The Hard Transition of Taking Back our Power & Mastering Responsibility

One of the highly important spiritual and energetic lessons many of us have been or currently are having to master is that of individually taking back our power and being aware that we are responsible. For the past few thousand years, humanity has been deliberately and profoundly dis-empowered through different sources, systems and global beliefs; religious beliefs, beliefs about our physical bodies and our health, beliefs about what we eat and drink, beliefs about war, killing, fighting, violence, beliefs about whose got “god” and/or “right” on their side and who doesn’t etc. It’s all rather clever crap when you honestly look at how humanity has been so effectively screwed with, controlled, directed and turned into parasitic vampires feeding off each other and unaware, unconscious zombies. Ever wonder why those story lines and others about ETs only being negative are force-fed continuously to the masses through movies and TV shows? It’s to get global humanity to believe and accept that living parasitically off of others, and not thinking or feeling anything is normal. Nothing of course could be farther from the truth.

My friend Stu mentioned in an email a couple of weeks ago that these latest Zombie Apocalypse movies are further attempts to herd more people’s consciousness towards ‘Planet B’ and I could not agree with him more. The Dark Ones–both nonhuman and human–continue pushing hard to get as many people as they can mentally and emotionally fixated on and acclimated towards growing planetary negativity, fear, chaos, danger, victim-hood and therefore the supposed need for total lock-down over humanity by the “Powers That Were”. I say were because “they” are separating from the earth world and timeline I live in, I should say, that the earth world and timeline I’m living in are separating from them, those Powers That Were. They will however continue to be available in another earth world and timeline for the people/souls who either still want that type of negative controlled reality and energies or who got suckered, hooked, manipulated, brainwashed, derailed and intentionally herded into that world and timeline. Same old tactics used on mass humanity, but now it’s to herd them directly into Earth B and as far away from the other earth worlds and timelines that are Ascending (‘Earth A/B’ and others).

After thousands of years of humanity being deliberately pulled apart through their beliefs about everything, including so thoroughly separated internally and externally that they can’t do anything for themselves which was Team Dark’s end goal with all this, now in 2013 humanity is being pushed to evolve out of that old negativity and dis-empowerment and lack of personal and collective responsibility and into growing “unity” instead of growing “separation”. Or not… hence why there are multiple worlds and timelines for all and the unfolding Separation of Worlds & Timelines. There’s never been only one “Schoolroom” and there never will be. Source/God/Us All are far more creative and complex than that.

Many people have experienced the rude awakening of having one or more humans lie and con them, but also of having nonhuman, nonphysical Negative beings or entities also lie and con them too. Before the 12-21-12 Expiration Date of the old Evolutionary Cycle with its blueprints and all, it was more difficult for most people to discern when humans and nonhuman, nonphysical beings where lying to them, using them to harm others, feeding them lies to harm themselves and as many other people as possible. But since the shift into 2013, more people are finally sensing, seeing, feeling and consciously realizing that some of the messages being whispered in their own inner ears, and in many other people’s, are not the “good guys” after all but are Team Dark claiming to be Team Light. Astral beings/entities can claim to be anyone, any group or anything but that sure as hell doesn’t mean it’s the truth.

The situation underneath all this now is that more people are having to learn how to discern for themselves how different energies and beings/entities sound, communicate, what they say, how they say it, feel and how it all makes you feel and so on. In other words, individual discernment is a prerequisite to continued Ascension/Evolution. The other aspect of this situation is that, after one learns how to discern Duality energies and beings (Positive and Negative) for themselves and for themselves is key, the next step in this Ascension related Process is to gradually evolve into re-learning how to Consciously Create for oneself.

After thousands of years of humanity being intentionally dis-empowered and taught (brainwashed, controlled, directed, limited etc.) to not take any responsibility for anything, this evolutionary turnaround is going to be much more difficult for some people, whereas for others it will be a breeze to slide back into what is normal and natural. Nonetheless, this is one entree on the current Spiritual Menu for humanity so more people are having to deal with mastering both personally being able to discern all things/beings/people/situations/information/channeled material/locations etc. for themselves, and simultaneously re-learn how to Consciously Create for themselves. Said another way, those of us who want to evolve/ascend now are having to take back our personal power, be fully responsible consciously, and re-learn how to Consciously Create and be the incredible Creator Beings we actually are underneath all the old negative layers of Team Dark poison, lies, distortions and vast BS the human collective bought into long ago.

What I really want everyone to grasp now is that we’ve reached that point within the Ascension Process (the Third Trimester and beyond) where many of us Forerunners are currently having to Consciously Create what we individually want, need or desire because 1) it’s time that we re-learned how to do this individually and 2) because it’s simply the next step in our ongoing Ascension educations and 3) because we’re on such NEW, clean ground now in mid-2013, that if we don’t Consciously Create, intend and visualize from our High Hearts what we want it ain’t gonna manifest! Seriously, who else is there that’s going to do it for us at this point? And more importantly, is someone or something else supposed to create it for us now or are we supposed to evolve, ascend into individual empowerment and conscious creativity now?

I know you already know the answers to these questions and like me, you too just need to get the hang of it once again. Don’t wait for or expect someone else to do it for you because we’re so far beyond that point now it’s laughable. Be the Creator Being you really are; step back into your natural individual Empowerment you had before you incarnated here and had to lay it down for a while. Be responsible for yourself, your thoughts, your feelings, emotions, ideas, actions, words, creativity etc. because doing so only further empowers you to be the Conscious Creator that you and I need to become now.

5D High Heart Rising, Shen Ring & Shenu

This image of the 5D HighHeart (or High Heart) Sun Rising was what I’d been clairvoyantly Seeing in relation to our ascension/evolution out of the dense bottom three 3D chakras with the Solar Plexus as the highest ego expression and sense of identity within that frequency and consciousness range for the majority of humanity — and our ascending/evolving Crossing the Bridge up into the 5D HighHeart individual integrated unity frequency and consciousness range of the HighHeart (Thymus) chakra. I’ve been feeling and seeing this great and grand evolutionary process and shift unfolding within my upper chest HighHeart area (and also in my head, skull, brain, Crown and Brow chakras and brain glands) very intensely since 2010. In 2012 this growing 5D HighHeart business has increased rapidly and it’s accelerated tremendously since July 2012.

