“…The quake, the seventh strongest earthquake in recorded history, hit Chile Saturday and should have shortened the length of an Earth day by 1.26 milliseconds, according to research scientist Richard Gross at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif.
“Perhaps more impressive is how much the quake shifted Earth’s axis,” NASA officials said in a Monday update.
The computer model used by Gross and his colleagues to determine the effects of the Chile earthquake effect also found that it should have moved Earth’s figure axis by about 3 inches (8 cm or 27 milliarcseconds).
The Earth’s figure axis is not the same as its north-south axis, which it spins around once every day at a speed of about 1,000 mph (1,604 kph).
The figure axis is the axis around which the Earth’s mass is balanced. It is offset from the Earth’s north-south axis by about 33 feet (10 meters). Strong earthquakes have altered Earth’s days and its axis in the past. The 9.1 Sumatran earthquake in 2004, which set off a deadly tsunami, should have shortened Earth’s days by 6.8 microseconds and shifted its axis by about 2.76 inches (7 cm, or 2.32 milliarcseconds)….”
EARTH’S AXIAL TILT
Since childhood I’ve remembered a past life in 12,600 B. C. Egypt and that there were NO seasons in it because there was NO planetary axial tilt back then. Earth and humanity was in perfectvertical alignment. Not so after the planetary event that caused the 23.5° axial tilt. Here’s a quote and image from Barbara Hand Clow’s book CATASTROPHOBIA: The Truth Behind Earth Changes In The Coming Age Of Light (2001).
“The working hypothesis of this book is that Earth’s axis was tiled by Phaeton 11,500 years ago, which began an entirely new form of human evolution…”
“The possibility that precession began only 11,500 years ago is a radical hypothesis, which only can be proven by very detailed analysis and synthesis of geological and paleontological records. More of this data is available in appendices B, C, and D. Astrophysicists would need to study the current orbits of bodies in the solar system to see if a new pattern began 11,500 years ago. This process has already been initiated by Allen and Delair in Cataclysm! Regardless of exactly when precession began, humans have been obsessed with Time for the past 10,000 years…”
I’ve sensed for many years that we would reach a point within the ascension process where there would need to be mega sized earthquakes that are working in some strange way to correct this ancient tectonic fracture—this global subluxsation of continents. These out of alignment positions and pressures of Earth’s axis tilt must be adjusted and put back into alignment as the ascension process increases and speeds up. I’ve always seen this process much like a human going to a Chiropractor to have him/her push, pull, twist and pop your vertebra back into vertical alignment. I sense Earth’s landmass subluxsations of the continents and misaligned, tiled axis, are being spun and pushed by really large earthquakes (and energies) to realign Earth’s axis back into vertical alignment. It took some monumental force to fracture the global landmasses and throw Earth out of vertical alignment to then have her wobble crippled in the sky over the past half a precessional cycle, and it’s taking some intense earthquake forces and increased inner spin-rate to adjust them back into vertical alignment now. I have wondered how Earth was going to get herself back into vertical alignment for a long time, and now you and I are living through it as she literally spins faster and higher vibrationally just as we have been doing within our physical bodies, hearts and awareness.
Like when a skater/dancer spins, if they fold their arms and hands in close to their body making themselves very vertically aligned, they automatically spin much, much, faster and tighter.
As the Earth continues her ascension and birthing process and manifests high magnitude earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, the old 23.5° axis tilt will be corrected, healed, and returned to a perfectly aligned vertical state. Because of this increasingly aligned vertical axial tilt, Earth will automatically spin faster, much like the skater in the video clip. Seasonality and precession of the equinoxes will be no more as well. We will be existing within the more unified (5D) Now Moment and lower, dense linear “time” and consciousness will be something hard to remember for increasing numbers of us. What a joy!
7.2 EARTHQUAKE
Yesterday—April 4, 2010—we had a 7.2 earthquake near Mexicali, Mexico which is about 130 miles south of where I live in southern California. I’d had a little psychic thought early that morning about an earthquake happening on Easter, but I didn’t pay all that much attention to it. But sure as heck, later that day around 3:39 PM Pacific time, everything started jumping, falling off shelves, and the Earth rolling up and down like a roller coaster ride. I leapt up to grab my flat panel TV because it was literally bouncing its way towards the edge of the furniture it sits on. Because I can’t afford to replace it (it’s not even a year old anyway), I rode the earthquake out clutching my TV wondering when it was going to end. Having lived in SoCal the majority of my life, I’ve experienced many earthquakes both large and small, but yesterday’s quake was one of the longest I’ve ever felt…or so it seemed while white-knuckling my poor TV. The thing that really got me was that the quake came, rocked n’ rolled for a bit and eased up momentarily, then started back up again even stronger! That scared me because I knew it was going to just do what it needed to do and it might take a bit longer than usual to do so. It did as best as I could tell. And the many aftershocks have been exciting too as they always are. We and the TV’s are fine, but it was an intense quake for sure.
A couple months before the 7.0 Haiti quake, I was highly aware that a swarm of small quakes kept happening near Mexicali and also in a city a few miles from where I live in SoCal. It was clear that things were building to rupture somewhere and soon. The Haiti quake happened shortly after this. Then another swarm of small quakes happened in or near Mexicali and that same city near me again, and I knew another big one was getting ready to let loose somewhere. Chile’s 8.8 quake came next along with the numerous aftershocks. Things were rather quiet or still for a bit after the Chile quake, but as usual, things started feeling like the pressures were building once again. Then I perceived that we’d have an Easter earthquake and ta da…7.2 a few hours later. I know that the axial tilt has been shifted back up towards vertical a little bit more because of these earthquakes.
Today (April 5th) it feels and sounds to me like there is no one else in the world besides my Mom, my cat, and myself. I’ve felt this hundreds of times over the past few years and it always indicates that we have indeed moved, shifted, vibrated energetically into a new space and place; that we have traveled up a few more energy stair steps and are now residing in very new and as yet un-anchored and not yet set level within our new Earth in her new space and location and much more aligned state. In a day or two I’ll start sensing, feeling, hearing sounds, life, and increasing numbers of people entering into this new higher and recently aligned space…and then the cycle will repeat and repeat and repeat again and again in that typical “ascension” way of cycling into the higher and more pristine. And so, I need to anchor and earthquake-proof our flat panel TV’s so they survive the continuing planetary axial Chiropractic adjustments!

