirit is that which harmonizes our overall auric energies and will restore sanity through balancing our thoughts. We have to let go of everything, and Let God. Pray, meditate and 12 D shield daily to maintain your sanity and energetic balance.

Stay the course of the Organic Ascension Timeline by reclaiming your heart based, inner spiritual identity as a Sovereign and Free, God being. Protect your aura by 12D shielding your body and staying informed, aware and alert of your surroundings. Follow your heart and be willing to go beyond the shadow of fear, facing the truth, making the inner choice to serve God’s plan of Freedom for All. Know with all of your heart which timeline you choose and commit to stay on that timeline, by continually affirming your dedication, and the consecration of your body, mind and spirit, to fully serve God’s Organic Laws and Ascension Plan.

On Alert

For months now there has been a Guardian alert for those made aware that this May electrical peak is generally used for furthering false timeline agendas, of which the negative aliens have excelled at in the past. By relying on human “short term” memory, they have succeeded in propagating some of the most insidious crimes against humanity, repeatedly, by using the same seeds of human ego distortion and fear, and by manipulating the unhealed memories of human soul trauma. To the collective human fractured soul, deluding the masses with the ultimate goal in promoting the individual’s desperate quest for status and worldly material success, along with the gaining of power and dominion, is like giving a crying baby a pacifier to keep it quiet. Over time, the pacification only lasts as long as the distractions, which keep getting bigger and bigger to stay effective, which ultimately lead to a human train-wreck of inner destruction. These crying babies in adult bodies, have been given a sociopathic mind along with a blood thirst for power, and run amok like they own the place, and the people in it. Like a two year old with its favorite toy, shrieking out, “MINE!!” This spiritual immaturity is very easy to manipulate and is easily dispensable, as there is no such thing as loyalty (or heavenly afterlife) in the hungry and distorted Reptilian brain. They consume one after the other like popping candy “m & m’s”. This False King of Tyranny rule is destined to fall, as the external power crumbles with nothing at the foundational core left to support it.

Timelines 

In the creational structure of Harmonic Universes there are two timelines per dimensional octave. So within our Harmonic Universe of 3D earth, within the three dimensions, we have six timelines. When we energetically evolve and move up in octave, being initiated into higher frequencies, we are exposed to more dimensional octaves, therefore more potential timelines. Within these dimensions of future timelines are “stations of identity”, commonly called “soul”, “oversoul”, “higher self”, which comprise body parts or whole spiritual bodies of our “forgotten” selves. These are spiritual energetic bodies that hold our intelligence matrices, our mind matrices, that make up our spiritual identity, and of which we are designed to reclaim during these “timeline collapses” transpiring during the Ascension cycle. This is why those on the ascension path continually experience their energetic healing by meeting the cellular memories in the multiple timelines. (What? This emotional theme, again?) We have to move through the series of timelines in each dimensional octave and reclaim our identity while recoding and changing the obsolete or false reality from interfering with our continued spiritual growth. Like a tri-athlete running and jumping over the hurdles, we merge with these timefields and collect our spiritual bodies, to make it to the finish line. What is being accomplished with this process, especially now with Guardian Ascension Timeline, is that we have to move through all the artificial, inorganic time fields ( negative alien timelines with their false selfish agendas) in order to arrive at the GOD GATEWAY.

Because the original 5D plan was not achievable, it required our evolution through the time fields in the Harmonic Universes to be drastically sped up. Those serving the Law of One, are moving through extreme amounts of the future timelines, observing its collapse, in order to arrive at the Gateway Octave where the Organic and eternal light is overriding the artificial and replicated alien coding. False Timelines and False Software to control humanity was used to deter humans from their organic and natural ascension evolution. This is why this planet is called, “prison planet”. Meanwhile the negatives desperately cling on to the artificial timeline programs to influence humans through fear to manifest into their enslaved future selves. (Some examples: Nostradamus Prophecy, Armageddon Software, Pestilence Programming, 911 Military Industrial Complex Revolution, any terrorist and cataclysmic inorganic event generated by the Aliens. None of these programs are sourced as “natural”. )

By reclaiming our spiritual identity we then can begin to remember and rediscover our true divinity as sovereign and free beings. It is our spiritual identity, which is connected to God Source, that will lead us to safety and freedom throughout this maze of confusion. When you reclaim your spiritual body and its identity in an obsolete or inorganic timeline, you move though that timeline into the next dimensional octave timeline, to repeat the process. As we move up the dimensional octaves (or scale) to higher frequency, we also become conscious of future time. Moving through octaves of dimensional frequencies is synonymous with moving forward in time. The Ascension cycle is the end of a 3D combined timeline, and the planet is moving into a higher frequency of future time, a future dimensional octave. This skips the planetary consciousness field, therefore human beings and their consciousness into future time fields and higher dimensional frequencies.

As many different people on 3D earth are existing at different levels on the scale of spiritual evolution, where their frequency resides and stabilizes, will determine their direction and future, whether they are personally involved in that decision or not. If a person is initiated into their soul bodies, (4D-5D-6D) and enters the frequency of the next Harmonic Universe, (by embodying their soul frequency), they will be exposed to another potential six timelines. The next Harmonic Universe, the parallel 5D earth, has these next six potential timelines, and those entities, with an agenda for 5D, are working for that agenda. (That would be the Nibiruan Annunaki Alien invasion and subsequent later timeline, Orion Zeta-Draco Invasion of 5D earth)

If a person is initiated into their oversoul (monad) bodies, (7D-8D-9D) they will enter the frequency of the next Harmonic Universe, and will be exposed to another six potential timelines. When exposed to these timelines, they will be activated with cellular memory clearing or remembering these timelines, in order to reclaim the identities that exist within those timelines. This is a direct pathway of the spiritual ascension process for all beings, to re-integrate all the selves. The oversoul Harmonic Universe, the parallel 7D earth, has the next six potential timelines, and those entities, with an agenda working in 7D, are working for that agenda. (That would be the beings known as the Ascended Masters, or Chohans serving the Orion Group Agenda.)

This natural and organic evolutionary event is being fought over in the multiple timelines with unaware 3D human beings caught in the middle. Knowledge protects while Ignorance Harms. 5D Timeline This was the original Ascension evolution timeline for the 3D earth, which has now been aborted by Founder Guardians and the Starseeds who incarnated on 3D earth to serve the Sovereign Organic Ascension timeline, The Law of One. (All sovereign and future advanced races that have a basic understanding of the natural physics of creation, choose to live in harmony with each other, as within The Law of One.) As our current 3D earth evolved through time (therefore dimensional space), at the end of this evolution round (every 26,000 years), by moving into the next octave, the planet and its inhabitants would “ascend” to the next dimensional space. The next dimensional space, or Harmonic Universe, comprises 4D-5D-6D, which is the human soul matrix.(where the human soul identities and soul bodies exist) Together these three dimensions make up the next harmonic universe of the 5D parallel earth. At the end of this evolutionary round, ( which ends 12/21/2012) humanity merges into the next octave by living out all of the potential six timelines of the 3rd dimension, into “memory” completion, and the next series of future timelines open to commence in the next cycle. This would be the natural progression of an organic planetary and species ascension, if it had not been invaded and interfered with genetically and otherwise, intended to subvert human ascension (evolution). The Negative Alien agenda is to force the planet to serve another multiple species agenda, through imposing false replicated time fields, namely created under genetically “reptilian based” extraterrestrials, at the expense and life force of the human race and the kingdoms under human domain.