Off and on during September, October and November 2012, I’ve had increased pains and pressures caused from this shifting process in my upper chest area radiating out both the front chest and out the back and spine in that HighHeart area. At times since September it’s been very intense, exhausting, debilitating to the point that I have to sit and rest while my physical heart pounds in my chest and I feel like I’m being hollowed-out by higher frequency Light Energies in this entire area. There is nothing wrong with my physical heart, this is another energetic evolutionary Ascension related process and symptom that many of us are having now in this new and rather different way.

ANCIENT EGYPTIAN SHEN RING & SHENU

The Shen Ring represented to the ancient Egyptians, eternity, divinity and protection; multidimensional eternal protection for the pharaoh and everything the pharaoh ruled. The Shen Ring is associated with the solar disk, and also with the Milky Way galactic symbol of the serpent biting its tail.

  The Shenu—later called Cartouche by others—divinely and eternally held and protected the name, the identity of royal persons. Shenu means encircle.

I started with these three seemingly unrelated symbols/images because I’ve had slightly different and more intense physical pains and energetic pressures (off and on) from my diaphragm up into my chest and upper chest area and my spine in this same area since September 2012. I’ve had these pains and pressures in this location for decades before this date but since September it’s gotten more painful, and at times very intense.

In the past I’ve written about the different ascension symptoms connected to the lower 3D Heart chakra (physical heart), and also the 5D HighHeart chakra (Thymus gland in upper center of chest) and how we often feel sudden intense, uneven heartbeats, racing, thuds, thumps, radiating heat or cold, mild inner movements and/or inner body vibrations in this area, and greatly increased overall pressures in our entire chest, heart, and corresponding spine and back area. What I’ve felt in my body, plus what I’ve clairvoyantly seen since September 2012, has been a bit different and that’s the reason for this article.

These current ascension related pains, pressures and changes many of us are experiencing in our hearts/High Hearts/upper and lower chest, spines and backs within this area are directly and intimately connected to the ascension-related pains, pressures and changes we’re experiencing in our heads, skulls, brains, the trinity brain glands—Pituitary, Pineal, Hypothalamus—face, sinus area, eyes, jaws, and of course our Crown and Brow chakras. Because of what I’ve clairvoyantly seen I felt it important enough to write about and share because it was rather beautiful and meaningful to me, and I suspect it will be to many of you also especially if you’ve had a “past life/lives” in ancient and/or very ancient Egypt.

WHAT I SAW, WHAT I UNDERSTOOD

During the times when these 2012 chest, heart, spine pains and pressures sent me to my recliner chair or bed to survive another wave of ascension transformation pains, I try to use those times to perceive whatever I’m capable of perceiving through the pains and pressures. A few weeks ago when this heart, chest, spine pain was rather severe and I was forced to my chair to ride it out I clairvoyantly Saw some ancient Egyptian symbols appearing within and also over my physical body. I’ve had this experience in years past too with other ancient Egyptian symbols, but these symbols and information have to do with some of us Crossing the Bridge now in 2012.

The Crossing the Bridge has taken on a more complex meaning to me over the past few weeks. I’ve recently understood that Crossing the Bridge is also about the process many of us Forerunners are living through now that has to do with our evolving, ascending and energetically Crossing the Bridge from the old lower 3D duality frequency with its Solar Plexus chakra and ego (plus the bottom two chakras below it) as the perceptual lens on “reality”, up to the 5D HighHeart chakra and unity frequency which is rapidly becoming our NEW, loftier base of operations and consciousness lens on “reality” and Home Station.

While resting (enduring!) in my chair with my heart pounding and my upper and lower chest area and spine feeling like it was a huge empty circular space being cleared out by higher Light Energies (often coming in through the top of my head/Crown chakra and partly radiating out my Brow chakra like a giant-sized “L” shaped beam of Light), I clairvoyantly saw a large Shen Ring appear over my entire chest area. I saw it this way but it was inside my body as well and not just on the front surface of it. (When this happened I recognized the symbol but didn’t remember what it was called and had to look it up a couple of days later.)

The bottom horizontal bar or line of the Shen Ring was positioned across my physical diaphragm and sat atop my Solar Plexus chakra. This horizontal bar was exactly where the pain in my spine and back was and radiated out horizontally under both shoulder blades at the time. The highest point of the Shen Ring was positioned exactly where the intense pressure was in my upper chest that radiated up towards my throat and lower jaw. Keep in mind that the horizontal base bar of the Shen Ring in this case is representative of existence in dense 3D duality physicality. While in it we experienced 3D life in the lower frequency world by going out in different directions on this horizontal line. This horizontal Shen Ring bar is also a demarcation point between the lower frequency 3D Solar Plexus and all that went with it, and the major evolutionary ascension up to the higher frequency 5D High Heart and all that goes with it. Once we ascend/evolve Cross the Bridge into 5D High-Heart unity consciousness, we re-discover how much easier it is to intentionally traverse the multidimensional vertical frequency line, which is in this case represented by the Shen Ring circle of eternity, divinity and protection.

As I was Seeing a Shen Ring superimposed on top of my physical body—inside it and behind it—I understood that as we evolve/ascend and Cross the Bridge into full 5D HighHeart unity consciousness, our 5D HighHearts become our NEW higher true “Self” and that we are indeed eternal, divine and divinely protected eternally. Obviously this is a very dramatic shift out of the old 3D dense duality Solar Plexus (all three of the bottom chakras) and ego sense of self. Here’s what I clairvoyantly saw as best as I’m able to reproduce on my computer.

The #3 image and layer I clairvoyantly saw of the Shenu pictured below was the last image symbol superimposed over the #1 and #2 images. At this point all three of them were simultaneously superimposed over my chest area, heart, spine and back areas were I was having rather severe physical pains and energetic pressures.

The Shenu started at the same place at the physical body diaphragm and top of the Solar Plexus as did the Shen Ring and the High Heart Rising image, but it extended up much higher because it held, contained, protected and encircled other things. Those other things are our higher or upper Chakras which I understood at that time to represent our higher royal identity or name(s).

This third image symbol has the old 3D yellow Solar Plexus chakra and ego-based sense of self existing below the horizontal line of the Shenu or Cartouche. In other words, on the old 3D side of the Bridge. Remember what the ancient Egyptians believed the Shenu to represent and do? It encircled and divinely and eternally held and protected the name, the identity of royal persons.

