I had other plans for the past three days, but as is often the case, there were other energies at play that overpowered my personal plans. So okay, let’s backtrack this painful energy and body business and see what I can learn about what I’m going through and feeling now.
Yesterday morning, Feb. 3, 2010, I was suddenly besieged by intense and deep exhaustion and literally couldn’t do much of anything all day and night. It was a strange sensation really, (and I’ve had it before) because there was no physical pain. Did I just say no physical pain?! How unusual for me! All day was just profound exhaustion, but with a sort of almost pleasant drugged feeling with no physical pains. Again, very unusual for me being a lifelong empath, Earth Sensitive, and ultra-sensitive. I’m used to feeling a lot of physical aches and pains in my body, my head, my bones, and feeling semi-drugged and severely exhausted was—in comparison—almost relaxing and nice. So all day and night yesterday I just floated with the energies and didn’t beat myself up for not accomplishing the other things I had planned on doing that day.
Then this morning—Feb. 4, 2010—I woke up with one of those old familiar mega-nasty ascension headache. I consider myself an old pro as far as headaches go, mainly because I’ve lived with them for most of my adult life. But, these ascension headaches are monster, head-crushing headaches that last for as long as they’re going to last and nothing eases the severe pain or makes them go away. They play out for a day or days for me usually, or that is how they’ve affected me over the past few years. Today was no different, and I was forced to do nothing again all day from the moment I woke up with this blazing headache, until tonight as I write this.
While doing my best today to just get through another one of these damned ascension headaches, I realized that the top of my physical head and my Crown chakra was also feeling very weird. I’ve been having a lot of activity in my Crown chakra for weeks now anyway, but without the severe ascension headache. While trying to not have the ascension headache become so severe that it causes me to vomit, I realized that the top of my head was going through something and was related to my Crown chakra activities. Both the ascension headache and the physical sensations on the top of my head AND the Crown chakra energy sensations were all related. All I did today was try to survive it all and not puke my guts out all day!
As is often the case with these severe energy-related ascension headaches, as soon as the Sun goes down, I feel better physically! The ascension headache eased up finally and within two hours it was completely gone. The Crown chakra just feels HUGE now but doesn’t hurt physically. So, now that I was safely past the barfing stage and the headache pain was almost nonexistent, I ventured out to my computer to find some online answers that I sensed were there waiting for me. After about twenty minutes of fooling around online, I finally slid into Higher Sensing Mode and was impulsed to check out only one particular site. It’s a site I discovered about four years ago and felt was very good and accurate back then, but I’ve been so focused on other things that I forgot all about it. This website is called the “Hathors” by Tom Kenyon.
Once I followed my inner senses to his site, I immediately discovered exactly what I needed to find for this moment for me. It is not new information to me (or to many of you), but it was the reminder and conformation that I needed right now to connect more of the current energy dots together so they make more sense. That is how this sort of thing works for me; if I don’t directly perceive the knowledge myself from my own Higher Self, then I’m usually rather quickly led to someone else who has the particular information I’m looking for and needing at that moment. Tom Kenyon’s channeled Hathor message (and audio recording – 7D) below is that information for me at this moment. I suspect it will be for many of you too and that’s why I’m sharing all of this. The “Earth Sensitives” and other sensitives are and will continue to be feeling new aches and pains and slightly different ascension type headaches from what we’ve experienced over the past ten years or so already. Phase Two comes with different energies and that means different body aches and ascension pains for us transitioning through it all now.
After reading this (one and only) channeling, I knew I should also click on the link “Dimensional Attunement for the Pineal Gland” and listen to it. I downloaded the free audio Tom Kenyon created and listened to it. As I did, I could feel my Crown chakra and my inner brain aligning or calming down and lining up as they should have. That may sound strange, but that was the sensation I had listening to it after the horrible ascension headache and Crown chakra day I had today. Haiti and the Chaotic Node
“The recent seismic event in Haiti heralds the beginning of the Chaotic Node we referred to in our last communication.
We are, quite frankly, surprised that this event occurred slightly outside the timeline we had projected. This tells us that new levels of “novelty” (meaning an increase in unpredictability) are escalating faster than we anticipated. Thus, it is, and will be, increasingly difficult to pinpoint such future occurrences.