For these reasons the Negative Grey Aliens (Zeta-Dracos and their Black Sun Hybrids) and Annunaki Reptilians (Belial Sun Hybrids) have adopted the 5D Timelines as their personal agenda to harvest, interbreed and control humanity to serve their personal agendas, now and in future. One such false agenda is to promote that it is the natural progression of humans to live with Grey Aliens on the earth, as our masters. The Black Suns when attempting to appear “friendly” promote their high IQ and the sharing of technology as if it is beneficial for humanity, when its application is highly destructive to the natural organic evolution of the human race to reach its highest DNA potentials. Grey Alien technology is not our friend, it is designed to irresponsibly warp and rip our time fields, through black hole technology, while promoting rapid uses of forced artificial technology, like EMP Pulsing, to our military, that hurts and destroys our planet, and instigates war with the humans of our own global race. They also promote use of “supposed” healing technologies (“inorganic and artificial replicant matrices”) that are designed to remove pain physically, or have physical results in other uses, however, the “technology” is intended to enslave the soul or implant the human body. They also project mirages and “pretty inserts” to keep an abductee calm while they gain control of the person’s aura. In shorthand, this is externalized black magic and is ultimately harmful to the organic spiritual bodies and organic auric field. This creates interference with the person’s ability to connect with their own spiritual source directly. It is this specific reason of spiritual interference, that there is a Founder Guardian intervention on planet earth. They were not born here on this planet, and there is a reason for that.

Negative Alien Base Headquarters

Because the planet is ready to drop and collapse timelines from the previous 3D cycle, there is a struggle to dominate upcoming events that would influence these future timelines to be solely in Negative Alien controls. These groups have infighting, and the two primary groups have infected their headquartered control mechanism in two major stargates and power vortexes on the planet. Black Suns have headquartered themselves in the 10th Stargate and lodged their technologies in Iraq/Iran and the power spots in Giza, Egypt. Most of them are Dark Angelic E.T.’s sourcing from Fallen Seraphim genetic lines, and this is why they chose that area of the planet, it was easier to invade from the genetic key level. Suns of Belial, the Nibiru-Annunaki reptilians of the NWO crews of the 911 Timeline Agendas have headquartered themselves in the 11th Stargate of the United Kingdom and Stonehenge. These are the creators of the teeth chomping technology of the Nephilim Reversal Grid (NRG). Comprising primarily of Fallen Elohim genetic lines, this reversal network was a rebellion to the hybridization attempts of Lyran-Elohim races, who were responsible in commissioning Nephilim races for genetic hybridization healing. The failure of that program, the banishment of Nephilim (The Giants) and killing of that race, resulted in Wars, and subsequently, the NRG was placed in the UK to reverse all hybridized genetics, especially any genetic material (like the Krystal DNA Matrix) that was designed to “unify” or “marry” genetics.

This inorganic NRG structure has created terrible destruction to spiritual marriage from the energetic levels, as well, as the perpetration of relationship stigmas, dogma through patriarchal domination, and religious guilt. This structure and its mind control, removed “sacred marriage” and the “union of equals”, as a potential for the majority of the human race, both males and females. The pain of stealing that natural spiritual energetic function has devastated and wounded humanity. This level of “unity” is repugnant to these alien races who want to remain the “pure bloods” of their self-imposed elitist status, such as the Annunaki Reptilians and Illuminati, who believe in pure blood genetic race lines. They propagate these beliefs through controlled Eugenic programs in the bloodlines, and orchestrate holocausts and blood sacrifices through wars, of undesired genetics. To achieve their ends, women must not be equals but breeders. The sick irony is that they further damage and warp the human genetic material by programming hate and race discrimination into the gene pool. This level of genetic manipulation is responsible for more human crippling’s and genetic diseases, than anything else. These diseases and mutations are a direct mirror to collective humanities spiritual sickness.

The rest of the gates they fight over territory, as both of these Controller groups have territory conflicts in other areas of the planet. Recently there was a fight for territory between these groups involved in Peru, where the 5D Machu Picchu Gate and the 7D Lake Titicaca Gate and underwater bases are located. Additionally to prepare for the upcoming electrical peak, an agenda to use this period of time to utilize soul capturing and imaging technology to harness people, animals and earth body parts for their future timeline, was averted and delayed by Guardian Alliances.

Guardian Gridworker Update

Background: Peru houses two major Stargates and their related vortexes, 5D Machu Picchu and 7D Lake Titicaca. Both of these areas have ET bases for benevolent and regressive ET’s as well as human “shadow” military involvement with these bases. Mid-May 2012 is the electrical peak phase of the planet grid, of which the regressive have planned stages of events for the progression of their respective agendas. The benevolent also have their attempts to activate and communicate with their genetic carriers down here on earth, (i.e. starseeds and indigos) and many “first time” spiritual activations and paranormal experiences happen in this period of time known as the annual electrical peak cycle. The war over consciousness is fought in the dominance of controlling the space and the inhabitants of that space, through the “manipulation” of “timelines“. (and the stealing of and use of energetic forces, such as soul bodies of those who are being enslaved.) As we are in the 2012 timeline, there are more open portals for communication as well as dissolving dimensional membranes which allow entities and creatures to surface and be in a space, here with us all on earth, that they were not existing here previously. Such are these times, and that makes for some surreal experiences, as timelines and dimensions “bleed-through”. Those defending freedom and sovereignty for this timeline, and those fighting to enslave and cage humanity for their agenda, are basically “duking it out”, in both human beings and ET beings and other creatures, such as clones and artificial intelligence.

Guardian Mission

Through received intelligence, the opening to complete a mission and the necessity required – an annihilation of Grey Alien Technology being used in these technology and military bases impacting the 5D parallel timeline and the 7D Parallel Earth Timeline. What happens in this period of time in 2012 on 3D earth, creates the event horizon of probable destructive and deteriorating human “future’s” in both of these Parallel Earth Planes. We have learned that the 5D Earth timeline was invaded by Reptilian and Grey Aliens who harvested Astral Plane Human Beings, and between the Zeta Seals and Axiom implants on their Soul bodies (and their lack of consciousness development), were reincarnated into Grey Alien Zeta bodies. Effectively what this means is that the Zeta propaganda to breed with humans takes a more sinister level of absorbing human souls left in the Astral plane to be used in Zeta (Grey Alien) bodies. (The human soul has become trapped within these forms unable to reclaim its consciousness, powering Zeta timelines.)