Interesting isn’t it that once we ascend/evolve out of duality density and our Solar Plexus and two lower chakras below it and the ego as sole sense of self, we find ourselves to be ‘royal persons’ and have our higher frequency identities and names divinely and eternally held, contained, encircled and protected.

And lastly, nearly twenty-one years worth of 11 11 “Gates” or “Portals” or Stair-steps out of 3D duality across into 5D unity completes today, November 22, 2012 — 11-22-12.  A couple of weeks ago I was impulsed to go to the website nvisible.com just so I’d see this one sentence there:

‘The Doorway of the 11:11 opened on January 11, 1992. The final 11:11 activation of the Eleventh Gate will be on November 22, 2012.’

I was supposed to see that January 11, 1992 start date because I vividly remember how radically and completely my life suddenly began changing in early 1991 due to the start of my Uranus Opposition at age thirty-nine. By November of 1991, I’d quite my three jobs and had zero income coming in to pay my apartment rent and bills. I’d ended all the classes, contracts and performances that I’d worked so hard to create over the years and had to move in with my mom a month before I turned forty because of all this and very suddenly and happily returned to a private, isolated life.

All of these sudden drastic changes started for me in January 1991, and my old busy and public life was finalized and exited by November 1991 because everything was about to change and never return to the way it had been earlier. Of course, I had no conscious idea in November 1991 that by January 11, 1992, the first of eleven 11 11 “Gates” would begin and unfold over the years and complete long in the “future” on November 22, 2012, our today! Another aspect of me knew I had to quickly exit my very public life, move into my mom’s house that unknowingly to us both became my Ascension Process Safe House starting November 1991, because I was back on the higher Spiritual Clock again and there was much to accomplish and live through in a relatively short number of years. What a monumental understatement that was!

I included this 11 11 completion date with these other symbols, images and happenings because it’s directly connected to the current Crossing of the Bridge; the intense pains and pressures we’re having in both our hearts/chests AND our heads/brains and corresponding chakras; and the growing pressures caused from the Separation of Worlds and Timelines. Because November 1991 and January 1992’s start of the 11 11 transition into unity energies were so life-changing and meaningful in my life personally, I expect that their completion today will be even more meaningful. I expect many of us are feeling this milestone and shift today in our individual unique ways. More of these Ascension related completions and alignments are occurring now and isn’t that just wonderful. Next up, December 2012.

The NEW High Heart Consciousness Is Rising

For the past few months I’ve been clairvoyantly Seeing a very beautiful vision. I commissioned my sister recently to draw this above image for me and it is very close to what I’ve been Seeing.

This exciting image represents the beginning of humanity rising, ascending into increasing 5D HighHeart Consciousness. To me this is comparable to humanity literally crawling out of a dank, dark cave and into the Light, sanity and freedom. The significance of this evolutionary ascension transition is monumental and will quickly cause humanity to shift from living and perceiving from their old lower frequency 3D Solar Plexus and two bottom chakras, up into the much higher frequency NEW 5D HighHeart. An entire book could be written about the differences between just these two levels of awareness and their corresponding external worlds and realities, which should tell you how important and life and reality changing this particular ascension related shift is.

The first time I clairvoyantly saw this energy Sun rising into our 5D upper chest—Thymus gland of the 5D HighHeart — I wondered why it was a Sun and not a lotus flower or star or something else. After I had this thought, I instantly knew that it was a Sun due in large part to the connection with the sign of Leo (which is ruled by the Sun) and its opposite astrological sign and Age, Aquarius (ruled by Uranus). Ascension into the fifth dimensional Age of Aquarius—Higher Awareness and opposite sign and energies Leo—High Heart. What a wonderful integrated 5D union for humanity to step into at the start of a new Evolutionary Cycle. This is what’s coming, the rising of HighHeart fifth dimensional and higher unified consciousness within humanity on a matching frequency Earth with none of the old lower insanity carrying over or able to co-exist within this higher frequency and consciousness.

I’ve been feeling this new HighHeart Sun energy and consciousness rising and radiating in my upper chest for a while now. I can feel the size and pressure of it increasing and its energy rays radiating and literally pushing up under my chin. My point of focus, my point of where “I” reside and perceive reality is ascending up into my upper chest area, no longer my 3D head, ego, and left-brain, but my new 5D HighHeart Sun center.

Sometimes this rising, ascending new energy and pressure causes some pain in my back and spine in this area and around the shoulder blades in my back, but that’s a small price to pay to transition out of the dark cold ego cave of 3D and ones bottom three chakras as the only lens upon a dark, cold, matching reality. A little pain in my spine and back muscles at and around this HighHeart level is nothing compared to what all I’ve already endured throughout the Ascension Process. So this embodying transformation hurts a bit now, the results will far outweigh the current transitional birth pains however.

A few days ago I was having my now normal sudden afternoon pass-out, get out-of-body, absolutely must-have rest & recuperate nap when I again saw this inner energy HighHeart Sun consciousness rising and radiating in my upper chest area. I laid there asleep but lucid and felt the now familiar intense inner body vibrations buzzing, spinning and roaring at times inside me as I viewed this rising HighHeart Sun becoming my new ascended base of operations and focal point of my evolving, ascending Self. It was such a beautiful sight to see and event to feel happening within my bodies and self.

2012 Energy Waves & The Coming Major Changes

Thanks to a reader for emailing me this important, and in my opinion accurate article by Aluna Joy and her Star Elders. It’s an important guide and astrological reminder about the different major energies arriving and activating throughout 2012 and how things are going to change for the better. Everything up to this point has been prep work for what begins this year and now the 5D High Heart Unity Consciousness and everything else finally gets implemented. It’s been a long time coming but we’ve done it and now the real fun begins.

2012 — REBOOTING THE SYSTEM

“It is becoming clear now, regarding the energies of this year of 2012, that we have the critical point on our evolution. We all have been waiting for this time. This is our time. As old souls, incarnated and still ones un-manifested in this physical reality, we come at these precarious junction points, at the end/beginning of ages, because we absolutely love it.