However, the general thrust of your planetary state is one of extreme volatility. Your magnetic North Pole is shifting its position in erratic and unpredictable ways. The photosphere is also showing signs of unusual activity, as yet undetected by your scientists. All of this is to be expected for a planet undergoing a movement into Ascension, and we liken all of this to the birthing pangs of Earth’s birth into higher dimensions.
Our purpose in this communication is not to give predictions as to the unfolding of this chaotic node, for we must admit, in all humility, that our technology is no longer able to precisely predict the chaotic events unfolding before you.
What we wish to address, as always, are practical applications of multi-dimensional awareness.
It is the state of your vibratory field that determines your experience of any event. In its most simple form, the cultivation of appreciation for the smallest things in your life will give you the greatest results.
The various inner technologies we have given before will also help you navigate through this transition as well, but we realize that not everyone is capable of entering into multi-dimensional awareness. If you are one of these persons, do not concern yourself with it. The simple act of appreciation for what is in your life will shift your vibratory field faster and more effectively than any sacred geometry.
The task, then, is one of attaining a higher level of vibration. We do not mean physical vibration–the vibratory rate of your physical body–but rather we refer to the vibratory rate of your subtle energy body (your KA, your etheric double).
As your planet moves into its energetic process more deeply, you can expect more volatility in weather patterns, as well as an increase in unpredictable earth changes. But in some ways the external events are easier to deal with than the internal changes you will be facing.
Those of you who are more sensitive to the subtleties of energetics may find yourself “hard hit” by the dimensional and physical shifts that will occur. To a greater or lesser degree, depending upon their vibratory levels, more and more individuals will experience sleep disturbances, and strange dreams–some of them prophetic in nature. There will also most likely be an increase in strange physical ailments that have no logical explanation. These will often arise early in the morning hours as your energy body shifts from its inner journeys back to orientation to your physical form. These types of physical discomforts are a reaction from the organs within your body and the various bodily systems to the accelerating changes taking place. In other words, your physical bodies are challenged by the rapid escalation of planetary change.
You may experience sudden and unexpected periods of extreme fatigue, weakness, and even the very odd state of being both awake and asleep at the same time. Again, all of these challenges are a result of the rapid changes taking place upon your earth. If you have the luxury of time, and you feel one of these energetic drops, the sudden onset of fatigue, it is best to rest if you are able–to literally lie down. If you are unable to do so we urge you to be vigilant if you are driving or making critical decisions or choices, especially when engaged with technology. There may be–and we expect this to be true–a general increase in irritability throughout the population; small negative encounters can easily amplify into something much larger.
In our previous communication we offered the Dimensional Attunement for the Pineal Gland. This is still a very effective sound tool to assist you as you move through this period. Listening to this Attunement a few minutes a day can help your system “fine tune” itself so that the changes that are upon you will be less stressful.
Again, the key component in all of this is your vibratory rate, and the Dimensional Attunement assists your nervous system by tuning the pineal gland to the higher realms of light. Think of it as an “acoustic life raft.”
You may also experience a greater number of individuals choosing to exit the Earth plane. These exits will take place through unexpected accidents, unforeseen illnesses, and of course, earth changes and weather anomalies. What we wish to say to you in this regard is that as the dimensionality of Earth shifts, the veils between the dimensions will become thinner, and it will be true for many that they sense friends and loved ones on the other side of the veil more clearly than ever before.
In some ways the veils between life and death are being lifted, and the veils between dimensions are being parted. Thus some of you may have unusual and extraordinary encounters with animal spirits, devic beings of the Earth, and other nature spirits that have been obscured for the last several thousand years.
Although this is a difficult and challenging period, it is an extraordinary opportunity to be embodied at this time. Regardless of what unfolds before you in your life, or in the lives of those around you, we suggest you cultivate appreciation for the smallest things in your life. Share your love and affection for those to whom you feel close.

Tom’s Observations
In their last message, the Hathors predicted a ninety-day timeline for the emergence of the first Chaotic Node. This puts the earthquake in Haiti six days past their time line. When the Hathors predicted this Chaotic Node, something they have rarely done by the way, they did say that it could occur either before or after the ninety-day period.