It is quite an amazing sense of our HIgh Hearts becoming “come-unity” more and more. I cherish it, and value it, and have deep gratitude for you *Denise* for holding such a strong heart-magnetism here. 🙂
ALL of us are so very precious in this shared dance, each of us attuning to our own birth rhythm (each labour has one!). It humbles me so much to know the courage it has taken for all of us to ‘show up’. I so feel our hands, holding hands, holding hands, encircling our labouring Mama, and ever holding our hearts up high for the exaltation of this incredible incoming wave of L~O~V~E.

All of that, plus the global trauma and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) it caused humanity, is ALSO much of what we’ve been integrating and transmuting within our selves via the ascension process, as you well know. So it is taking some major efforts on our parts/souls to release the guilt and fear the Collective has carried around ever since…not to mention the shifting of Earth’s axis back into vertical alignment again! This is why people really panic and freak-out deep inside when there are large magnitude earthquakes; it’s an ancient Collective memory wound/trauma that automatically brings up those ancient Age of Leo high drama fears. We’ve been transmuting so much more than we think we have over the past decade…with more unfolding now.

Thank you for these timely words, Denise. Even before I read this entry, I knew intuitively that the “quakes and shakes” have assisted with the realignment of the Earth’s axis. I have no conscious memories of such, but I feel I also lived during a time when there were no seasons. When exactly did the tilt occur? I know the excerpt states that the axis was tilted 11,500 years ago, but did this occur during the time of Atlantis, perhaps during its third and final fall? As you know, I’m still recovering from my role in this drama, but I’m glad I’m alive to witness the shift of consciousness.

Thank you for sharing your story, Tieshla. I haven’t given birth or assisted with birth in this lifetime, but I feel a deep connection with those who have done so. The analogy of birth to the Earth’s ascension process is perfect because both require trust and surrender to higher forces. It’s also important to transcend fear, for it makes the process much more difficult. It’s wonderful how you have “graduated” from attending to women in labor to attending to the Earth during her own shifts and changes. Your experiences ought to help us all.

We all, Earth included, are feeling each other like never before and this is typical of a fifth dimensional group and world; all consciously connected to all else and yet at same time, each knows how to not intrude in any way into another persons private space. But yes, we ARE feeling Earth going through her changes just as she’s been feeling us go through ours. 🙂

Hi Denise, Glad to here you are alright. We are going trough some seasonal colds here. The kids one after the other is being hit by fevers…Anyways even though I have been busy taking care of them I have been extremely peaceful (I am never so at peace) and been enjoying it. But I have the impression of (often since a few months) having the sensations of the earth shaking. Every time there has been a big one. But not where I live. We have had one (a very small one that I felt when no one else I know did). We don t get hit often. We are very safe. I think. It seems to me like the earth is often shaking…I ll actually stop moving or i ll turn the radio, or t.v. off to feel and hear better. Like I said we don t reaaly get any (I live in Canada) I often feel like we are isolated from the rest of the world. But lately the intese feeling of being hit by a real one is getter stronger. When you shared about how it felt for you I could actually see it and feel it. Kind of cool but scary too for all the damage it makes and the lives it ruins. Again I am very happy you are o.k.-I just wanted to share.

Thanks for your post-quake post, Denise! Living here in Vancouver, B.C. I’ve been increasingly aware of our Pacific Ocean birthing activity intensfying greatly as we move into the second stage labour phase: increased frequency of contractions, high intensity building, anticipation mounting…..
As a former Doula, these past few days I’ve been having a similar physiological reaction to the present planetary labour contractions (which are happening faster and faster) as I did when I was assisting women in birth: My heart pounds, I feel somewhat disassociated with time, there is this high energetic charge AND an amazing calm, trust, and ultimate surrender…..an inner knowing that ALL IS PERFECT, and to remember to Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrreathe deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeply, and to hold onto our High Hearts as our current Anchor.
Those of us living in the Pacific South/ Northwest are being called to hold space as the Unidimensional doulas and midwives. Staying present, I’m vigilantly holding my rooted, unwavering doula stance.
These are indeed wild times.

About 2 hours before that quake, a friend called me and asked if I knew of any large quakes happening in the world as she felt the agitation rising. She also mentioned that as she was driving, she saw the cars she passed as just cars without occupants–no people–kind of like what you just said. I know there are still a lot of aftershocks going on–glad to hear you are fine and hope you can release the tv soon ;0)