Now you . . . that are already in physical form, you are having to deal with your rapidly morphing DNA and beyond that, adjust to the actual laws of nature that are changing right under your feet. You will feel like the carpet has been ripped out from under your feet. But remember . . . this is your time, and you came here for this time. SO MANY have come to experience this rapid evolution and rebooting of an entire system. Your body IS going with you. This has been the plan for eons. Atlantis was only a dress rehearsal, and we know that it didn’t go so well. But you have all learned and grown through this age, and this time . . . is your time. We can see from NO TIME, and we can see that you have completed the job. You are victorious, and you are celebrating in the most extraordinary style. Hold this dream of victory as you pass through this year with all of its tidal waves of energy that are coming.

There is no doubt that your body will feel rocked and surprised by this year’s energies. But your heart and inner truths are unshakable now. Rely on this inner truth when your body is telling you differently. No one will be immune to this process. There are going to be a lot of mixed signals in the outer world. Don’t listen to them.

There will be medical experts out there telling you to drug yourself with anti-anxiety and anti-depressants meds. This won’t help you as you are going to reboot anyway. Fighting the process will only make it less joyful. There will be well meaning alternative healers as well who will tell you to eat this, or do that. Again don’t listen to them unless your heart is in full resonance with their suggestions. Everyone has a unique past that comes from your spiritual ancestors. We are not talking about your genetics; like who are you parents or grandparents. We are talking about your spiritual past. This is an akashic past that is much more potent than that of your genetic past. Listen to your heart, your core, your inner constant. This is your orientation point in a world that is wobbling like an out of control gyroscope. Fighting the transformation at this point will only make it harder and less joyful. There is no escape. If you are in a body, you will re-boot and re-celebrate. Remember . . . this is great fun for you spirit and soul. This is why you came here.

In these coming waves, you are going to feel out of sorts and your body is going to give you weird issues that seem to come and go. You might feel like you need to hunker down and lay low for these shifts and changes; but we do not suggest this, although it is your free will to do whatever you want. Let us explain . . . You know when you sit in a chair too long, you get stiff. This is what will happen if you don’t KEEP MOVING while these waves wash over you. You will not find the answers you need while hiding in your home praying for solutions. The world is moving into a unified field of collective manifesting. You cannot do this by yourself. Pieces of your solution to this transformation are out in the world with other like-minded souls. All the pieces to this transformation are spread out among all of you. This is why you need like-minded ones around you. These waves are too large to surf alone. You must do this together.

There are going to be a lot of huge waves in 2012 that we will be surfing together. This is a good time to gather with like-minded soul family that live in a place that is centered in the heart and not from fear. Surround yourself with FEARLESS beings. We love the logo “NO FEAR” that you wear, because this is what we are asking you to BE now; FEARLESS and full of LOVE, TRUST, and a deep knowing that the big celebration is nearly upon you all.

The following are some of the energy waves that, at this point in our no time perspective, we expect may come to you. This does not mean that it will happen as we say here. The future is not real and can change at any moment as you evolve. There may be other waves that are coming as well that we do not see today as Aluna transcribes this for you.

The first wave will be on your Equinox. GATHER TOGETHER and celebrate this beginning wave of your great transformation. Equinox will bring a much needed balance in your world that will be necessary for what comes after this date. Balance yourselves in preparation as you will need this later. We can’t say this strong enough. Please hear this, and do as your heart calls. This ballance will be essential in the days to come.

From Aluna . . .
On March 21st, we will enter the Maya year of 2 KAN (Kiche long count) and 10 EB (Yucatan Haab count). 2 KAN is about balancing duality, but Kan can also bring up survival issues. I think this is why the Star Elder are speaking strongly about gathering together with like-minded souls, so your collective positive intent will soften the duality and the body issues that might raise survival issues. Negative and fearful friends and family, etc will be toxic to you now. The year of 10 EB is about the awakened human finally arriving and anchoring. We are finally going to put our feet down on a new foundation to a new world. 10 is all about manifesting in a real physical dimension. EB is about exuding outer peace, but inside there can be inner turmoil. The outer peace is our heart knowing and truth. The inner turmoil, fear, etc… that we have inside is the last of the old programming fading away. If we do not feed it, it will starve. Feed the Love, starve the fear.

Back to the Star Elders . . .
The next large wave we see that you might experience profoundly is a total solar eclipse on May 20th (http://eclipse.gsfc.nasa.gov/SEgoogle/SEgoogle2001/SE2012May20Agoogle.html). In the path of this total solar eclipse, your dimension will begin an entire reboot of its operating system on your Earth. As the sun is blocked so perfectly by your moon, in this very still, no-time place, a new operation system will be created and uploaded into your body as well as your world, solar system and universe. Remember that this is a universal shift and recalibration . . . not just a planetary one. We are shifting with you, as well as Ascended Masters and Angelic Realms. We are all transforming together as ONE in unity. If you are in the path of the shadow of this eclipse, the download will be quicker, more complete and graceful. You will become the living messengers for this new download for the rest of the world that did not have the luxury to travel into the eclipse path. This new operating system will begin to spread across the Earth over some time (a month or two). Again we strongly say, gather with fearless ones on the days surrounding this reboot. Gather with ones that come from the inner knowledge of Love, trust and truth that this transformation of our reality is already victorious.

Another large wave we see that you might experience profoundly is the June 6th Venus transit. For the last 8 years, your collective consciousness has been building a model for a unified, universal heart. This process began on the last Venus transit on June 8th, 2004. This new unified, universal heart model will be downloaded into the new operating system. The collective unified heart will be anchored. Any place where there is not love expressed, it will be shaken to its core. This will cover everything including your personal relationships all the way to global governmental systems. This new down load will make selfish acts nearly impossible to achieve. In other words, we will begin to think, act and live in the knowing that there is no separation and all life is connected. We will not be able to make a choice without considering the whole and future generations. This new heart model will take several weeks before it is fully anchored. The universe is loving and kind and will allow this heart transformation download slowly so you can readjust with each daily heart pulse. Breathe . . . surround yourself with loving, positive, like-minded souls. This will make your heart transformation a joyful experience instead of a painful one. But we see that this will be somewhat uncomfortable for everyone to a certain extent, as this new heart program has never been experienced in a human form before. This program has been long awaited by so many of you that already consider your actions and the future reproductions of these actions. Thank you for holding this space open for this program to down load. You are and will be successful.