But when the timeline came and passed, they were rubbing their proverbial heads. They were honestly quite surprised that the event didn’t occur before this.
In my first contact with them they told me that there are stages of chaos that all systems (including Earth) go through as they move to higher levels of order. And the emergence of novelty, meaning unusual situations that could not possibly be anticipated, is part of the chaotic process.
The Hathors are of the opinion that the emergence of this catastrophic event marks the beginning phase of ever-increasing unpredictability and novelty. Please do note that not all of this is negative. Unpredictable generosity from one human to another, or one culture to another can also be part of this. It is just that all bets are off when it comes to predicting probabilities.
There are a few points in this most recent message I wish to explore. The first has to do with “strange physical ailments that have no logical explanation.”
Personally, I have experienced some of this, as have many of my friends, but I would like to insert a caution here. If you are experiencing physical ailments and are concerned about them, especially if they persist, I would suggest that you see your health practitioner to rule out any medical reasons. Don’t assume that sudden physical ailments or loss of wakefulness are just energetic.
Having said that, let me share a personal experience I had with this type of phenomenon. I was caught off guard several mornings around 3AM by particularly strong and strange physical sensations. I asked the Hathors what the hell was going on, thinking that I might be dealing with something quite serious. They said that the atomic and molecular levels of our bodies are being affected by the massive energetic changes that are taking place within the Earth, the sun, our solar system, and our galaxy. They said this was the biological equivalent to “holding on” to old ways of organizing third-dimensional reality and not letting go into the unknown (meaning higher dimensional realities).
They had no real solid solution for this other than to say that as I continued to work with the inner technologies they had given, I would eventually reach a place where I was more familiar with higher dimensional realities and could let go of my attachments to the third dimensional world more easily. For the record, they were not talking about death, per se. They believe that the shifting of dimensionality (Ascension) ultimately means that those of us who are embodied will be aware of both the third-dimensional world we live in and other realms, simultaneously. But in the process of moving to this expanded state of awareness, most of us tend to hold onto the known.
I also find it interesting that they addressed the issue of sleep by mentioning “the very odd state of being both awake and asleep at the same time.” I am experiencing this on a regular basis, as are many others. In this odd state of body and mind, my body is asleep, as evidenced by the same type of breathing patterns I experience when I am asleep, and my body feels heavy as it does when I am asleep. But in these peculiar bodily sleep-states my mind is quite awake.
I am personally finding that sleep is becoming more and more of an art form. For those of us experiencing the simultaneity of sleep and wakefulness during the night, it is sometimes challenging to enter into the restorative state of deep REM sleep. If you are one of these persons, may the farce be with you. Perhaps think more in terms of catnaps than long comfortable sleep. Take what you can get, and be thankful for it.
The Hathors also mentioned the Pineal Dimensional Attunement in this message. When they originally gave me this sound code, they indicated that they would give other Attunements in the future. By the way, all of these Attunements will be offered free of charge to the world community through this website as they become available. For now, the Hathors are of the opinion that listening to the Dimensional Attunement for the Pineal Gland (on a regular basis) will continue to assist those of us choosing the path of Ascension.
Personally, I sometimes think of the Hathor inner technologies and the Attunements as energetic surfboards that allow us to keep ahead of the evolutionary waves.
This brings me to one of their statements that I found both illuminating and quite amusing: “The simple act of appreciation for what is in your life will shift your vibratory field faster and more effectively than any sacred geometry.”
Mind you this is coming from a group of intelligences that have given me volumes of information regarding geometry. And I have no doubt that sacred geometry shapes the flow of subtle energy. But when it comes down to it, the most important thing here is to raise the vibratory rate of your own subtle energy body (your KA) despite what may be happening around you. If the use of sacred geometry assists you in this, then so be it. It certainly does for me. But if you are unable to engage such pyrotechnics of the mind, the Hathors are saying don’t worry, be happy. Just appreciate the smallest things in your life and your vibratory rate will rise by itself. I applaud them for this simple statement for I, too, have found appreciation to be the express elevator to the upper floors of my own consciousness.