So some of the Grey Alien abductions are from future human beings that from this time period in 3D earth, (based upon the choices of our world government from about 1934-1936 and 1950’s) digressed and reincarnated in the future 5D earth into Grey Alien Zeta bodies. These bodies have no ability to evolve, grow, procreate, have sensory abilities, or merge with the One Source Field. There are many factions of Grey Aliens, so please know that most of the benevolent ones have been human in the past, or have chosen peaceful evolution. There are both positive and negative repercussions of this digression, however, there is a specific mission to retrieve these human souls at some point, that are trapped in future Zeta bodies, by rewriting architecture and developing Guardian hosted programs to genetically heal this group. The 5D timeline of invasion and astral body snatching, has been aggressively promoted and supported in a variety of ways.

What is reported:

1. The 5D invasion timeline is being promoted heavily for the agenda of the Orion Black Sun and Belial or Baal Group, which includes the Zetas and multiple Grey Alien hybrids and Annunaki Reptilian regressive groups. They have digressed from emotive faculties and have zero emotion or sensory functions outside of their developed mental brain capacity, of which the IQ is significantly higher than an average 3D earthling at this time, but not in significant factors of overall intelligence, including emotional intelligence, sensory abilities and the capacity to remote view future timelines.

2. Human World Government military experiments and their related genetic mutations and the harm and destruction created in the earth field ( harm to various kingdoms, human, animal, natural, plants, etc.) have several timelines of probability that were met in this exact point in the timefield of EARTH 2012, and Guardian mission is to circumvent these future destructions, which are timeline trigger events and wars, from happening at the level these events actually take physical shape, which means if they do in current time – it is the point of no return in the future event horizon. Once something has been physically manifested and it’s a trigger event, the sequence in the time field erupts, and once that happens, like reaching a critical mass, it is much more difficult to stop certain destructive events from occurring in the physical. (As without human consciousness participation, as the current issue exists with the majority of the human race at this time.)

3. Grey Alien technology has been artificially written into the various reversal field grid networks, as well as have manifested independent harm from their technologies of military weapons, genetic experiments, timeline programs, holographic inserts and mirages, human abductions, tagging/tracking and astral plane manipulation. A massive 5D base and 3D timefield connector point was in Lima, Peru, on the coast in the county of Mira Flores. Mira Flores is Spanish for “Looking at the Flowers”. The flowers they were looking at, in this case, is the living lotus flower of a Christed, pure heart complex. This base was planning more aggressive technology usage with the upcoming electrical peak, and simultaneous 5D dimensional frequency activation coming into this 3D reality in May from the Machu Picchu 5D Vortex and its intersections with the 7D Phantom System Parallels. (This has been recently called a “Pleiadian Activation”, this is not an organic Pleiadian activation, needless to say.)

This is how the Grey Alien Technology and Human Military Shadow Government were using as parts of this technology from this base located in Peru:

A huge square field of thousands upon thousands of technology in pockets of “hyperspace fields” that looked like “solar panels” in perfect rows, side by side, in square and rectangular shapes were being used as a soul capturing and energy capturing technology – 8 hours west of the Machu Picchu, 5D vortex and Gateway. This field of energy capture directs massive amounts of current power to the Black Hole technologies (BHT) used all over the globe to instigate destruction. (Recently attempts to use black hole technology to weaken North American seaboards was instigated, and stabilized by Guardians.) These square-rectangles are artificial “tile e spheres” ( similar to embedded tv screens that refract light into images, so this is a refractive light and image capturing technology), while capturing soul, capturing animals, capturing nature, whatever levels of “capture”, that would mirror an exact replica of the item/person/animal in a holographic projection into another phantom dimension. (This phantom dimension feedline influences to 7D phantom Arcturian intersections, as well as 7D logos/ planetary brain controls.) This “soul capture” creates a probable future timeline of that person/animal here on 3D earth “now” – as its replica parallel “clone” is leading it towards its own pathway of destruction into a phantom dimension of enslavement and eventual consumption by these negatives, in controlled artificial future timelines. This is exactly like understanding the computer technology of a “mirror site server”. When one wants to have multiple copies (CLONES) of the same website content accessible in many countries, they will create a duplicate of the original site and replicate its projection onto many internet IP addresses (vector locations in time and space). This soul capture technology was doing exactly that. Whomever is not “soul connected”, using their soul, or an innocent bystander (like an animal or mammal, such as the 900+ dolphins recently killed in Peru waters, and another 600 Pelicans that sacrificed themselves) a negative form projection of their genetic signature would be captured and projected into the siphoning device (into the phantom field) to simultaneous power and feed the operation of the BHT. This technology was getting upgrades and they were testing it in the field for about 60-90 days, testing it in 5D, 3D and parallels. The plan was to roll out a big BHT agenda – soul capture extravaganza agenda at the May 1st, Beast-Beltaine ritual and ongoing.

The next generation of this alien technology being developed for use in this timeline was being designed for another purpose. The next generation technology was to splinter the solar plexus, so that the soul body could not connect into the still point areas of the lightbody. This works like a reversal clamp with teeth, inside the solar plexus into a focal point where the soul and spiritual energy bodies actually embody in the physical biology. There is a point inside the solar plexus that functions with the heart and still point that needs to be open to “receive” the spiritual frequencies of its own soul body. If they are successful in blocking this solar plexus function, the person will not be spiritually activated in the coming months of 2012, and the soul can be captured and harvested without any resistance or fight from the person/being it actually belongs to. This way their “negative form clone” is safe and working for them in the parallel dimension, of which the person who has been captured will eventually meet his destiny to merge with that “clone” in the future lifetime. This would also create potential bodies for takeover to possession, depending on their future anticipated “needs.”

Additionally these technologies manipulate time and space, and create spin offs of artificial realities and artificial timelines, which in itself create damage in the organic time and space fields. The design of this is called “looking glass” technology and it’s a time travel system given to the military complex and is being used by both Grey Aliens and Human Military in this timeline. Since its inorganic technology, when they time travel many times what they see as probable events are limited to their current mental perception. Many do not know their limited mental perception is not the organic ascension timeline that trumps their artificial technology. Still, they do damage in the field and a consequence of subsequent actions, have been taken and are being monitored by Defender Guardian Forces. Approximately Mid April, the main hub networks of the Mira Flores Grey Alien technology base was systematically annihilated to prevent the May 1st Beltaine Agenda. Retaliation was taken on team members, and some of us were taken low for those reasons. On April 22nd and approximate, all of us in the Guardian family network that had imprints, or compromises from the solar plexus BHT technology in the field, were given etheric surgery to general clearings, depending on what was required to regain the area of the still point back to its stabilized function to house the soul and higher spiritual bodies. Nausea, faintness, dizziness and stomach and head issues were a side effect. Some of us needed more recovery time than others, however our 12 D families are being monitored and supported and checked for these issues of energy body compromises. Some of us may need to continually check return of clones, body parts and energies that were snatched or stolen at this time, (Mostly heavy duty gridworker’s) however being aware of this issue during this time, will ensure your parts and energies will be “returned to rightful owner”.