The next big wave we see will be on November 13th . . . the second total solar eclipse (http://eclipse.gsfc.nasa.gov/SEgoogle/SEgoogle2001/SE2012Nov13Tgoogle.html). Now that the heart model has been fully anchored into your new heart, as well as into your world and our universe, this eclipse will be quite important and very potent as it makes necessary adjustments based on our collective consciousness. This will make the universe self-justifying. What we are saying here is that anything that is still not in alignment with unified love will be reprogrammed to make adjustments for human error. This is not a judgment on humanity. But we know that holding a perfect love space in your wobbling world will be hard to accomplish 100% of the time. So the universe is giving you a break for any mis-qualified energy you may have anchored. We also tell you this to be easy on yourself. It is difficult to hold perfect space in a radically morphing world. Relax and just be your truth as much as you can. The universe will clean up anything you might have done that came from anything but love. In this eclipse path, there will be a temporary no-time space in which to reboot all the upgrades. This eclipse will be quite intense, and we are glad that most of the passage of this eclipse is over the ocean to soften its impact. During this time, we can see that there is going to be a lot of upgrading. Stay in a place of peace and neutrality as the reboot washes across the Earth. Now you are running on a fully upgraded and re-calibrated system. It is time to give this new world a test run. You have been ready for this for eons.

The next wave will come in mid-December on 12/12/12 which also falls on an important celebration day for the Maya 8 BATZ. For the Maya, this day is a recalibration of their sacred calendar, and it will set off an explosion that will light the fire under the new programming that we have helped download this entire year. Essentially the Maya Elders will be plugging it ALL in. This comes almost 2 weeks before the December 21, 2012 date that so many of you are aware of.

Age of Light, Age of Aquarius: The Evolution Revolution of Human Consciousness

As a Volunteer, Forerunner, Starseed Lightworker I intentionally reincarnated on Earth nearly sixty years ago to help release humanity from the profound negative Dark that’s deliberately held it hostage in ignorance and violence and controlled and manipulated it for many thousands of years. Because of my age, I was a teenager during the volatile Uranian 1960’s, and like some of you reading this, we were the first generational Aquarian Age Light Group that openly rebelled against ‘the establishment’ — the 3D global patriarchy. We were the hippies, the peace n’ love rebels, the ‘Baby Boomers’, the ‘system busters’, the ones who expected real freedom, real peace, love, non-violence, generosity and open sharing with all others. Sounds a lot like today’s fifth dimensional ‘Unity Consciousness’ doesn’t it?

We young Volunteers, Starseeds, Lightworkers, young ‘system busters’ were the first mass Group of Light Infantry on 3D Earth way back then in the last of the Dark Ages. Sadly, not all of us were able to embody and survive the high frequency Uranian Light energies of the 1960s and many of this first generational Pluto in Leo (the opposite sign and energies of Aquarius) group were fried by them, others accidentally died from carelessly surfing too close to the dimensional borders, and many others eventually fell back down vibrationally and rejoined the patriarchal establishment they’d tried to rebel against and override. Some of us have stayed on-track however and were able to embody the higher Light energies and never give in to the Dark Ones and their human global patriarchal controllers.

Over fifty years later many of us are still at Work doing what we’ve always done as First Wavers except now we’re the elder established Light Group on Earth. We hacked into the entire third dimension negative Earth world, and as the cosmic and astrological wheels turn, other Light Groups are created out of the increasing numbers of Individuals who’ve been triggered by the increasing Light on Earth and the expanding, evolving ascending consciousness it causes. The few are rapidly becoming the many, and in typical Aquarius and Uranus fashion, the individual people capable of embodying the higher and highest frequency Light energies and NEW High Heart  consciousness are increasingly rebelling against the Dark, negative controllers and all their negative systems, structures and tactics. As the ascended/ascending 5D Aquarian Age Light Groups and Consciousness grow, they expand around the world like a NEW stellar Sun rising and we are literally changing physical and multidimensional realities. We are altering reality because this is what we do, this is what we’ve always done as true ‘Volunteers’.

As I said, the now elder First Wave Light Individuals hacked old 3D Duality reality Earth decades ago. When the physical Ascension Process began around 1998–1999, we hacked so much more by living the Alchemical Ascension Process in and through our physical bodies, brains, hearts and beings first.

Now there are other Light Groups doing what they’re gifted at doing now on different stairsteps. It isn’t what some of us need to be doing now, but what they’re doing is important and needed by humanity. The global masses need to know, need to see, need to be awakened to the severity and magnitude that the Dark negative global patriarchy has had on humanity and all life on Earth and Earth itself. Stairsteps of Lightwork so ALL benefit no matter which stairstep, level and phase they’re currently standing on today within the unfolding Ascension Process. Watch and feel 5D High-Heart Consciousness starting to manifest and reach more of the global masses. Japan Quake/Tsunami/Nuclear Events

I’ve been an “Earth Sensitive” and have felt, heard and sensed earthquakes before they actually physically manifest for decades. However, during the past fifteen years or so of the Ascension Process, the ways that I’ve perceived earthquakes and their energies and pressures has changed or evolved…right along with the changes Earth is living through now too. As our consciousness and hearts evolve and expand, we’re  automatically regaining many of the natural abilities our ancient ancestors had, which was an intimate and conscious connection with Earth and its energies.

On Wednesday March 9, 2011—the day we entered the most accelerated and highest frequency Mayan Ninth Wave—I experienced a couple of things I never have before which I want to share with you. Firstly, I was painfully aware of building pressures and stress below the surface of the earth and knew a large magnitude earthquake somewhere on the Ring of Fire was ripe and ready to pop.

Secondly, throughout that day I clairaudiently heard strange sounds. Typically in the past I’ve clairaudiently heard magma pushing and flowing below the crust as massive booming sounds like thunder. (Took me years to figure out what I was hearing!) But, the 3-9-11 sounds I was hearing—and later in the day discovered my Mom was hearing too—was not this same sound but something new to me. They were completely unrecognizable sounds coming from different directions in the air and not underground. It was a total mystery and I’m sorry I can’t even describe what those sounds were like.

The other new anomaly I and my Mom both felt on 3-9-11 was something that’s even harder to describe. Very simply it felt like reality got adjusted or literally clicked one degree at a time and it did this maybe six or seven times throughout that day. Yeah…weird I know, but that’s what it felt like to me and my Mom.