There is a tendency for many of us to get attached to our little devices, whether physical or mental, thinking that they will shift us into whatever version of paradise we imagine. But this is, I think, just another type of dogmatitis (an inflammatory condition of the soul). Dogmatitis appears whenever there is a limiting idea or belief. The most common form of this is the belief that you cannot move upward in consciousness on your own, unless you use some type of device and/or follow a certain path. The Hathors are reminding us that we possess one of the greatest tools for self-evolution within our emotional nature, the simple act of appreciation.
This brings me to another one of their statements that occurs toward the end of this message. “In the great miasma you call Western Civilization, it shall be individual relationships that survive the coming storm.”
Whatever comes down for humanity in terms of 3D realities, I suspect that truthful and co-operative relationships with our fellow humans may turn out to be our most reliable currency.

TRANSITIONS 
I was just surfing to find information on headaches and the crown chakra. I see much on the physical heart and the heart chakra but not on the Heart of Hearts or Hridaya mentioned by Ramana Maharshi, Sufi teachers and teachers of Kashmiri Shaivism. It is said to be different from the other two. Ramana mentioned that there is a channel running from the crown chakra to the Heart of Hearts.

I feel sometimes this phase 2 sort of thing is more like surfing or snowboarding. When you’ve got it, it is the most magnificent feeling, even when you don’t seem like you should have anything to be glad about, but I sure am falling on my butt a lot.

I can always tell now when I’m in another one of these (current) moving forward stages or phases, because I simply cannot walk through any doorway without bashing my hand, my arm, or my shoulder into one side of the door frame! It’s like I’m just that out-of-alignment with “reality” that I can’t get my body through any doorway without slamming some body part into it!
I too feel the HUGE differences in these Phase Two ascension symptoms, or more correctly at this point, birthing/evolving discomforts from the profoundly polarized Phase One Battles In The Darkness ascension symptoms. These have an excitement and anticipation to them, whereas most everything I went through in my ascension process of Phase One was much like dragging myself through Hell while fighting off demonic attacks and other such Darkness. It’s all in A Lightworker’s Mission, the Light AND the Dark of Phase One.
The other blessed thing with these Phase Two stage ascension/birthing/compressed evolutionary symptoms is that they’re cycling in and through in days instead of months like Phase One was. Thank gwad huh?! We’re close now, very close. I get the strong sense that all of 2010 is going to be like this; super fast and intense but followed immediately with equally wonderful new abilities and higher consciousness etc. After what I’ve been through, this is the fun stuff. 😉 We’re going to be working like crazy throughout 2010 and 2011 just to keep up with the inner/outer changes and also creating or intending/imprinting the new world reality at the same time.

Thank you once again, Denise, for mapping out these ongoing Phase II symptoms with your cosmic-collective compass. No surprise, I’m there with y’all! On Wednesday I had the wickedest headache I’ve had in YEARS and it seemed to be originating with unrelenting fierceness along the tendons running up and down the back of my neck, and up into those sensitive zones at the base of my skull. There was also a floating sensation in the back of my head of it all being more fluid in there somehow.
Oddly juxtaposed to this mounting discomfort, I remained in VERY high-hearted spirits. Despite the excruciating pain, I managed to play some delicious music in a 3 1/2 hour session with some -:¦:- stellar -:¦:- musicians. Accompanying this was a strange and more subtle sensation of, hmmm…..now how do I name this, as it wasn’t dizziness per-se, but an ethereal off-kilterness which just felt funky and “off”, like I’m leaning slightly off to the side when I’m not. Some slight vision adjustments have been occurring on and off for me as well.
Other symptoms of the last few days have included a very hot, fiery sensation in my womb which is different than kundalini rise, more like internal solar-flares, certainly not unpleasant but strong indeed. These localized bio-fires also migrate up and down my spine and hover in different zones. Right now it’s at my right side, under my shoulder blade.
As well, there has been some low-grade nausea, and a low-grade aching sensation at my perineum. I’ve also had the racing heart thing a few times, which hasn’t happened in a while either, and was much shorter lived than in Phase I. Thank GOD! I usually spaz out with the racing heart thing! That one gets me!