Pay attention if you are asked to cooperate with this function as this makes it easier for the Guardian Mentor Band to help support your reclamation or healing as smoothly and quickly as possible.

7D Timeline Manipulation

The Negative Alien agenda based on 911 Timeline was dependent on these 5D events transpiring to power up their 7D phantom feedlines and subsequent timelines. This agenda is primarily the Black Sun Agenda, and involves the Draconians and Orion Groups not affiliated with certain groups of the Zeta. Approximately during the same time of the Mira Flores Base destruction, the holocaust timelines and the Hitler timelines were being aggressively harvested to use these opportunities to capitalize powering up the Armageddon scenario timefields. Hitler’s day of birth is 4/20, while his double suicide was on 4/30. Hitler is a hero to the Neo Nazis who celebrate his manifestos and theology today, so to incite activity among genetic discrimination and hate crimes is always a favorite theme for the Dracs. The Dracs manipulated occultist knowledge with Hitler, and knowing that the genetic host for this 26,000 year cycle was the Hebrews, (Melchizedek lines) they wanted all of them decimated. This group was key to manipulate Hitler, for their Black Sun Agenda, which is still in force with the NWO, such as the underground bases and development still underway at and around the Denver Airport. Hitler was given 7D planetary Logos codes, symbols and occultist power to manipulate logos forces, basically elements and lower forces to do his bidding, which was backed by the Catholic invaded Dracs. With this force of power, he was able to hypnotize the German masses into favoring his nationalist agendas, the same agenda being repeated in the USA governments now by different leaders still being manipulated by the same nationalist “ Black Sun” Agenda through the NWO. All of this is designed to remove the liberties and freedom as written by our Founding Fathers of the original 1776, United States Constitution.

Shadow Creature Field

Soul captures and their fragments of the many humans tormented in the holocaust timelines were genetically spliced into a humongous “shadow creature” which was banished and buried in the Earth Core by the Black Suns. These shadow creatures were once human, but were genetically spliced and collected as one mass body that was like a creature of genetic “Frankenstein”. (Note the Nazi Doctors cruelty of genetic experiments and it will be lead directly to the Draconian mindset or cruelty in experimenting on life forms and crossing breeds to see what happens. This is called Eugenics. This is a Negative Alien thought-form) This served many purposes of suppressing the frequency in the earth, and keeping massive low frequency of excruciating pain, fear and torment in the earth body and earth plane, to be used for controlling demographic areas. This was a tool of genetic damage as keeping this genetic splice amalgamation creature was used as a type of DNA scrambling, with multiple fragments of the 12 layers of Human Angelic DNA the original 12 Tribe Angelic Genetics. Take millions of soul splinters belonging to millions of tortured human bodies and compress them together to operate within a negative form creature, and bind them to the earth elementals and crystals in the earth core, this is how this shadow creature was formed. The genetically spliced creatures were taken from the earth core in the Bay of Mira Flores at the time all of this was transpiring with the Negative Alien base, as while this was happening there was an opening that could be used as a portal that could be transited through, like a “trans-gate”. Somehow these creatures were hard to release because of the place in the earth core and inner earth timelines of which they were “stuffed“ into. (Some of us may have been in the earth core in previous weeks, working with crystals and the earth core to prepare for this mass exodus)

The primary energy and timeline being manipulated for these creatures was the holocaust timelines – so many of us may have sensed that we were active portals or guardians assisting in the transit of these traumatized creatures and soul fragments to be relieved or reconstituted. This resulted in a release from the earth and changes in the earth core frequency, subsequent earthquakes were settling from these changes, among other events. There was much grief as this was coming to surface to be released, so some waves of deep grief and despair from the earth fields were prevalent during these weeks, also. New Probability This Guardian intervention mission has dissolved some trigger events to surface new probabilities in the current timeline, which has commenced this week, right before the May 1st planned negative alien trigger events. We are starting something new now, a diversion from the past timelines that were active until a few days ago. This is a very positive event. There is a lot of surreal and unusual circumstances, some ET’s have not a clue how this happened, do not know how it was accomplished, or where it came from. We have passive onlookers, bewildered, as well as those groups attempting to figure out what strategy to use next. The Guardians continue to reclaim the organic code and creational field, to secure the Sovereign Law and its realm on this plane, and to reclaim the artificial architecture used by the Grey Aliens. As gridworkers, we make adjustments as necessary meeting the current demands in the timeline as it presents itself.

There is nothing to fear, however, there is a large job for us to accomplish together. If we unite and support each other in the spirit of love, peace, compassion, and freedom, we will prevail to serve this planet and bring love to all of her creations. “I have such a desperate need to heal others but I can’t accept the fact that instead of embraced for my ideas I’m repelled and persecuted. In what way can I stay balanced without such negativity and still find a voice to reach others without absorbing their density?

I often pray to god that he will put me in the correct dimension I belong in. I feel like all my relationships are tumbling down. I’m being called ungrounded because I share my experiences and positivity and insight into the vast power of spirit and human consciousness.

I feel like words are becoming so mundane. I feel connected but also so alone. Like I have nobody to go through this with, I feel so mentally alone. My whole life I felt like this. Crucified for being so different. Insulted and called crazy or weird. I just don’t fit.

Emotionally I feel like nobody around me understands me. Its been 26 years of loneliness. The further I go, the more I see how skewed the relationships I am in are even when they actually wouldn’t be if I weren’t on this path. Nobody gets it, and all I want to do is live alone in peace because nothing but nature provides it.

How if it were meant to be they wouldn’t force me to a standstill and reject me.

As things become more intense in the world I feel it so hard to look away. I want to heal and help. I want to care for people and show them another way, like you do. But face to face. I want to counter team dark, I want to banish them myself for all they’ve done to my people. I want to balance this mess. I know inside it won’t be through a sharp tongue alone that this is accomplished. 

Sometimes I wish I could be able to ease the pain of something. But the beating I take for it – it is worth it? Should I just abandon all my dreams of changing the world and instilling harmony? The more I look inward, the more I understand. The more I don’t help others causes guilt and a feeling of selfishness. To turn away and into myself would be counter productive to the very thing my spirit wants. When will this be over, Denise? When will I go back wherever I came from that was lighter and full of inspiration, desire and passion of spirit? What should I do to ease my suffering and loneliness in the meantime? I’m often too afraid even to speak or to write you this. I hope you understand what I mean by this letter.

I received this email last week and because I’ve received others like it from many people over the years, I asked Theo if I could quote his/her letter at TRANSITIONS so we could have this discussion publicly where hopefully more people will benefit from it. Thank you Theo for allowing me to share your letter. ♥

If you’re on the Spiritual Path then you too have felt these pains, frustrations, and confusions occasionally. If you volunteered to incarnate on Earth now to transmute, embody, and anchor the Ascension Process as a being from elsewhere, then you’ve most likely felt this way even more. With time the pain of feeling Homesick lessens and we settle into our physical Earth lives and pre-incarnational Soul Contracts and just do what we’re here now to do. But there’s always the longing to be in a like-Home space, dimension, or world with like-frequency Family and friends once again.