I’ve repeatedly felt and perceived earthquakes in other countries days and weeks before they physically manifest and what I feel is typical earthquake shaking, jolting, banging, rolling, rumbling etc. I’ve lived in southern California the majority of my life so I’m very familiar with how earthquakes feel and sound. The movements I felt on March 9, 2011 were something different and new to me and I suspect it’s because we’re now in a very new place energetically. It felt more internal than the old familiar external  earthquake jerking and shaking. Every time I’d feel this it literally felt like everything got slightly adjusted and moved a bit more into a different place. Click…jerk…snap…click…  That’s the best I can do at this point to describe what I felt on that day; reality being tweaked, snapped, clicked and moved one little degree at a time.

So entering the 3-9-11 Ninth Wave day was a weird day of hearing, feeling and sensing energies I never have before in my life. I did/do expect reality to  change dramatically with our entry into the Ninth Wave period, and so far it’s done so with a bang and boom and repeated adjustments and we’ve only gotten started! Climbing the energy stair steps to 11-11-11 are going to be intense for everyone everywhere. We knew this but now it’s here…physically.

On Friday March 11, 2011—3-11-11—I awoke very early in extra physical pain in my lower back, hip joints, legs and feet to the unfolding news of the 8.9 earthquake and tsunami disasters in Japan. This was the third (3 – March) 11-11 portal day, AND it was also the day Uranus entered Aries. The lower body pains and aches I’d been having for the past few weeks should have clued me in that earth energies and pressures where building once again. Now my lower body and bones/joints/spine hurt like all hell while earth pressure is building and getting ready to click, jerk, snap into another NEW position. Now my head, skull, eyes, sinuses, neck and upper spine hurt like all hell when cosmic energies are pouring down on us through the Sun in the form of CMJ’s, solar flares etc. Top-half of body receives galactic, cosmic, and solar energies; bottom-half of body pierces and anchors into Earth, and also feels what Earth is going through. Our High Heart houses all this and more and like a higher dimensional prism, spins, integrates, and reflects everything to help create and hold the NEW.

When I went to bed (3-11-11) after watching the TV news about Japan’s multiple disasters, I requested more insights about why Japan’s nuclear reactor is doing what it is now. (Clearly I’m no scientist and don’t understand nuclear or atomic devices or most of the other patriarchal monstrosities, but just go with me okay and discern for yourselves.) Here’s what I perceived from requesting deeper insights about this.

I perceived that what’s happening in Japan with their nuclear machines malfunctioning due to the earthquakes is another aspect and layer of what’s unfolding in the Middle East, which is making it more tricky for America to get oil/petroleum/gasoline. These two events are really about the Piscean Age and the patriarchal “End Times”. These two events are and will force mass humanity to finally—through physical disasters and millions, billions of dollars (further massive indebtedness) because that’s what it’s taken to get them to even think about change—see that it’s time to release the old patriarchal Piscean Age ways, tools, and thinking. It will force the masses into seeing the insanity and dangers of the ways they’ve used and abused Earth and its 2D elements plus endangered humanity during the violent patriarchal rule.

Another layer of what’s happening now due to the 8.9 earthquake nuclear reactor problems in Japan goes back to when America dropped two bombs on Japan (Hiroshima on Aug. 6, 1945 and Nagasaki on Aug. 9, 1945). Pluto today at 7° Capricorn, plus being in the Ninth Wave, this past warring energetic karmic mess is going to be fully transmuted on all levels between America and Japan. Fully transmuting this will make it that much easier for both countries and their people to evolve and contemplate new safe, sane, human and earth-friendly ways to fuel, heat, cool, drive, run, light, power etc…not to mention the insanity of war and “weapons of mass destruction”.

Compressed evolution could be had so much more quickly and easily, and yet, when people suddenly die so horribly the masses wake up faster, their hearts get triggered and opened so they can feel higher frequency emotional energies and all so they can finally see the glaring need to let go of the old patriarchal ways. And of course with every disaster the world goes more in debt than it was the day before, which is another aspect and layer of weaning the masses off the belief in—make that obsession and addiction to—$$$ money and money consciousness. With hearts opened by these many disasters and global events plus the  financial cost of repeatedly replacing and repairing everything, eventually the masses will discover that money (and debt) isn’t necessary and we can let the debt go for all; that you just do, just give, just help, just provide, just share it all with all FOR FREE because that is an open-ended system where energy naturally flows continuously for all. But, to get to that realization, the sleeping masses need many things around the planet to get really dangerous and scary and in-their-face like this first…which they will throughout 2011 and 2012! That snaps, jolts and clicks them into thinking outside the old patriarchal box and frequency fence plus gets them feeling the emotional desire to help others and feel good about themselves too. Like a dear old fifth dimensional Pleiadian family member and friend told me long ago, “The Key is in the Heart.” It most certainly is.

Here Comes Your Soul Mate

Recently Lauren Gorgo mentioned something in her “Ass Over Teacup” article that her “Pleiadian High Council” (PHC) said:

“The PHC say that the pituitary and pineal are finally signing prenups and preparing to merge in sacred union…aka the sacred marriage of the male and female energies within us & the recipe/ingredients for transfiguration) Apparently, from this merging forward “all will be regarded as “new territory” and the old world will seem separated by a demarcation point. This demarcation point represents the completion of the merging process and from the point onward, our conscious memory will seem split before and after ascension.”

Lauren goes on to say:

“So curiously people…is this like BC/AD? I am pretty intrigued by that notion, and can’t help but draw the correlation. BA/AA??? Would love your feedback on that idea…”

I’ve perceived this “demarcation point”, this “BA/AA”—Before Ascension/After Ascension—(loved that, very funny and clever) for a few years now and am beginning to feel the outer edges of it. In my way I’ve written about it, hinted at it, speculated about it, thrown my own strange names at it and shared a bit about what I sense it will produce in us and automatically our external reality/world. One of the ways I’ve hinted at this final separation or “demarcation point” from how we incarnated in this life and have perceived “reality” and how the old lower Earth was to how it will be radically different is:

Consciousness changes = reality changes.

It’s that simple yet that amazingly difficult and profound.