What is amazingly different about this phase of the symptom-slam is that I feel I’m vastly enfolded in a most exquisite L~O~V~E and T~R~U~S~T zone. I’m not wigging out like I used to about the ‘what the fuck” of it all, nor am I at all entrenched in the ‘I’m suffering” story.
It feels more like I’m celebrating this incredible cosmic transition, surrendering openly as I did when I birthed my ‘sun’ at home 15 years ago. Breathing deeply, opening myself to the Universe, letting go of what I think it all is.
We ARE mutating, and it is something of a wonder that I’m deeply awed and humbled by. I’m also honoured to be sharing this with the likes of ALL OF YOU here and beyond. Yes, we are all in this together, and it feels wondrous, mysterious and enchanting.
We CHOSE to be here for this, after all. 🙂

I forgot this interesting bit about what you experienced. It’s energetically and inter-dimensionally been busy lately, and I’m trying to keep up and connect as many dots as I’m capable of now. 😉
Dang, I’m forgetting when and where with this, which is fairly typical with interdimensional awareness at this point. Anyhoo, I had something happen a few days before Steve/the group did their latest channeling. This is the part I’ve forgotten already, Stu remembers because I wrote to him about it all excited. But I had this higher level thing happen, told Stu about it and that Steve Rother’s “group” had just sensed me and what I had experienced vibrationally via my Crown chakra business. (Sorry this is so random sounding)
I had the sense that the group saw me energetically in much the same way I clairvoyantly see flashes of colored lights of other beings and energies etc. It was an interesting reversal of this process for me.
I knew in that moment that “the group” was very aware of each of us when we reach a certain level energetically and right at the moment, this is happening through our rapidly evolving Crown chakras! In that brief moment of the group seeing/sensing me having a higher level moment myself, I knew that their next channeling would be powerful and different is some way, and that it was about what our Crown chakras are going through now and throughout 2010. It was, and it has everything to do with the dropping magnetic field and us Lightworkers and Wayshowers. I’ll post more about that too asap. I’ve gotten lost in my own interdimensional meetings and travels! Too funny.
I just know that this is why you had the reaction you (and I and no doubt many others did) to Steve/the group’s Jan. 2010 channeling. We are connecting in new and very much higher ways through our Crown chakras and the ongoing changing energies of Phase Two.

I knew that if I was currently getting hammered, then so were other people, with more and more entering this phase over the next few days or week or so. As soon as I’m capable, I’ll try to get back to the computer and share things. Lately it’s been difficult keeping up with everything and how fast the changes are arriving (energies and ongoing ascension stuff I mean). I may have to write in the early AM hours when I can’t sleep (another current ascension symptom that’s cycled in again), because I’m getting great insights and understandings during the middle of the nights while I can’t sleep! I have a feeling that all of 2010 is going to be like this; super fast with the ongoing ascension symptoms, and super fast with the craziness in the old falling world and its structures and systems etc. We will perfect the fine art of saying in balance and bliss while things go crazy all around us. Talk about grinning in the eye of the storm and not faltering! What a learning about how to “Keep the Frequency” no matter what.
I too go through periods of morning sickness that hit me like big waves out of the blue. I’ve experienced them since 1995. Thankfully they don’t last too long however.
Thank you so, and normally I love doing my Work here at TRANSITIONS for self and All. Sometimes I have to shut down and go through the energies and intensities and get back here when I’m well enough to do so however. We’re all in this together. 🙂

Hello, Denise, and thank you once again! You can add 4 days of morning sickness like symptoms to that (and believe me I am too old for that and no reason for it–lol). Also, yesterday, I was listening to the latest Steve Rother and the group channeling when I felt my crown open and my head began to feel like one of those balloons you draw a face on and blow up until it almost explodes. That was followed by the jitters and almost manic desire to talk and move about–like I had just had a pot of espresso! Took me awhile to ground myself back but the message was profound to the point of tears. And, on the surface it was just a simple message. When all of it passed, I was in bed by 7 p.m. and did not wake up until 11 hours later–total exhaustion like you said –only a day later.
I, too, had forgotten about Tom Kenyon and the Hathors so glad to reconnect there as well.
I know keeping up the posts can be physically demanding but we all so appreciate your input and keeping us on target and feeling connected.