When I was a child the summer and fall sunsets would just about destroy me because that was the time of day and energy that caused my Starseed Homesickness to amplify to the near breaking point. I’d watch the Sun set in the western sky and mourn and weep for my real Home and other-dimensional kinsfolk. It was not an easy time for me, and was also energetically connected to another timeline and “past” life in 12,600 B.C. Egypt. I suspect that’s why the setting Sun activated my Starseed heart so easily as a child in this life and timeline.

Typically the Ascension Process mutilates most of our relationships primarily because one person is evolving (due to multiple time coded, activated Soul Contracts and different phases within it) and the other person is not. Or, one person is living the Ascension Process but is much further behind on those Ascension Stair Steps (the different levels and phases within it) which often makes the consciousness and energy gap between the two people way too much for both parties to cope with. If one person can reduce that energy/consciousness/reality gap and move into a closer frequency range with the other person—mate/lover/child/parent/friend/co-worker etc.—then the relationship continues. If not, problems and frustrations are experienced by both parties. Oftentimes one person absolutely MUST continue moving forward at the pace they’re capable of then no matter what (Soul Contract) and this is why many relationships don’t survive the Ascension Process. No one has “failed” the relationship or the other person(s), it’s just that the relationship has gone as far as it can for both parties within the intensity and constant growth and changes of the Ascension Process.

“You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink”

People not consciously aware of the Ascension Process (and other related spiritual issues) simply perceive those of us at the front lines as crazy, sick, disturbed, rebellious, imbalanced, delusional or just big pains in the ass! This shouldn’t surprise anyone reading this really because we know how much most people do NOT want to change themselves and will typically lash-out at anyone they perceive to be a threat to their locked-in and locked-down life, consciousness and reality. We Bringers of Light are typically not what the masses want to have to deal with, and even when the don’t consciously know what we are and what we naturally do, they sense we’re “different” and that we’re rocking the familiar reality boat and typically, they don’t appreciate us and what we’re doing at all. And of course for us (Starseeds/Lightworkers/Lightwarriors/Indigos etc.) this just makes an already difficult job all the harder.

A lot of people do NOT want to be “helped” or “healed” or “expanded” in any way because they’re perfectly content with the way things have been…or so they think. As repulsive as that is to most of us Bringers of Light, I totally understand it and all we can do is Bring the Light, radiate it constantly, then hope that as many people as possible are inspired and assisted by the Light we’ve brought to this world. It’s not our jobs to “save” anyone or “heal” anyone; it’s our job to provide an exit route out of the Darkness and insanity, however, we cannot carry anyone across that Alchemical threshold but ourselves. Said another way—the ONLY way that you can, I can, each of us can “help” another person or humanity in general now is to integrate polarities within ourselves individually which automatically reduces the overall workload of polarity resolution for every other person on the planet. THAT is how one person truly helps another; integrate and resolve the polarized energies within yourself which automatically makes it easier and faster for others to do the same within themselves. Clear that Pathway to the Light for others through yourself. No ego recognition, fame, fortune or religious trophies or gold star points for doing it this way…and that’s actually a blessing.

So many words everywhere!

For many of us at this late date within the Ascension Process, words are becoming mundane as Theo said. Since the start of 2011 I’ve struggled to continue writing at TRANSITIONS because I can feel that things have shifted and continue changing for me even more dramatically in 2012, and I’m finding it harder to write as often as I did prior to 2011. The words and topic I now write about must come from a High Heart place and be truly helpful in the moment or I can’t muster the desire and focus to write now. (There are other reasons for this too which I’ll cover in another article soon.) This is how much we’ve evolved into High Heart being and consciousness so far, and that’s a wonderful sign, but this is why in 2011 and 2012 I haven’t been writing nearly as much as I have at TRANSITIONS since 2007. I’ll continue writing but know that things are changing super-fast now in 2012 and I’m having to make adjustments to cope with these dramatic increases in energies and this means less writing from me now. We’ll all adapt and keep moving further into the new timeline during 2012 and beyond but expect the unexpected, be flexible, be wise, rest plenty and take care of yourself body and soul, and expect to increasingly know more yourself instead of relying on reading ascension and spiritual-related words written by other people. This too is a positive sign, and knowing for yourself is going to be SO much more fun anyway!

Ascension-related Soul Contracts

A lot of people have a hard time truly understanding that by them living the Ascension Process and transmuting lower frequencies (duality, polarities) within themselves, their bodies and surroundings, plus embodying higher frequency Light Energies, that THAT’S how they’re actually changing the world reality and helping humanity transition into the newly anchored timeline and ascending Earth. We’ve all been brainwashed into believing that if we aren’t physically doing something then we’re not being productive, effectual, or even worthy of receiving the simplest of physical necessities such as daily food and shelter. As Bringers of Light—Lightworkers/Lightwarriors/Starseeds/Indigos etc.—we know this is a horrific lie created by the Dark Ones and the human patriarchy to maintain the human slave labor mentality and belief systems across the planet generation after generation.

We forget that through our integrating, transmuting, embodying, radiating, and BEING the higher frequency Light Energies while in human bodies on Earth in this timeline, we are “Doing”. You know that famous line, “be the change you want to see”, well, it’s true. By our embodying these higher Light Energies we’re BEING and radiating them across the world in this timeline we’re assisting Earth to vibrate higher, which naturally improves reality and life for everyone else. This seeming non-doing doing (how integrated and non-polarized is that!) is internal, unseen, unrecognized and unappreciated by the people around us but we knew it would be this way before we entered this dimension and we still couldn’t wait to get in here and go through all this…this…this fabulously intense transformational work.

I too have my moments where I refuse to take the “beatings”, abuse and disrespect any longer from people who don’t understand and/or don’t want to change and evolve now. I understand why they feel this way and why they do and say what they do towards most Starseeds/Lightworkers/Lightwarriors/Indigos etc. I have my moments when it gets to be too much for me and I have to retreat a bit to re-balance and detox whatever lower frequency junk I picked up through these situations. Dusting ourselves off and getting back in the saddle again is faster and easier now than it’s ever been, and we’re all learning to master being “Keepers of the Frequency” to borrow a Barbara Marciniak’s Pleiadian term, and not be pulled out of or “fall” from higher frequency neutrality in the first place. Soon we’ll constantly exist within a frequency of neutrality—which comes from having integrated, resolved, and ascended duality or polarities—and we won’t struggle and suffer with these situations and lack of awareness in certain people like we have. We’ll both know and be neutral (which is the higher frequency and state of consciousness and being that exists beyond duality, polarity) and that is going to be so worth all the painful and difficult transitional work we’ve done.