INVOLUTION & EVOLUTION

Because I’ve remembered large chunks of the Involution Process or our intentional original Separation from Source, I’ve been able to see a bit more easily how this current Ascension Process is the same process but in reverse and tremendously compressed and sped-up. Instead of us separating our SELF into multiple smaller aspects (selves) to Involute, the Ascension Process is the reverse of this meaning we reconnect energetically, rewire, plug back in, collect, integrate and unify within ourselves what we worked so hard to originally separate so we could experience and further create from within the more dense created worlds and dimensions.

There was a profound demarcation point when we originally involuted into this massive separation and continued fragmenting from Source/SELF, and naturally there will be an important evolutionary demarcation point once our rewired selves, bodies, two brain hemispheres and pineal and pituitary glands—the sacred female and sacred male energy aspects or our real Soul Mate Selves—are rewired and unified once again. I sense this final transfiguration ascension phase is happening during the last three years of the Mayan calendar; 2010, 2011, and 2012.

Remember the super-ancients that existed long ago in the very beginning of etheric and eventual physical manifestation on Earth? Remember the original Lemurians? Remember some of the higher dimensional Starbeings/ETs/Angelic Beings etc. and how many of them are androgynous and not separated into dualized aspects/sexes? Now remember and feel in your heart why. They didn’t travel as far down dimensionally  and energetically into increasing density  and duality as we have so it wasn’t necessary for many of them to further separate or polarize their male/female energies within themselves to the degree we have to enter dense 3D physicality. They didn’t need (or desire) to separate and polarize their female/male energies, brains and consciousness to the extreme level that humans in 3D Earth have. The many polarized Veils of Separation were not in place for them as they needed to be for beings desiring to experience physical life in a physical dimension.

This is why the summer of 2010 and beyond are the initiating very physical and physically manifesting Cardinal Squares and T-squares will continue to be so important at this point within the Ascension Process and the last three years of the Mayan calendar. Many of us are entering this more obvious evolving or ascending “demarcation point” within the Ascension Process now.

Remember also how all things are planned, designed and created within higher dimensions first? Remember how whatever is planned, designed and created there first, manifests lastly within the most dense dimension and body that humans exist in—Earth and their physical bodies. The 2010 Cardinal Squares/T-squares are assisting us to initiate, create, manifest and ground our compressed ascension/evolution BACK into growing amounts of internal integration or unity; our plugging back in and reconnecting with our previously separated and fragmented aspects via the multiple body, brain, and DNA rewiring. We’re experiencing this process very quickly in reverse, and evolving/ascending back into much more integrated, unified, non-polarized beings that will fully exist on a matching higher dimensional and higher frequency planet. There will naturally be an important demarcation point with this reversed process also.

Consciousness changes = reality changes.

YOU AS YOUR ASCENDED “SOUL MATE”

The Sacred Marriage or connection with your real “Soul Mate” is currently happening right inside your rewiring, reconnecting two brain hemispheres, brain glands (Pineal and Pituitary primarily), your reconnecting DNA, your central nervous system, your blossoming 5D High Heart Consciousness and multiple energy bodies. This is and will continue causing the manifestation of your ascended 5D High Heart Consciousness and matching external reality on the NEW 5D Earth. Due to the brain rewiring process and related Pineal and Pituitary gland integration (each person’s male/female aspects, energies and consciousness), plus the related Brow and Crown chakra evolution, we are rapidly becoming a NEW evolved, ascended, non-polarized, male/female/female/male integrated human that carries far more Light and Greater SELF within unified Self. That will automatically produce this wondrous reversed evolutionary demarcation point Lauren and her “PHC” group were talking about.

I’ve been saying how our earlier 3D lives in this same life and body will increasingly seem to us—from our evolving, unifying perspective and especially from this demarcation point backward—to be another of our so-called past lives and past-life selves. From the higher 5D side of this demarcation point forward, it will seem to us to be a brand NEW life or incarnation; a new higher frequency body with a fully integrated brain and greatly expanded non-linear consciousness, integrated, unified or “married” inner male/female aspects, emotions and energies existing within a like-frequency 5D Earth and reality. But the obvious and really impressive (and brutally painful) fact is that we remained IN-BODY and ran the multidimensional energy gauntlet that the real Alchemical Ascension Process is physically and transmuted our separated and polarized lower frequency Lead back into integrated and unified (rewired) 5D Gold. Take a bow already will ya! 🙂 The Universe is applauding wildly over what we’ve done so far and are continuing to do and create.

Ancient Lemurian/Atlantian/Egyptian/Interdimensional 7D Sound Energies

This is a quick follow-up post to my Deep Exhaustion, Severe Headache, Crown Chakra Activity post I wrote last night. Last night I listened to Tom Kenyon’s one free audio sound gift because my head and Crown chakra needed to discover that he even did this, and then listen to it. I listened to it again this morning and had the same mind’s eye visual or clairvoyant vision that I had last night when I listened to it— “Dimensional Attunement for the Pineal Gland”. I don’t think I can listen to it and NOT remember, NOT clairvoyantly see what I did last night and again this morning. I suspect many of you will remember this same thing too, and that’s why I’m talking about this; it is from our ancient past, and also from other dimensions or some of our stellar, nonphysical Homes.

What I clairvoyantly saw and emotionally remembered last night due to listening to this particular sound gift from Tom Kenyon, was of when I have sat and listened to multiple beings make those types of healing sounds, tones, for anyone who wanted to listen. I remembered a medium-sized white round room with a rather high domed ceiling. There were benches built right into the round walls of this room for any who wanted to enter the room, sit, and listen to the beings make these sounds. It was an artistic,  healing sound room and was offered to any and all who wanted to listen. No one made a sound other than the multiple beings (I think there were seven of them, sometimes twelve) each singing a different tone/note/vibrational sound. And, they sounded exactly like Tom Kenyon’s amazing recording! (So far I haven’t listened to any of his other audio recordings, but will when it’s time for me to do so. I only need to hear this Pineal Gland one at the moment.)

They did this seventh dimensional (7D) sounding or toning of multiple sounds together because those particular 7D sounds generated specific 6D geometric energy patterns within the listeners, which in turn triggered 5D High Heart feelings/consciousness and balanced the listener both energetically and physically…if the listener was physical that is. I remember this being done in Lemuria when it was still a nonphysical place, and after when it was dense enough to be “physical”. I also sense more than directly remember this same type of healing and art sound toning being done in much later Atlantis. And I have long remembered the 5D Pleiadian being from my 12,600 B.C. Egyptian past life teaching us Starseeds then about Sounds, Colors and Gemstone energies, healing abilities, and other things. This is very ancient art/healing methods used by all of us in past lives on Earth, and also within some of our nonphysical, stellar and inter-dimensional Homes also.

I thought I’d take advantage of Tom Kenyon’s amazing sound/tone alignments and attunements to share about what I’ve remembered, and also about what I clairvoyantly saw and remembered about this white, round room with the beautiful etheric-like beings singing/toning like this for the listeners while listening to it last night and again this morning. A big thank you and much gratitude to Tom Kenyon for his free audio sounds to us all. This is very 7D, 6D, and 5D energies and how they manifest in those dimensions and our bodies.

Soul Mates

Thanks go to a new TRANSITIONS friend and reader for asking me to talk a bit about Soul Mates. ❤

We’ve all heard the term Soul Mates and/or Twin Flames before and many people believe that term applies only to romantic (and usually opposite sex) relationship. Over the years this basic belief was expanded to incorporate other very important people in our lives; people like best friends, siblings, and even enemies or nasty and unpleasant people who came into our lives for a relatively short period but provided much hard and/or painful learning’s for us.

I was very glad when I heard that the term Soul Mates had been allowed to expand, evolve to take in other people and relationships than just romantic ones! I never believed that our other half, our missing externalized other half was wandering the planet somewhere and we could only hope that this mysterious Prince/Princess Charming would stumble into our lives someday. That whole belief system was terribly repelling to me. I always believed that if, IF we each were missing some other part or aspect of ourselves, then it was exactly that—another aspect of US and not another person, but another aspect of the overall “me” or “you”. That’s what I always sensed Soul Mates / Twin Flames where.

Example: Think of some dearly beloved nonphysical spiritual “guide”, teacher or Lightbeing that you personally know. Think of how much you love him/her/it/them, think of how much you respect and trust him/her/it/them. In many cases those nonphysical “guides”, teachers, helpers, Lightbeings, ETs etc. are other aspects of YOU that exist in other dimensions. To me, they are your current self’s Soul Mates in the very deepest sense.

Now with us rapidly evolving, ascending beyond lower frequency density and duality into Triality (Unity) consciousness, the term Soul Mates and/or Twin Flames will most likely change even more because we’re changing. Now our Soul Mate could be our increasing ability to be consciously aware of and interact with our own Higher Selves and reintegrated Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies and aspects. Now how’s that for a Soul Mate!

Heart Palpitations & the Ascension Process

I’ve heard so many people mention how they’ve had heart palpitations, sudden racing heartbeats, jumping, pounding, skipping and such. They say they’ve gone to their doctors to have it checked and in every case I’ve been told about, nothing wrong physically was ever found. All the tests, all the doctors, and they couldn’t find anything physically wrong with these many people. I’ve thought many times over the past 10 or 11 years about how doctors would be inundated with patients who were suddenly having the weirdest symptoms and aches and pains—all due to their ongoing Ascension Process. Of course the doctors wouldn’t have a clue as to why increasing numbers of people were experiencing such unusual symptoms.

I had random heart palpitations when I was in my 20’s (the 1970’s) and 30’s (the 1980’s). They would hit so suddenly and intensely that it felt like I’d been hit in the chest by something invisible. Many times when this would happen I’d be in bed or sitting reading. In other words, I was totally relaxed and at rest, yet my heart would suddenly start beating very hard and irregularly.

Boomboomboomboom….boom……boom boom……………boom…………………boomboomboomboomboom…..boom……..

During my 40’s (1990’s) I didn’t experience this much until my Ascension Process started at age 47 in February 1999. This sudden and strong heart pounding seemed to be related to the “hot flashes” I was suddenly having and for a while I thought that’s what was going on. Over the months I began to realize that it was something else and wasn’t entirely “menopause” related as I’d first thought all these weird symptoms were.

Just last week I had a cluster of these sudden heart pounding palpitations while in a complete state of physical rest and I now know this means I’ve got more higher frequency Light energies moving through my body, my CNS, and my HighHeart located in the center of the upper chest near the Thymus gland.

The ongoing astrological Age change along with the Ascension Process is opening people’s HighHearts and related chakra like crazy. (The opposite sign to Aquarius is Leo, the Lion, which rules the Heart.) Besides this astrological Age energy change, we’re shifting, evolving, ascending dimensions as well. We’re moving from the old lower polarized physical or third dimension (3D), to non-polarized, integrated, unified, vastly higher vibrating fifth dimension (5D), where HighHeart and HighHeart Consciousness is the primary tool of perception. In other words, there’s a lot going on with humanities heart/Heart/HighHeart because of all this. It’s normal for what we’re going through which is highly compressed evolution.

The ongoing Ascension Process demands that we each transmute any and all lower stuck emotional energies we’ve been hauling around inside of us for decades or lifetimes. Obviously, some of our past lower stuck emotional and energetic junk, wounds, fears, issues etc. are in our Heart chakra area. So before we can energetically reach HighHeart consciousness, we’ve got to deal and heal and clear whatever is still stuck, rotting energetically within that Heart area. When that happens we feel it as thumps, bumps, movements, flutters, spasms and sudden rapid heart pounding. I’ve repeatedly felt what feels to me something like a sudden muscle knot or spasm and/or fluttering movement sensation in the center of my chest above my physical heart—in the HighHeart. It felt like something in there would suddenly roll, flutter, pound or spasm. It didn’t hurt much but was certainly a weird physical feeling. There is nothing “wrong” with my physical heart, but these are things I’ve gone through many times over the years from clearing and transmuting my stuck emotional energies and simultaneously having the HighHeart being activated via the Ascension Process.

If your heart is doing flip-flops, fluttering, skipping beats and/or pounding hard like you’d been running while at rest, go to the doctor to have it checked if you are honestly concerned. When he finds nothing physically wrong, remember all that you and your physical heart, your energy Heart, and your 5D HighHeart are currently going through energetically due to the evolutionary Ascension Process. Fear not because it is a normal Ascension symptom.