Along with these things also comes the expanded responsibility of learning to consciously chose what WE want to focus on mentally and emotionally moment to moment. In other words, we’re learning to be much more conscious of our consciousness and are consciously choosing what our higher Heart Mind is entertaining each moment. The great news is that eventually this too won’t be an issue or struggle for us and we’ll simply exist within a higher frequency state of neutral High Heart being where lower frequency people, consciousness and issues won’t unbalance us. We’ll exist within and function from a state of High Heart unified neutrality and consciousness—which means non-polarized not disinterested, unfeeling or insensitive—100% of the time.

So, “To turn away and into myself would be counter productive to the very thing my spirit wants…” is incorrect actually. This type of thinking is more old 3D ego-based with some heavy Piscean Age religious distortions in it. I’m not blaming anyone because that is what the planetary Collective is still full of unfortunately and am only pointing out that this is not how things work at higher frequency levels.

When will this be over?

Theo asked me, “when will this be over?” Well that is THE question now isn’t it? The entire answer is still out on this one unfortunately because the planetary Collective is still waffling over this topic. I know what I want and I put my vote in long ago. Other-dimensional Upper Management has certainly heard my plea for a final cutoff point or Expiration Date to this continuing hanging on while waiting and waiting for as many people to get on the Ascension train as we can get this time around. I’m beyond tired of this waiting which has been torturous to many of us over the past years.

I’ve asked this question numerous times too over the past many years and I’ve perceived a few major or primary probabilities. The difficulty with trying to answer major questions like this is that the answers are never as black and white or polarized as a yes/no or now/later type answer. That’s old polarized 3D thinking whereas what’s been happening has been a gradual ascent up many energy Stair Steps which produces different phases, levels, and stages within this transitional process. Yes there are Expiration Dates and cutoff points within it, but they too are really Stair Steps and not as total and absolute as many of us would like them to be.

October 28, 2011 was a big cutoff point or Expiration Date, as was the 11-11-11 portal of November 11, 2011. I felt another huge transition and cutoff point when we entered January 1, 2012 and could feel that everything had changed again in important ways. The whole month of March 2012 was very potent and it too altered things in major positive ways.

The Full Moon on May 5, 2012—the “Festival of Buddha”—Moon will also be more potent in 2012 than past years, and the New Moon/Solar Eclipse on May 20, 2012 when the Earth, Sun and Alcyone of the Pleiadian system align will also bring in tremendously positive and amplified higher energies (Pleiadian energies) to humanity and Earth. And then there’s June 2012…which just blows my mind when I look at the calendar because it’s packed with multiple powerhouse energy events throughout the month. Physical life and reality will begin changing dramatically with the start of June 2012. Do you see and feel the energy Stair Steps building and expanding so far in 2012? We’re not even halfway through 2012 yet and we can feel and see the acceleration of the physical dimension dismantling of the global patriarchy finally.

And on and on it goes day by day, week by week, month by month for the rest of 2012 and beyond. Some Ascension Teachers have recently mentioned how things will be very intense for “the next five years”. The primary reason for this is that on June 23–24, 2012, the first of SEVEN squares (direct motion(s), then retrograde(s), then direct motion(s) again) between Uranus in Aries and Pluto in Capricorn starts. These seven exact Uranus/Pluto squares or hits will happen starting with the first hit on June 23–24, 2012 through 2015.

Actually this Uranus/Pluto square energy was first physically manifested globally with the start of the Egyptian Revolution on January 25, 2011, and it’s spread across the world ever since and that was just the beginning of what these two planets squaring each other will do. Actual physical reality (Pluto in Capricorn) and human consciousness (Uranus in Aries) is and will continue to dramatically and quickly be dismantled and rebuilt (the seven squares over the next five years) at a vastly higher frequency and consciousness. This MAJOR transformational process won’t always be pretty or easy, but it will be 1000% successful in permanently removing the non-human, non-physical alien Dark Ones and the physical human patriarchy and all of their lower frequency global systems from this planet. Five intense, compressed years of total dismantling and removal of the inter-dimensional and global patriarchy/Dark Ones entirely. Hell, I’ll hang around for five more years just to witness the fruits of my/your/our labors across Earth and beyond!

But we’ve got the rest of accelerating 2012 to live and transition through first and there are more energy Stair Steps coming after June and another Venus transit, the 2012 summer Solstice, the start of the Uranus/Pluto squares, planets changing signs, solar, galactic and deep-space energy increases, the fall Equinox, the 12-12-12 portal and the grand finale of the 12-21-12 winter Solstice. Plenty more 2012 excitement and changes coming with multiple energy Stair Steps to climb and connect and embody into this Ascension timeline.

What about us Starseeds/Lightwarriors/Lightworkers/Indigos in 2012?

I know you too have been acutely aware of how many people—myself included—are just not around online as much or in the same ways as we had been for many years prior to the start of 2012. Things have changed tremendously since we moved through the 11-11-11 portal. They changed again on January 1, 2012, and they shifted yet again in big ways in March 2012 and they’re only going to continue doing this all year. I’ve felt very “sequestered” since the start of 2012 and this sensation is only growing. Let me clarify what I mean when using the term sequestered.

For me this sense of being sequestered doesn’t mean hiding or not interacting with others out there in the world. It did in years past but not in late 2011 and 2012. With the start of 2012 it’s been much more about my (so many of us) working while awake and asleep in other dimensions and timelines to build and anchor this Ascension timeline in this dimension. For the past four months of 2012, I’m acutely aware of and can feel when many of my Starseed/Lightworker readers and other Ascension Teachers out there are simply not existing in the same level, location, and timeline. I can feel the energetic changes when my fellow Co-Workers exit this timeline, and I can feel when they return, and how we all reconnect even more strongly within this Ascension timeline again and again. I know you reading this can feel when I leave this timeline to do some work, tweak things a bit more, and then return to this Ascension timeline again. This is us weaving timelines together, cutting other ones out, and all to create a totally new timeline and Earth that’s completely free of Team Dark and their distortions. This level of multiple timelines and multiple realities work back into this Ascension timeline has been profuse so far in 2012 and I sense it will continue the rest of this year.

As this continues we’re becoming increasingly aware of how much this world, this reality is changing for the better because the old lower frequency everything and everyone is quickly going the way of the dinosaurs now. Some say that this transition could take as long as two to three generations to complete, and that is one strong probability. However…that’s FAR too long in my opinion and I know things are shifting moment to moment now because of the timeline weaving and cutting work we’ve been doing plus the tremendous increase in unseen and cosmic/galactic/solar/deep space help that’s much more easily able to come through now in 2012. This too is only going to increase as Team Dark is further dismantled this year. I know this transition can happen much, much, sooner than two to three generations so let’s help it happen. Let’s help the human Collective fearlessly, easily and quickly transition into the new ascended 5D Land of Plenty sooner rather than later. Use 2012 because it’s so amplified, so charged and ripe with positive potentials for total transformation. Hang in there everyone because it’s so close now…and get ready for June 2012!

Entering the Solar Storms

“Note: This message deals with the KA body (a term from ancient Egyptian Alchemy), and discusses how you can utilize this unique energy-body to draw to yourself ascension-energies from increased solar activity. For those unfamiliar with the KA—your KA body is an “invisible” second body that is the same shape and size as your physical body. This energy body both envelops the physical body and interpenetrates it. This body is sometimes referred to as the etheric double or spiritual twin. The KA shares similarities with what is called the Chi body in some traditions (Taoism) and with the pranic body or etheric body in certain yogic traditions. By its nature, the KA can draw to itself and then into the physical body, highly benevolent energies that accelerate one’s spiritual evolution.

“As we indicated in an earlier message on January 3, 2011, you have been entering a period of increased solar activity for some time. We strongly urge that you read that message, Partaking From the Solar Winds, in order to understand the deeper levels of what we will be discussing.

You are now entering a more heightened period of solar and galactic activity in which the magnetosphere of your Earth is being struck by erratic and increasingly strong streams of solar energy.

You will be seeing an ever-increasing number of solar flares and fluctuations that are highly unusual. These fluctuations in the sun are being driven by internal forces, as well as by streams of energy from the central sun of your galaxy. Adding to this complexity of interactions are high intensity streams of energy from deep space. The magnetic field of your sun is being affected, and in point of fact, it is being twisted, contorted, and all of this is having an effect upon the magnetic field of your Earth and the magnetic fields of your bodies. With increased solar activity of this type, you will see an ever-increasing intensity of weather anomalies, as well as increased earthquake and volcanic activity.

The focus of our message here is not on the physical aspects but the emotional and spiritual aspects of this solar activity. As we said in our message, Partaking From the Solar Winds, these types of solar fluctuations increase emotional volatility and irrational behavior. Many of you are, no doubt, finding yourselves irritable for no particular reason. Sleep disturbances are also a common aspect of this change in solar activity.

As you enter this heightened solar storm phase we have two suggestions that will allow you to navigate through these increased levels of energy. The first is the simplest and is thoroughly discussed in our message, Partaking From the Solar Winds, so we will not discuss it here. A second method allows you to soothe your physical body through the water element. We are referring here to another previous message, called Medicines of Light. In this method you charge water with intentionality from your BA or Celestial Soul. The original message dealt with protecting yourself from viruses, bacteria, and radioactivity. We would refer you to that message so you understand the method clearly.

In this use of the Medicine of Light, you will charge the water with the intention of soothing your physical body, so that it is able to adjust to the erratic nature of the solar energies more efficiently and with greater grace. An ideal time to create this type of Medicine of Light is just before going to sleep. Then the Medicine of Light, through the water element, will communicate with the intracellular and intercellular fluids of your body, which will impart a calming and balancing effect.

Introducing this Medicine of Light before your rest cycle will have a very beneficial affect upon you while resting and during the next cycle of activity. We are saying “rest cycle” rather than sleep because for many of you, sleep is a highly questionable activity, as it is increasingly disturbed or disrupted. We suggest during these resting cycles you let go of your attachment to sleep as you have known it. As you become more at peace with the situation, you will find that you can regenerate yourself in shorter periods of deep relaxation.

When you awaken at night, or whenever you are resting, we suggest you use the method we suggested in Partaking from the Solar Winds to charge your KA body. Since you are awake you might as well take this opportunity to charge your KA.

As you work with this you will find that you can regenerate and re-energize yourself in shorter periods of time than you have been able to in the past.

There is a third method we would like to offer those of you who have an advanced understanding of your KA.

Micro-Wormholes

Your KA body interpenetrates your physical body and is the same shape and size as your physical form. There is no part of your physical body that is outside of your KA, and by its very nature when you charge your KA body with energy, the overflow of excess energy goes into the organs of your physical body, which increases your health and vitality.

Your KA body is composed of innumerable particles of etheric light, and within this body of light there are nexus points. These nexus points within your KA link to the mitochondria of your cells. Mitochondria are the energy producers, the power plants of your cells. There are varying numbers of mitochondria depending on the type of cell, and these organelles appear in the cytoplasm outside the cell nucleus. The only cells that do not have a nucleus are your red blood cells.

It is possible to bring your awareness into this level of your body so that you are aware of your mitochondria and can sense the wormholes into your KA. These wormholes are intracellular portals into the higher vibratory nature and reality of your KA. By opening these portals through intention you can greatly affect the flow of excess energy from your KA into your physical body.

This allows your physical body to more easily attune itself to the more rapid vibratory reality of your KA. It is through your KA that you ascend into higher vibratory realities. Through the portals of your mitochondria you can assist your physical body to adapt more easily to this rapid acceleration.

We now wish to turn our attention to the emotional quandary of your situation. By its very nature, both the acceleration of time and the increase of vibratory realities purge your unconscious mind.

As we said previously, you will note a general increase in emotional volatility and impulsive irrational behavior. If you are not experiencing these effects yourself, you have, no doubt, noted this occurring among your fellow humans.

You are living in a paradoxical duality. As the old energetic realities fall apart, new energetic realities are being birthed. But it is human nature for people to be attached to the way things used to be, to the ways they expect. Yet much of the way things have been is coming to an end. The world as you have known it, is ending. And a new world is being birthed.

The Quandary of the Human Heart

One of the greatest casualties in this process is the human heart. We recognize and sense a deep sadness and despair in the collective human heart. Part of this is due to the disintegration of realities and your attachments to them. After all, what do you build your dreams on when the foundations of your world are crumbling?

Another aspect of this difficulty in the heart has to do with the toxic nature of your planet’s emotional atmosphere. As the solar energies increase, the tensions between polarities become ever more apparent. The polarization of human consciousness between those who would imprison and those who would free the human spirit are becoming clearer and clearer.

We would offer two suggestions as a means to deal with these challenges to your heart.

It is through your heart that new realities are birthed—by this, we mean realities worth living. Our first suggestion may seem overly simplistic, and yet as is often the case, the simplest things are frequently the most powerful. However you do this is not important. What is important is that you create an emotional antidote in yourself to the toxic poisoning of your planet’s emotional atmosphere.

As hatred and intolerance increase, you must find a passage through this darkness. The simplest and most efficient way we know is for you to find the smallest things in your life that you appreciate, and to take a few moments to dwell on these feelings of appreciation throughout your day. It does not matter how small these feelings of appreciation may be. From the tiniest seeds of appreciation great things can arise. The vibratory state of appreciation, or gratitude, is an extraordinary antidote to emotional poisoning. We strongly suggest you cultivate this ally as you move through this next cycle of solar storms.

Finally, we are offering a sound meditation based on the heart chakra. This is from a previous Hathor Intensive. The first phase of this sound meditation rotates and activates energies within the heart chakra for the purpose of clearing. The second phase of the meditation is calming and nurturing. We believe you will find this sound meditation to be another helpful ally.

As you enter this new phase of solar storms understand that they are extraordinary opportunities for evolutionary advancement. They are also, paradoxically, fraught with dangers for devolution due to their intense nature. If you resist the energies of acceleration, you will experience great difficulties in this passage. If you embrace these energies and master them—finding a way to navigate through them with appreciation and a good dose of humor—you will find greater freedom. This freedom of which we speak is a freedom of the human spirit, mind and heart. It resides in a level of consciousness untouched by the dualities of your earthly existence.

Tom’s Thoughts and Observations

First of all, I would like to acknowledge that there has been quite a bit of time between the last two Hathor messages. Whenever I went to them and inquired about the lack of a new message they said that they had already communicated everything that needed to be said up to that point. And when the time was ready—meaning poised for another shift—they would give a new message.

The fact that they have come forward with a new message at this time indicates to me that the proverbial shit is getting ready to hit the fan—yet again.

Medicines of Light

I have found their method for creating Medicines of Light to calm and balance the physical body during sleep, or as they call it, sleep cycles, to be quite helpful. And the more I create these Medicines for myself, the better I get at it. I suspect the same will be true for many of us. The method is definitely worth the effort, and if I am reading the Hathors’ tone correctly, this Medicine of Light will become increasingly important as we enter more deeply into this next phase of the solar storms.

Micro-Wormholes

I was quite intrigued by their comments about the existence of micro-wormholes between the mitochondria of our cells and the nexus points of light in our KAs. I asked them about this after the channeling session, and they said that this was a very complex and rich field of information, which they planned to discuss in future messages.

I, however, wanted more information about this sooner than later and suspected that many readers would want the same. When pressed, my mentors said that these micro-wormholes are bridges between dimensions of vibration, meaning between the density of matter (our bodies) and the less-dense light realms of our KAs.

The Hathors experience all dimensions as one continuum. In other words, the lower vibratory realities of our physical bodies are intimately connected to the higher vibratory realities of our consciousness. The demarcations between matter and consciousness are largely a self-limiting concept according to them. By working with our own mitochondrial micro-wormholes, we can more consciously bridge dimensions as they express themselves in our bodies.

Finally, according to the Hathors, holding an awareness of these mitochondrial wormholes while residing in a state of appreciation or gratitude will greatly amplify their energetic effects.

The Quandary of the Heart

I often find myself in the midst of many conflicting emotional states during the course of a day, or even in the passing of an hour…sometimes within minutes to be honest.

One minute I can be surfing the waves of cosmic energy with a detached amusement and at times, even bliss. The next moment I can be falling head over heals into the “waves” of self-created emotional turmoil.

I have noticed that my emotional “wipeouts” occur when I have lost my center, and it has become crystal clear to me that it is not so much what happens around me as it is my reaction to what I “think” is happening that determines my emotional state.

The point that the Hathors make regarding the increasingly toxic nature of our planetary emotional atmosphere is right on in my opinion. Their simple recommendation for cultivating an emotional antidote to this collective toxicity by taking time to appreciate the small things in life is disarmingly effective. I have tested this suggestion on numerous occasions, and I can honestly say that it works exceedingly well.

The Heart Chakra Sound Meditation

The meditation the Hathors refer to in this message is titled Heart Chakra Sound Meditation: A Shamanic Hathor Sound Exploration. There are some listening suggestions in the main body of the text, and at the end of that copy there is a link to the audio file, which you can listen to and/or download.

For those of you who have been following the Hathor Planetary Messages for some time, this sound meditation is energetically quite different from the Heart Dimensional Attunement, which they gave in a previous message (see Sound Gifts). That Heart Attunement was created to “attune” the Heart to future possibilities and timelines.

However, this particular Heart Chakra Sound Meditation was created to bring into conscious awareness patterns of emotional response that you hold within your own heart. From this perspective, emotional freedom arises out of clarity, not denial. Thus the first part of this sound meditation is quite catalytic in that it vibrates and rotates locked energy patterns within your heart chakra. For some people this phase can be a little like breaking through armament while for others it can be a fairly gentle process of letting go. The last phase of the sound meditation imparts calming, healing and restorative energies to the newly cleansed heart. I personally find this sound meditation to be a helpful ally, and I listen to it on a somewhat regular basis especially when I feel emotionally overwhelmed or blocked.

If you have the time and the inclination to explore your heart chakra more deeply, you might experiment with listening to this sound meditation two or three times in the same listening session. I have personally found that listening to it a second or third time in succession often reveals deeper levels of insight and, at times, deeper levels of healing as well.

According to my Hathor mentors, it is not generally a good idea to listen to the two meditations (the Heart Chakra Sound Meditation and the Heart Dimensional Attunement) in back-to-back listening sessions unless you are prepared to deal with major emotional and energetic phenomena.

A Rare Appearance on the East Coast

I rarely appear on the East Coast of the US, but on July 7^th I will be in Manhattan (N.Y.) at the Peter Norton Symphony Space doing a one-day Sound Intensive called Ascent. I believe this will be a particularly profound transformational experience due to the fact that I will be using a great deal of catalytic sound as a means to enter into the subtle energetic worlds of our chakras for the purpose of healing and releasing untapped potentials.

I feel particularly drawn to bring this specific workshop to your attention, because I will be presenting new material regarding the chakras and their relationship to both the djed of classic Egyptian alchemy (sometimes called the sacred pathway of the chakras) and the sushumna or pathway of kundalini shakti.

The ascent of life-force (sekhem) up the djed or the ascent of kundalini up the sushumna transforms consciousness and opens the doors of perception to realms of consciousness unbounded by time, place and circumstance. This transcendent space is a potent reservoir of healing and deep insight that can only be accessed through non-ordinary states of consciousness.

In the course of this workshop, I will show you how to enter this deeply transformative realm of consciousness even if you have never meditated or have no background in either yoga or alchemy. This is because we will be entering these non-ordinary states of consciousness primarily through the agency of celestial sound, which is a type of toning whereby I vocalize (in audible tones) the ineffable sounds of the celestial words.

For me, personally, this particular event will be highly significant, because in terms of my teaching it is a marked Turning of the Wheel, meaning that I will be publically presenting, for the very first time, a new level of understanding in regard to the primal forces called sekhem (or life force) and kundalini shakti (the primal spring of transcendent consciousness).

Specifically, I will be presenting a different philosophical view as well as practical methods beyond the traditional path and ways we have inherited from various spiritual traditions.

If I were asked to describe this understanding in a nutshell, I would say that it is a shift from the patriarchal way of working with our chakras to a feminine-based way of working.

In this approach we do not force our internal energies to conform to our personal will, but rather we pay homage to a feminine archetype I simply call the Unseen Healing Goddess Within. Through this honoring and recognition of our own innate feminine potency and primal intelligence, we allow Her to rise upward, making the Great Ascent through our own chakras. It is through this inner journey of personal liberation that She imparts the nectar and gift of renewed life.

It is my observation that in the course of spiritual and transformational teachings, the Turning of the Wheel is always a potently charged spiritual event. To be physically present when the Wheel is turned is a rare boon to personal transformation. If you can possibly attend this event, I do believe you will be deeply touched and transformed.
